뇌동맥류 코일 색전술 시 Bismuth 차폐체 설치에 따른 입사 표면 선량 평가 및 화질 평가

인체공학적으로 개발된 Bismuth 차폐체를 뇌동맥류 코일 색전술에 적용함으로써 의료방사선 피폭으로부터 두피 및 수정체의 방사선 피폭을 감소시키고자 하였다. 광자극 형광 선량계를 이용하여 후두부, 양쪽 측두부, 양쪽 수정체부, 코 끝부를 개발된 Bismuth 차폐체를 사용 전 (A그룹) 후 (B그룹)로 측정하여 입사 표면 선량을 분석하였다. Bismuth 차폐체를 사용할 경우 화질에 대한 평가를 Signal to noise ratio (SNR)과 Contrast to noise ratio (CNR) 분석을 했다. A 그룹과 B 그룹의 입사 표면 평균 선량을 비교한 결과 A 그룹에 비해 B 그룹에서 평균 26.92% 감소되었다. CNR과 SNR의 분석은 로드맵과 디지털 감산조영 모두 동일하게 측정되었다. Bismuth 차폐체의 사용은 뇌혈관 중재적 시술 후 나타날 수 있는 일시적 탈모 및 기타 확률적 영향에 따른 방사선 장애를 화질의 저하 없이 감소시킬 수 있는 대안이 될 것으로 사료된다. By applying an ergonomically developed Bismuth shield to the endovascular treatment of cerebral aneurysm the radiation dose of the scalp and lens from the medical radiation exposure was reduced. The enrtance surface dose was analyzed by measuring the occipital parts, bilateral temporal parts, bilateral quadriceps, and nasal tip of the developed bismuth shield using a photostimulable fluorescence dosimeter before (Group A) before use (Group B). Signal to noise ratio (SNR) and contrast to noise ratio (CNR) analysis were used to evaluate the image quality when Bismuth shielding was used. The mean entrance surface dose of A group and B group was 26.92% lower than that of A group. The analysis of CNR and SNR was the same for both Roadmap and DSA. The use of Bismuth shielding is an alternative that can reduce the radiation impairment due to temporary hair loss and other stochastic effects that may occur after cerebrovascular intervention.

유방 X선 촬영 장치를 이용한 유방 촬영을 실시할 때 발생되는 불필요한 피폭 선량을 경감시키기 위해 비스무스로 제작한 차폐체를 촬영 부위의 반대 측 유방에 적용했을 때 차폐율 분석을 실시하였다. 오른쪽, 왼쪽을 압박하였을 때 CC와 MLO 검사 시 압박되지 않는 유방의 산란 선량을 알아보기 위하여 비스무스를 차폐하지 않았을 때(Not used : NU그룹)와 차폐했을 때(Used : U그룹)로 구분하여 실험을 진행하였다. NU 그룹의 평균선량은 9.568μSv이었고, U그룹의 평균 선량은 1.038μSv이었다. 비스무스 차폐체 사용 전후의 평균 측정 선량은 89.15% 감소되었다. 유방 촬영용 비스무스 차폐체를 사용하면 산란 방사선을 차폐하여 방사선에 의한 노출을 최소한으로 유지할 수 있다. In order to reduce unnecessary exposure doses generated when mammography is performed using a mammography device, a shielding ratio analysis was performed when a self-made shielding body made of bismuth was applied to the breast opposite to the imaging site. In order to determine the scattering dose of uncompressed breasts during CC and MLO tests when the right and left are compressed, the experiment is divided into when bismuth is not shielded (Not used: NU group) and when shielded (Used: U group). Proceeded. The average dose of the NU group was 9.568μSv, and the average dose of the U group was 1.038μSv. The average measured dose before and after the use of the bismuth shield was reduced by 89.15%. The use of a bismuth shield for mammography can shield scattered radiation and keep exposure to radiation to a minimum.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate histologically the tissue response and resorption of various nonresorbable and resorbable suture materials used for periodontal surgery, using a subcutaneous model on the dorsal surface of the rat. In this study, 10 Sprague-Dawley male rats (mean BW 150gm) were used and the commercially available materials included polyglactin 910, pain gut, nylon, e-PTFE. Animals were sacrificed at 3 days, 1, 2 and 4 weeks after implantation of various nonresorbable and resorbable suture materials. Specimens were prepared with Hematoxylin-Eosin stain for light microscopic evaluation. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Resorption : The resorption of plain gut was showed at 1 week after implantation, was lost their structure and almost resorbed at 4 weeks. The resorption of polyglactin 910 was started at 2 weeks and slowly absorbed untill 4 weeks. 2. Tissue response : Plain gut showed persistent and severe inflammatory reactions from 3 days to 4 weeks. Polyglactin 910, e-PTFE and nylon showed mild inflammatory reactions. Suture material should be biocompatible and be able to be functioned until tissue tensile strength reaches maximum level. In this study, polyglactin 910, nylon and e-PTFE are considered to be proper suture materials for periodontal surgery.

건강한 치아는 '오복' 중의 하나로 꼽힌다. 그 이유는 아마도 '잘 먹기'가 그만큼 중요하기 때문일 것이다. 우리 몸의 모든 기관이 정상적으로 작동하기 위해서 영양분이 제대로 전달되어야 하고 그 시작은 '음식물 씹기'에서 시작되기 때문이다 치아의 가장 중요한 임무는 삼키기 쉽도록 음식을 자르고 부수는 것이다 거기에 더해 음식의 맛도 느낄 수 있게 도와준다. 여러 개의 치아를 잃게 되면 임플란트나 틀니치료를 받게 된다. 하지만 아무리 좋은 임플란트, 틀니라 하더라도 건강한 치아와 같을 수는 없다. 치아를 건강하게 보존하고 유지하는 것이야말로 '건강함'을 유지하기 위한 시작이라 볼 수 있다.

As a matter of course the commercial activities though the web are considered more and more important in the whole e-business activities. We need the notion web service encounter to abstract the properties which get the tourist satisfied which he meet the Airline website. This study investigates the relationships between ease of use of webservice encounter, perceived justice, and visitors` satisfaction. A field survey was conducted from December 1~7, 2008. Among the questionnaires that returned to the researcher, the valid sampling of 277 subjects were analyzed. Based on the survey, the analysis was carried out on what differences turn out according to using regression analysis. The results are as the following: First, there was ease of use, justice of Airline website evaluation. Second, there was a significant relationship in Airline web encounter user`s ease of use and justice intention among the characteristics of the sample. The study is useful for: First, it has provided the empirical frame for constructing the Airline web encounter. Second, it has provided the clue to enhance the quality of Airline web encounter. Third, the results of this study can be useful for enhancing the competence of online Airline industry.

Diesel particulate matter is one of the major harmful emissions under strict regulations. The exhaust after-treatment devices are added to the diesel engines as stricter regulations are introduced worldwide. In this study diesel particulate filters(DPF) were installed in the exhaust system of a common-rail diesel engine, and their PM-reducing performance was investigated under the steady state conditions. The PM emission levels with a plain DPF or catalyzed DPF (CDPF) were measured using a scanning mobility particle sizer and the conventional gravimetric method. It was observed that the size distribution of engine-out particles could be either mono-modal or bi-modal. Number of particles with diameter over 70㎚ decreased during passing through the DPF or CDPF in D-13 mode engine tests. But particles with diameter under 50㎚ increased inside the DPF or CDPF in certain parts of the engine test cycle. More than 90% by weight of PM contained in the engine exhaust disappeared after passing through the DPF or CDPF.
