Previous sucessful results of neocartilage formation using tissue engineering technique in immunocompromised nude mouse xenograft model were reported. For clinical application, autogenous cell is preferrable to allogenic or xenogenic cell for circumvention of immune rejection. This study evaluates the feasibility of producing a engineered cartilage using autogenous chondrocytes. Chondrocytes were isolated from the auricular catilage of New Zealand White rabbit and seeded onto PGA polymer coated with polylactic acid in round pattern(diameter 0.7 cm, thickness 0.1 cm) at a concentration $7{\times}10^7$ chondrocytes per $cm^3$. Each Autogenous Cell-polymer constructs were implanted subcutaneously into the left side of dorsum of twelve Rabbits. Polymer templates not containg cells were implanted into the right side as a control. Fifteen rabbits were sacrificed at the following intervals: 5 rabbits at nine weeks, 7 rabbits at twelve weeksNew autogenous cartilage formation which retained the approximate dimensions of origianl round polymer template in 11 of 12 cell seeded implants. Histological examination using hematoxyline and eosin stain revealed vast majority of implants developed into mature cartilage. This study opens up the possibility of autologus cell transplant to construct autogenous cartilge.

The Post-Evaluation is a performance measurement for a project in the construction industry. Results of the Post-Evaluation can be used as important information to improve performance of similar future projects. However, all of the domestic building companies have executed a evaluation of sales amount and construction cost such as the profit side of short term outcomes without a systematic post-evaluation including to measure customer's satisfaction and achievement of organization. Therefore, to evaluate a construction project effectively, the Post-Evaluation System must be consisted of evaluation criteria, evaluation factor, evaluation method etc. Specially, the selection of Post-Evaluation factors is an important condition at present.<br/> The purpose of this research is to select post-evaluation factors and to develop evaluation process for the Post-Evaluation System of individual building construction. If the building companies utilize the Post-Evaluation process and factors in this research, they will achieve a confirmation of target achievement, a performance measurement of organization, an enhancement of ability, and competitiveness ultimately.

In the case of simulation program to building energy optimization, the user sets input variables. One of the methods to improve the quality of input variables is mutual constraint. In this study, in order to analyze the effect of using mutual constraints on the optimization simulation results, the simulation was conducted by setting the mutual constraints between the SHGC and T-vis of the window with the same simulation settings. It can be seen that the mutual constraint also affected the simulation results, and the tendency of the history chart of the results also changed.

In the future, in the expansion of the low-energy remodeling market, the prototype model will play a role in saving a lot of resources. In this study, a prototype model was created and calibrated based on the statistical data of the Korea Energy Economics Institute. As a result of HESS data analysis before calibration, it was found that cooling energy use was low. To solve this problem, we tried to improve the quality of the calibration input variables by adding additional input variables, such as the shadow effect due to the surrounding buildings and the natural ventilation effect.
소규모 초등학교 교사의 학년 통합 체육수업 경험과 교육적 의미

목적 이 연구의 목적은 자문화기술지를 통해 소규모 초등학교 교사의 학년 통합 체육수업 경험과 그 교육적 의미를 알아보는 것이다. 방법 이를 위해 2020년 9월부터 2021년 1월까지 학년 통합 체육수업에 참여한 3학년 담임교사인 연구자와 4학년 담임교사, 3, 4학년 학생 15명을 연구 참여자로 하여 기억 회상, 심층 면담, 문서자료를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 실용적 절충주의에 기초한 포괄적 분석 절차를 활용하여 분석하였으며, 자료의 진실성을 확보하기 위해 다각도 분석법, 구성원 간 검토, 동료 간 협의를 실시하였다. 결과 학년 통합 체육수업에 참여한 교사의 경험은 미지를 항해하는 선장의 이야기로 구성하였는데 첫째, 학년 통합 체육수업에 필요한 마땅한 자료가 없어 방향을 잡지 못하고 헤매는 수업 준비 단계인 ‘해도가 없는 항해를 준비하며’, 둘째, 수업 진행 초반에 겪은 어려움을 다룬 단계인 ‘출항하자마자 암초를 만나다’, 셋째, 어려움을 극복하기 위한 교사의 노력을 다룬 단계인 ‘조타를 바로잡고 돛을 세워라’, 넷째, 수업의 안정화 단계인 ‘순항의 길로 들어서다’로 정리되었다. 교육적 의미는 ‘수업의 확장: 바다를 탐험하며 확장된 해역’, ‘학생의 변화: 미지의 항해가 불러온 선원의 변화’, ‘교사의 성장: 파도를 헤치며 이뤄진 선장의 성장’이라는 세 가지로 도출되었다. 결론 소규모 초등학교에서의 학년 통합 체육수업은 교사나 학생, 수업 자체에 있어서도 교육적 의미가 크므로 교사 개인의 노력과 함께 정책적인 뒷받침이 중요하다. Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate a teacher's experiences with integrated physical education(PE) lessons for different grades at a small-sized elementary school in autoethnography and the teacher’s educational meanings. Methods For this purpose, data was collected from the memory retrieval, in-depth interviews, and concerned documents of seven third graders, eight fourth graders, the investigator that was in charge in a third grade class and gave integrated PE lessons for different grades, and Kim Sae-ssak in charge of a fourth grade class at Tamheom Elementary School in Miji-gun, C Province during a semester from September, 2020 to January, 2021 to examine the teacher's experiences with integrated PE lessons for different grades and the teacher's educational meanings. Collected data was analyzed in a comprehensive analysis procedure based on practical eclecticism, and research integrity was secured through multi-sided analysis, inter-member review, and peer consultation. Results The teacher's experiences with integrated PE lessons for different grades were compared to a captain's story exploring an unknown territory. The teacher's experiences were categorized into “preparing for a voyage without a chart,” “striking on a rock upon departure,” “setting up a sail with steering adjusted” and “entering a cruise route.” The educational meanings of the teacher's experiences with integrated PE lessons for different grades were compared to a treasure hunt in a ship's log. The educational meanings were categorized into “expansion of lessons: expanded waters through marine explorations” in that the scope of lessons was expanded, “students' changes: changes to the sailors through an unknown voyage” in that changes were brought to students, and “a teacher's growth: the captain's growth amid waves” in that teacher made growth. Conclusions Since different grade-integrated PE lessons in small elementary schools have great educational significance for teachers, students, and the class itself, individual efforts and policy support are important.
