        최근의 유선인터넷 환경의 e-customer와 모바일 커머스를 새로운 차원으로 확장한 u-커머스(ubiquitous)시대로 발전하고 있다. 따라서 온라인과 오프라인 데이터 연동과 유선과 무선인터넷 환경의 채널을 통합함으로써 언제 어디서든지 고객의 모든 데이터를 수집하고 다양한 매체를 통해 고객관리를 할 수 있는 고객관리 시스템이 요구되어진다. 본 논문은 u-커머스 시대에 각광 받고 있는 RFID(Radio Frequncy ID) 전자태그시스템을 도입하여 유비쿼터스 고객관리 환경을 구축하고 온ㆍ오프라인으로부터 수집되는 각종 정보들을 통합 관리하기 위하여 판매정보, 상품관리, 고객정보, 마케팅 정보를 데이터마이닝 기술을 이용하여 분석함으로써 고객이 필요로 하는 정보를 지능적으로 추출하며 분석된 정보를 토매로 인터넷, 휴대폰, PDA와 같은 다양한 유ㆍ무선 채널을 통하여 고객 서비스 및 관리를 지원하는 시스템이 되도록 설계하였다.

        타투화장품 및 문신용 염료의 유해금속 함량 연구

        Background: Along with the increase in consumer interest in and consumption of tattoo products, the controversy over harmful heavy metals associated with the use of tattoo cosmetics is also increasing. Therefore, investigation of hazardous metals in these tattoo products is needed. Objectives: This study was performed to provide useful data for establishing reasonable standards to securely manage tattoo cosmetics, tattoo stickers, and tattoo inks distributed in the market. Methods: Thirteen kinds of hazardous metal contents (Pb, As, Cd, Sb, Ni, Co, Cu, Cr, Se, Ba, Zn, Sn, and Hg) were analyzed for 23 tattoo cosmetics, ten tattoo stickers, and 16 tattoo inks. Hg was measured through the combustion-gold amalgamation method, and other hazardous metals were measured by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) after acidic decomposition using a microwave apparatus. Results: The detected ranges of Pb, As, Cd, Sb, Ni, and Hg in tattoo cosmetics were 0.07~1.18, 0.06~0.41, ND~0.07, 0.01~3.44, 0.12~2.75, and ND~0.01 μg/g, respectively. All of the hazardous metals detected were below the recommended maximum standards of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. The mean amount of Pb detected in tattoo stickers for children was 0.24 μg/kg and Cd was not detected, meaning both metals met the recommended criteria. There was no statistically significant difference in all measured metals between children’s tattoo stickers and adults’ tattoo stickers. In the results of the study on the hazardous metal content of tattoo inks, four products (25%) for Pb, one product (6%) for As, 13 products (81%) for Ni, four products (25%) for Cu, and five products (31%) for Zn exceeded the recommended standards approved by the government. The highest predicted exposure amount for hazardous metals exceeding the recommended level of tattoo inks in a single tattooing was 5.69 μg/kg for Ni, 8.51 μg/kg for Zn, 0.44 μg/kg for Pb, 8.07 μg/kg for Cu, 0.44 μg/kg for As, and 71.36 μg/kg for Ba. Conclusions: It is necessary to prepare criteria for content limitation for the management of Co, Cr, Ba and Se tattoo cosmetics, and tattoo inks require thorough quality control.

        특수교사가 장애청소년과의 관계에서 경험하는 심리적 현상 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 특수교사가 장애청소년들과 형성하는 관계의 특징과 그 속에서 특수교사의 심리-내적 경험을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 Colaizzi의 현상학적 연구방법을 사용하여 특수교사가 장애청소년과의 관계 속에서 경험하는 심리적 현상을 질적 분석하였다. 연구의 절차는 특수교사 7명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 한 후 수집된 자료를 분석함으로써 특수교사가 장애청소년과의 관계에서 경험하는 심리적 현상을 구성의미 122개, 주제 46개, 주제군 14개, 범주 4개로 도출해냈다. 첫째, 특수교사는 장애청소년과의 관계 속에서 치열한 씨름과 조율을 통해 장애청소년들을 버텨내고 있었다. 다른 한편으로는 교감을 위한 안아주는 노력을 하면서 상호 공감적 만남의 기쁨을 경험하기도 하였다. 둘째, 특수교사는 장애청소년과의 관계 속에서 분노, 수치감, 불안, 좌절감, 무력감, 괴리감, 회의감 등의 부정적 정서를 경험하지만, 그에 압도되지 않고 긍정 심리의 기제인 열정으로 전환함으로써 스스로를 보상하며 처리하는 모습을 보였다. 셋째, 특수교사의 장애청소년과의 관계경험의 의미는 장애청소년의 성장에 대한 보람과 긍지를 갖게 되는 것, 장애청소년의 고유성에 대한 시각이 확장되는 것, 이를 통해 특수교사로서의 성장지향적인 삶의 방향성을 회복하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이 연구의 결과는 특수교사 및 장애청소년들에 대한 이해의 확장과 심리상담적 개입을 위한 경험적 자료를 제공했다는 데 그 의의를 갖는다. This study at making an in-depth understanding of the characteristics of the relationship between the special education teacher and the disable youth and the characteristics of the special teacher s internal experience the relationship. Using Colaizzi’s descriptive phenomenological method(1978), this study explored the phenomenological nature and the uniqueness of the relational experience of special education teachers and their disabled adolescent students. It carried out an in-depth interview with seven special education teachers. The result produced 122 formulated meanings, 46 themes, and 14 clusters of themes, 4 category. The analysis of the data showed the following results: First, the special education teachers experienced the joy of mutual empathic relationships with the disabled teenagers as a result of their efforts to endure difficulties and to embrace their students in communion with them, going through various hard struggles and their adaptational efforts; Second, the teachers transformed their negative affects such as anger, shame, anxiety, frustration, alienation, and doubt into a positive emotion, i.e., passion, and comfort themselves and cope with the difficulties, without being overwhelmed by the negative affects; and Third, in terms of the significance the relational experience of the special education teachers with their disabled students, the experience allowed the teachers to gain satisfaction and pride from their works, to enhance their understanding of the uniqueness of disabled teenagers, and to grow both professionally and personally as teachers. In terms of psychology counseling, the result of this study can offer empirical data to be utilized in making in-depth understanding of both special education teachers and disabled teenagers and developing effective interventions for them.

        In comparison with Over-head electric power line, Underground electric power line system has benefits such as power supply and city environment beautification, so 22.9㎸ distribution electric power cable of KEPCO is installed around the metropolis highways. Also, the electric power cable that Urban railroad is using is stretched in a narrow underground space by using pipelines or troughs. The electric power blackout paralyzes the function of subway in operational state as well as brings about social confusion. Furthermore, the weakness of XLPE cable, as a result of water tree thermal phenomenon, real life span compared with life expectancy is by far a long way and water tree thermal preventive measure has been constantly increasing up to now. Therefore, the necessity of the failure prevention of underground electric power cable is urgently needed and the reliability improvement of power supply is on gradual increase. A study shows that more than 50% of underground cable failure are caused by water tree defect, in order to avoid the damage of electric power cable that take places under operation by adding high voltage to the electric power cable, the insulation efficiency is measured by using the method of IRC analysis that can be measured in operational state, and we try to find the instance study on Silicone Fluid/XL construction method reinforced insulation efficiency by preventing water penetration within cable and get rid of penetrated water to control the water tree thermal of electric power cable.

        The rectifier for Electric railway is one of the most important facilities in DC urban railway which converts power from KEPCO(AC 22.9kV) to the electric rail car(DC 1.5kV), therefore it should be managed as the best condition for the drive. There are several things to cause performance degradation and deterioration of parts such as pollutants occurred by it established under the ground such as dust or foreign substances, rapid changes of driving current, and pyrogen which put the rectifier for Electric railway in malfunction. On the flow of time, the rectifier for Electric railway is causing a malfunction or failure which drive electric rail car in operations as well as loss of life. In this research we try to find the way of removing the various components of mal-functions in the performance of the rectifier for Electric railway by Over-Haul and reform itself, which gives us to get the chance investment of the reduction, the reliability of power supply to the electric rail car.

      • 羊腎臟 Na^+, K^+-ATPase의 燐酸化結合의 性質

        Na+, K+-ATPase activity and Na+-dependent phosphorylation of sheep kidney Na+, K+-ATPase preparation which was almost free in F1, Ca++ and Mg++- ATPase were 1,097±24.3 ?mol Pi/mg protein/hr and 2,186±53.7fmol Pi/mg protein, respectively. Na+, K+-ATPase was phosporylated by (r-32P) ATP in histidine medium which did not contain NaCl, but this phosphorylation was not influenced by exogenous cyclic AMP and cyclic AMP dependent protein kinase which phosporylated histone. Histone was not phosphorylated by Na+, K+-ATPase alone or Na+, K+-ATPase and cyclic AMP. In potassium phosphate medium there were no 32P-incorporations of Na+, K+-ATPase by exogenous cyclic AMP and protein kinase. From the phosphorylated products obtained in the histidine medium with and without Na+, phosphate was completely liberated by hydroxylamine treatment. The phosphorylated product of histone phosphorylation by cyclic AMP and protein kinase, however, was identified as a phosphoester because this was very stable in hydroxylamine. These results support that the phophorylated intermediate of purified Na+, K+-ATPase from sheep kidney is an acyl phosphate and Na+, K+-ATPase could not be considered as a substrate of cyclic AMP dependent protein kinase.
