Numerous fabrication techniques have been used to mimic cylindrical natural tissues, such as blood vessels, tendons, ligaments, and skeletal muscles. However, most processes have limitations in achieving the biomimetic properties of multilayered and porous architectures. In this study, to embrace both features, a novel self-assembly method was proposed using electrospun microfibrous sheets. A bilayer microfibrous structure, comprising two sheets with different internal stresses, was fabricated by electrospinning a polycaprolactone (PCL) sheet on a uniaxially stretched thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) sheet. Then, by removing the stretching tension, the sheet was rolled into a hollow cylindrical structure with a specific internal diameter. The internal diameter could be quantitatively controlled by adjusting the thickness of the PCL sheet against that of the TPU sheet. Through this self-assembly method, biomimetic cylindrical structures with multilayer and porous features can be manufactured in a stable and controllable manner. Therefore, the resulting structures may be applied to various tissue engineering scaffolds, especially vascular and connective tissues.

코로나 19사태로 인한 ‘사회적 거리두기’ 운동이 지속되면서 사람들의 생활 형태가 변화된 양상을 띈다. 특히 모임 활동 및 단체 활동의 제한으로 개인 시간이 이전에 비해 증대되었다. 홀로 자택에 머무르는 시간의 증가로 인해 사회적 단절감과 고립감이 심화되며 “코로나 블루”로 일컫어지는 신종 정신질환이 많은 사람들에게 생겨나 사회적 문제로 이슈화 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 사회적 문제를 완화시키기 위해 고안된 새로운 디퓨저 개발과정 및 기존 디퓨저에서 볼 수 없었던 IoT기술과 조향기술과의 접목을 통한 차별성에 대해 서술하였다.

최근 현대인에게는 질좋은 숙면이 필수적이다. 건강한 숙면을 위해서는 편안한 수면환경이 중요하므로 IoT베개와 매트는 개개인에게 맞는 수면 자세를 잡아 효율적으로 현대인들의 수면의 질을 높여줄 것이다. IoT의 베개의 센서가 머리의 움직임과 방향을 실시간으로 모니터링하여 설치된 장치가 자세를 바로잡아주고 장치와 연동된 앱을 통하여 수면의 종류와 패턴, 수면 시간을 상세분석하는 체계적인 맞춤형 수면 관리를 통해 수면 건강정보를 제공할 것이다. 또한, 수면 건강정보를 서버에서 종합하여 각 가정의 환자의 상태를 모니터링하여 원격진료가 가능하다.

Dip-coating methods, in conjunction with 3D printing and particle leaching, provide a promising approach for fabricating artificial vascular grafts with enhanced mechanical and biocompatible properties through the incorporation of porous structures. However, the current limitations of the dip-coating process hinder the fabrication of long vascular grafts suitable for femoral artery treatment. These limitations include the requirement of a solution tank deeper than the length of template and an excessive amount of coating solution. Moreover, the extended exposure time of the pre-formed porous structure to the coating solution during the multi-coating process often leads to significant damage. To address these challenges, we developed a novel coating system that utilized a moving nozzle containing coating solution, thereby significantly reducing the amount of solution required. Furthermore, the developed system minimized the exposure time of the porous structure to the coating solution. We employed the appropriately sized nozzle to prevent the leakage of coating solution through the gap between the template and the nozzle during the process. Additionally, we determined the optimal nozzle transfer rate to achieve uniform coating thickness. Consequently, this approach enabled the fabrication of long porous artificial vascular grafts, specifically exceeding 30cm in length, with internal porous structures that potentially improved biocompatibility while maintaining coating uniformity.

In this paper, we analyze English speaking evaluation from various angles without human evaluation intervention and develop tools to evaluate it according to educators educational direction through quantitative indicators. The Whisper model was used as a STT (Speech to Text) model, and character characteristics and speech characteristics are extracted using the STT model, and English speaking ability is evaluated using the corresponding indicators. Through quantitative evaluation indicators, the relative importance of evaluation indicators is adjusted according to the instructors direction and goals and used to conduct a comprehensive evaluation.
3D 프린팅 된 금속-고분자 맞물림 구조의 유도 가열 공정을 이용한 접합 기술 연구

The demand for metal-polymer joining technology have been increasing, especially in the industrial fields of automotive and aerospace, which require the manufacturing of various lightweight parts. Conventional joining processes have technical hurdles on aspects such as thermal degradation, need for chemical surface treatment, or complicated process settings. These issues can be alleviated by employing interlocking structures for the metal-polymer joined interface. In this study, we joined 3D-printed metal and polymer parts, which were featured with 3D-printed interlocking structures at their interface. By using high frequency induction heating, the joined region could be locally heated to reduce the thermal degradation and distortion of polymer parts. In addition, through the adjustment of interface morphologies and compression conditions, the polymer flow could be optimized to completely fill the interlocking grooves on metal parts, thereby achieving high joining strength. This suggests feasible guidelines for manufacturing metal-polymer joined structures involving 3D-printed architectures.
