Purpose: To evaluate the stability of intraocular lenses (IOLs) according to the haptic design in combined surgery (phacoemulsification, intraocular lens insertion, and vitrectomy) by comparing early IOP elevation and the accuracy of IOL power. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted for 85 eyes of 85 patients who had undergone combined surgery. IOP elevation one week postoperatively and the difference between target refraction and postoperative refraction after two months were evaluated in all patients. All eyes were allocated to either a 2-haptic IOL group or a 4-haptic IOL group, and then each group was divided into three subgroups: gas-filled, silicone oil-filled, or balanced salt solution-filled. Results: In the balanced salt solution-filled group, the early IOP increase was significantly less in the 4-haptic IOL group than it was in the 2-haptic IOL group (3.24 mmHg vs. 6.15 mm Hg, p=0.025). The myopic shifts of the 2-haptic IOL group were significantly greater than those of the 4-haptic IOL group for all of the subgroups (gas subgroup -0.71D vs. -0.31D, p=0.045; balanced salt solution subgroup -0.66D vs. -0.16D, p=0.018). Conclusions: In combined surgery, 4-haptic IOL implantation showed significantly less early IOP elevation and less myopic shift than those of 2-haptic IOL implantation. 목적: 문맥압 항진증의 평가는 간경변증 환자의 치료와 예후 판정에 중요하다. 간정맥 압력차의 측정이 현재로서는 문맥압 항진증을 평가하는 가장 정확한 방법이나, 침습적 방법으로 실제 임상에서 반복적으로 시행하기에는 제약이 있다. 비침습적인 도플러 초음파검사를 이용한 측정값과 침습적인 간정맥 압력차 측정값간의 상관관계를 알아봄으로써, 비침습적 도플러 초음파 검사가 문맥압 항진증을 평가하는데 유용한지 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 문맥압 항진증에 의한 정맥류 출혈로 내원한 환자를 대상으로 혈역학적으로 안정된 후 도플러 초음파 검사로 간문맥 혈류속도와 혈류량, 비장정맥 혈류속도와 혈류량, 간, 비장, 신장 동맥의 박동지수와 저항지수, 간정맥 파형과 감쇄지수를 측정하여 간정맥 압력차와의 상관관계를 전향적으로 분석하였다. 결과: 도플러 간정맥 파형의 감쇄지수(Damping Index, DI)는 간정맥 압력차 값과 유의한 상관관계를 보였으며(p<0.01), 기타 도플러 초음파검사 지표값들은 간정맥 압력차 값과 유의한 상관관계를 보이지 않았다. 결론: 비침습적인 도플러 초음파 검사법을 이용한 간정맥 파형의 감쇄지수 측정은 문맥압 항진증의 정도 평가와 약물치료의 효과 판정에 사용할 수 있는 유용한 보조적 검사법이다. Background/Aims: Portal hypertension occurs as a consequence of liver cirrhosis and is responsible for serious complications such as variceal bleeding, ascites and hepatic encephalopathy. The hepatic venous pressure gradient (HVPG) is the gold standard for assessment of portal hypertension. However, use of the HVPG is limited by being an invasive test. This prospective study evaluated whether the parameters identified by the non-invasive Doppler ultrasonography reflect the HVPG and could potentially be used for the assessment of the severity of portal hypertension in patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods: HVPG and Doppler ultrasonographic parameters, including the damping index (DI) of the hepatic vein waveform, the portal venous velocity and flow, the splenic venous velocity and flow, the pulsatility and the resistive index of the hepatic, splenic and renal arteries were measured in 114 patients with liver cirrhosis and compared. Results: The DI of the Doppler hepatic vein waveform was significantly correlated with the grade of the HVPG, i.e. with a higher HVPG, an increase in the DI was observed (p<0.01). The other Doppler parameters did not correlate with the HVPG grade. Conclusions: The results of this study showed that the DI measurements of the hepatic vein waveform by Doppler ultrasonography might provide a noninvasive assessment of the severity of portal hypertension. An evaluation method on the basis of the evaluation of large category unit applies post-evaluation list in case of a domestic public construction, which is difficult to suitably evaluate features with each building or project. On the contrary, in case of the domestic civil construction, the post-evaluation has assessed by analyzing requirement and satisfaction between an owner and a consumer regarding accomplishment result of various projects and construction companies has actively executed operation of a C/S team to reflect the requirement for a next project. Therefore, this study is to propose and implement the following research for the post-evaluation model after drawing the lists which correspond to the objective of the public building to deduce the suitable and efficient post-evaluation list of the public construction. First, deduce limits and problems of already existing model through the research and list analysis related the post-evaluation for the public construction. Secondly, to improve the deduced problems, suggest the improved method by applying the results to the post-evaluation lists for the public construction after analyzing the post-evaluation lists being executed in the civil construction. Thirdly, calculate the importance degree and weight per each list after conducting a survey that the post-evaluation lists that reflect the benchmarked evaluation lists and the features for each apartment in the public construction by AHP techniques. Finally, suggest the method that can use it after proposing the post-evaluation model based on the evaluation lists which reflect the features per each apartment.

건설산업은 기획단계에서 설계, 시공, 유지관리 및 철거단계에 이르기까지 다양한 특성을 가진 프로세스로 구성되어지며, 각 프로세스에는 다양한 업무주체가 참여하고 있다. 최근 건축이 복잡화, 다양화 되어감에 따라 각각의 업무주체들 협업과정상에서 생성되는 다양한 건설정보의 교환표준화에 대한 연구가 활발히 논의되고 있다. 그러나 국제데이터교환 표준인 IFC에 관한 국내 연구로는 IFC의 2D기반확장에 관한 연구, 3D, 4D에 관한 연구가 이루어지고 있으나, 기존 연구에서는 이론적인 방향 제시 및 모델제시에 그치고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구의 목적은 3D CAD Model을 이용하여 국제 건설데이터 교환표준인 IFC의 호환성을 테스트하고, IFC를 이용한 호환성 확보의 문제점을 도출하고자 한다. The process of construction industry basically consists of many complicated phase, such as planning, design, construction, MO&R(Maintenance, Operation, and Repair), and deconstruction. And various participants communicate each other during every phase of process. Since construction components have become more complex and diverse recently, many researches on how to exchange and standardization of building. However, in Korea research on IFC(Industry Foundation Classes) which is a standard for international data exchange have been conducted with only study limited Issues, such as studies on the development of 2D extension model for IFC, researches on 3D or 4D based IFC extension, and etc. This stuff covers tests of the compatibility among commercial 3D CAD programs using IFC file format. Several problems of the current IFC model are retrieved as a result.
