User Interface Design Platform based on Usage Log Analysis

사용자 인터페이스는 어플리케이션 사용자에게 효율적인 서비스를 제공하는데 있어 중요한 요소이다. 특히 언제 어디서나 실행 가능한 모바일 어플리케이션들은 다른 도메인의 어플리케이션보다 사용성의 우선순위가 높다. 기존의 연구들은 어플리케이션의 사용성 향상을 위해서 프로토 타입과 스토리보드 방식을 활용하여 해당 어플리케이션의 사용성에 대한 설문을 수행했다. 하지만 이러한 방식은 특정 어플리케이션의 사용성 관련 문제점을 지속적으로 식별하고 개선하는데 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 터치 제스처 데이터를 이용하여 사용성을 분석하는 기법을 제안하고 있다. 이는 어플리케이션이 배포된 후에도 지속적으로 사용자의 의도를 파악하여 어플리케이션의 UI/UX 문제점을 식별하고 개선시킬 수 있다. The user interface is an important factor in providing efficient services to application users. In particular, mobile applications that can be executed anytime and anywhere have a higher priority of usability than applications in other domains.Previous studies have used prototype and storyboard methods to improve the usability of applications. However, this approach has limitations in continuously identifying and improving the usability problems of a particular application. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a usability analysis method using touch gesture data. It could identify and improve the UI / UX problem of the application continuously by grasping the intention of the user after the application is distributed.

초등영어 디지털교과서 활용에 관한 교사, 학부모, 학생의 인식1

본 연구는 초등학교 교사, 학부모, 학생들의 영어 디지털교과서의 수업과 가정에서의 활용에 대한 인식과 언어기능별 인식을 살펴보았다. 초등학교 교사 38명, 학부모 75명, 학생 89명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했고, 교사 4명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 시행했다. 연구 결과를 살펴보면, 먼저, 교사, 학부모, 학생의 디지털교과서 경험과 활용도는 낮은 편이었다. 그러나 디지털교과서를 서책형 교과서의 보조수단으로 도입해 수업 시간에 활용하는 것에는 대부분 찬성했다. 교사와 학부모의 경우 디지털교과서 활용 여부가 선호도에 영향을 주지 않았지만, 학생들은 디지털교과서를 사용한 경험이 있는 경우 디지털교과서를 수업시간에 활용하는 것을 선호했다. 교사와 학부모의 이해도와 관심도는 모두 낮은 편이었는데, 이해도에서는 교사가 학부모보다 유의미하게 높은 반면, 관심도는 학부모가 교사보다 유의미하게 높았다. 다음으로 교사, 학부모, 학생 모두 영어 디지털교과서가 학습에 대한 흥미를 유발하지만, 디지털기기 활용으로 인한 시력저하를 우려했다. 마지막으로, 교사, 학부모, 학생 모두 언어 4기능을 영어 디지털교과서를 활용해 발전시킬 수 있을 것으로 보았다. 특히 디지털교과서의 영상 및 애니메이션을 활용할 것을 기대하면서 듣기 기능이 디지털교과서 활용에서 가장 효과적일 것으로 보았고, 음성 언어가 문자 언어보다 영어 디지털교과서로 학습하기에 효과적일 것으로 인식했다. 본 연구결과의 시사점은 영어 디지털교과서는 학습자의 흥미를 유발하고 학습을 촉진시키는 다양한 양질의 콘텐츠와 효과적인 기능이 개발되어야 하며, 학생들이 학교나 가정에서 영어 디지털교과서를 적절하게 활용할 수 있도록 지원이 필요하다는 점이다. This study aimed to examine the perceptions that teachers, parents, and students hold regarding the use of elementary English digital textbooks (EDT). The participants included 38 elementary teachers, 75 parents, and 89 elementary students. The survey was conducted with all the participants and the interview was done with four teachers. The findings are as follows: First, the experiences of teachers, parents, and students in using EDT were limited. However, they had positive view on the use of EDT in classrooms. In particular, students who experienced English lessons with EDT preferred to use EDT in their classrooms. Second, both the teachers and parents had fairly low understanding and interest in EDT. However, the teachers had significantly higher understanding than the parents while the parents exhibited significantly higher interest than the teachers. All the groups agreed that using EDT in classes would improve students’ interest in English learning, but they worried that the prolonged use of digital devices would negatively affect the students’ eyesight. Lastly the participants felt that all 4 basic language skills could be nurtured using EDT. In particular, the participants perceived the use of animation in EDT as a beneficial tool for improving listening comprehension and found EDT to be more helpful for speaking skills over writing skills. Such findings imply that various high-quality contents and effective functions of EDT should be developed to promote the students’ interest and learning. More support is needed to facilitate appropriate use of EDT in classrooms and at home.

기업의 성과 결정요인 분석-산업특성변수와 기업특성변수 중심으로-

이 논문의 목적은 한국거래소의 유가증권시장과 코스닥시장에 상장된 기업을 대상으로 산업특성변수, 기업특성변수와 기업의 성과간의 관계를 살펴보는데 있다. 이 논문에서는 kis-value의 1999~2011년의 13개년의 자료를 이용해 실증분석을 했다. 주요한 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 당기 연구개발비가 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석한 결과, 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 전기 연구개발비, 전전기의 연구개발비는 통계적으로 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 과거 연구개발비는 시차를 두고 기업의 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다고 할 수 있다. 둘째, 교육훈련비 투자는 기업성과에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 당기 및 과거의 교육훈련비의 투자가 기업의 이익 증대에 큰 영향을 미칠 것이라는 기대와 다르게 당기의 기업 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 못하는 것을 보였다. 마지막으로 셋째, 모든 분석모형에서 기업의 성과와 시장집중률, 허쉬만-허핀달 지수(HHI)간에는 유의한 정(+)의 상관관계가 있었다. 그리고 연구개발집약도도 모든 모형에서 유의한 정(+)의 관계를 보였다. 마지막으로 연구개발집중도 역시 모든 모형에서 기업성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this thesis it to analyze empirically the relationships among industrial characteristics variables and corporate characteristics variables, firm performance in Korean listed company panel datasets for 1999-2011. The main results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, as a result of a correlation analysis how R&D investment of the current term affects firm performance, R&D investment of the current term showed meaningful negative affects statistically. However, R&D investment in the right former term and other prior terms showed meaningful positive affects statistically. Therefore, R&D investment in the past has positive effects on enterprise performance with a time difference. Second, educational investment has a negative effect on firm performance statistically. Educational investment in the current and past terms does not positively affect firm profits of the current term, which is different from the expectation that educational investment would affect firm profits positively. Third, in all the analysis models, several industrial characteristics(market concentration ratio, R&D intensity, R&D concentration ratio) positively effect firm performance.

이 연구는 개정된 성인용 직업적성검사와 기존 성인용 직업적성검사를 연계(linking)하고 그 타당성을 검증하려는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 위해 단일집단설계와 무선동등집단설계를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 연계화 작업에 앞서 개정판 검사와 기존판 검사가 측정하는 구성요인의 비교성 검증을 위해 하위검사간 상관과 하위요인간 상관을 분석하였다. 연계화를 위해 무선동등집단 설계를 통해 수집한 자료에 동백분위 방법을 적용하였으며, 표집에 따른 무선오차를 줄이기 위해 큐빅 스플라인 방법으로 연계화 함수를 사후 완곡화 하였다. 연계화에 따른 오차를 파악하기 위해 각 점수별로 연계화 오차에 대한 구체적인 정보를 제공할 수 있는 bootstrap방법을 적용하였다. 연계화 결과의 타당성을 평가하기 위해 단일집단 설계 자료를 이용하여 동일 피험자가 기존판 검사를 본 후 산출된 척도 점수와 개정판 검사를 본 후 연계화를 통해 얻어진 척도점수를 비교ㆍ분석하였다. This study was designed to address issues related to linking scores between old and new vocational aptitude batteries for adults. Both single-group and random-groups data collection designs were administerd to gather data for proposed analyses. Before conducting actual linking procedures, the degree of construct compatability between old and new test batteries was checked by investigating correlation matrices among sub-tests and sub-factors in batteries. Equipercentile linking procedures with a cubic-spline post-smoothing technique were applied to find linking relationships between old and new vocational aptitude batteries. The cubic-spline post-smoothing technique helps to reduce linking errors due to random selection of examinees for linking. Linking error on each score point was calculated by using the Bootstrap re-sampling technique. The validity of applied linking procedures was examined by comparing examinees' scale scores from single-group design that forced examinees to take both old and new vocational aptitude batteries.
