협동조합 기본법(2012년 12월)이 시행됨에 따라, 협동조합을 통한 지역경제, 복지, 삶의 질 향상 등이 활성화 될 수 있는 계기가 마련되었으나 협동조합의 성과기준 개발 및 성과평과 모델은 미비한 수준에 머물고 있다. 본 연구는 단기적인 성장보다는 지속적인 성장 발전을 도모할 수 있는 전략적 성과 관리 방법론인 균형성과지표(BSC)를 활용하여 재무적, 비재무적 관점에서 협동조합 성과평가 모델 개발을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 BSC의 4대 관점(재무, 고객, 내부 프로세스, 학습과 성장)을 활용하여 기존의 일반기업과 차별되는 협동조합의 성과평가에 필요한 핵심성과지표를 도출하고, 또한 AHP를 활용하여 BSC 각 관점 및 세부사업의 합리적인 가중치를 결정하고자 한다. 아울러 소상공인협동조합활성화사업 지원업체를 대상으로 개발한 모델을 적용하여 소상공인협동조합의 성과평가를 분석한다. 본 연구 결과는 BSC와 AHP 분석을 활용하여 협동조합 원칙 및 협동조합 본질적 특성을 반영한 협동조합 성과평가 모델 구축에 필요한 프레임워크를 마련하였다는데 학문적 의의가 있으며, 자생력 있는 협동조합 육성·지원을 위해 다양한 관점에서 평가해 볼 수 있는 성과평가 모델을 제공하였다는데 정책적으로 의의가 있다. According to the Cooperative Framework Act enforcement (December 2012), cooperatives provide opportunities tp develope regional economies, welfare, quality of life. However, criteria and model for cooperatives" performance evaluation are insufficient level. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop a framework to evaluate cooperatives" performance based on BSC. Key performance indicators is provided to evaluate the performance of cooperatives with four perspectives of the BSC (financial, customer, internal processes, learning and growth) for this purpose, and AHP approach is utilized to determine the weight of each perspective and detail work for this research. In addition, performance of small business cooperatives which the government is supporting is evaluated by the suggested model based on BSC and AHP in this study. The contribution of this study is to provide a theoretical framework needed to build a cooperative performance evaluation which reflects the cooperative principles and characteristics, with multi dimensional perspectives, and to support the policy to keep fostering self-sustaining cooperatives.
미치광이풀 모상근 배양에서 Tropane Alkaloid 생산성 증진을 위한 최적 생물학적 엘리시터 선발

Scopolamine and hyoscyamine which belong to tropane alkaloids are the pharmaceutically valuable anticholinergic drugs. In order to increase the productivities, the effects of elicitation were investigated during hairy root cultures of Scopolia parviflora. Biotic elicitors originated from 3 fungi and 1 yeast were prepared as homogenate and supernatant and added to 3-week-old cultures. Both of homogenate and supernatant of Candida albicans elicitors increased the scopolamine production. The production of hyoscyamine was enhanced by homogenate of Fusarium solani and supematant of C. albicans. Most of the other fungal elicitors were also improved on the tropane alkaloid production compared to non-treatment. Among the elicitors tested, C. albicans was proved the optimal biotic elicitor on tropane alkaloids production. These results will be served mass production of tropane alkaloids by large-scale production.

Recently in Korea, as other many countries, science curriculum in elementary school have been reexamined to give better improvement. In this study, a pilot study on elementary science study (E,S,S,), that is programmed and developed in the United States with emphasis on creativity and the mode of inquiry of pupil, was Conducted in two classes of third grade at elementary school attached to Seoul Junior Teacher's College for seven months. The two groups under survey were of same social and intellectual background and environment in average. The controlled group continued to study science using the textbook edited by Government. The experimental group studied six unit from ESS program. At the end of the study, the two groups scientific abilities in three categories-interest, attitude, and scientific skill-were compared by means of interview and Laboratory work (Experiment). In view of the results, the following conclusions were made: Children who studied science with the ESS program. 1) took more interest in science than the controlled group. 2) made a significant advancement in their scientific skill. 3) experienced improved scientific atitude by learning science through inquiery. 4) gained as much fundamental scientific knoweledge as the controlled group which studied the tradi tional curriculum.
