Objective : In Guanja there is a clear system with xin and shengren as the central figure, which can be correlated with the united thought can be found in Huangjenaegyeong . Method : In studying Oriental medicine, we will try to compare the Guanza and Huangjenaegyeong, in that what Sin is doing and how Seongin(聖人) does the work to achieve his prupose, and how Sin has philosophical meaning. Result : Guanja targets a unified government with the king centered, always issues an order, at the same time Guanja survey the system of the military, economy, retainer, people in the gross. In Guanja the Seongin is the ideal king, who understands the four seasons and command in timely, and rule his people using Muui(無爲). Sin is the center which achieve Dao(道) in mankind, and in the government system it is compared as the king to the rellation between king and retainer. Huangjenaegyeong is a medicine book which persued the united medical theory and algorithm. It made the general system algorithm, and united many different theories with the Seongin centered, who understand the 天氣 (including four seasons) and can control the human body. In this book, Sin is the center which control other organs. Conclusion : Political philoshphy in Guanja and the united thought in Huangjenaegyeong can be correlated in that two both aim for the systematization and the unity.
TS 알고리듬과 SA 알고리듬을 이용한 컴퓨터 형성 홀로그램의 성능 향상

본 논문에서는 Tabu Search(TS) 알고리듬과 Simulated Annealing(SA) 알고리듬을 결합하여 향상된 성능을 갖는 컴퓨터 형성 홀로그램을 설계할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 회전 효율의 향상을 위해 TS 알고리듬으로 이상적인 홀로그램에 근접한 패턴을 생성하고, 이를 SA 알고리듬에서 무작위로 구성된 초기 패턴과 대체하여 컴퓨터 형성 홀로그램을 설계하였다. 컴퓨터 모의 실험과 광 실험을 통하여 제안한 방법과 SA 알고리듬과의 성능을 비교한 결과 제안한 방법으로 재생한 영상이 SA 알고리듬을 이용하였을 때보다 향상된 회전 효율과 균일도를 가지는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. In this paper, we propose a method for optimizing a computer-generated hologram(CGH) by combining the Tabu Search(TS) algorithm with the Simulated Annealing(SA) algorithm. By replacing an initial random pattern of the SA algorithm with an approximately ideal hologram pattern of the TS algorithm, we design a CGH which has high diffraction efficiency(DE). We compared the performance of the proposed algorithm with the SA algorithm using computer simulation and an optical experiment. As a result, we confirmed diffraction efficiency and uniformity to be enhanced in the proposed algorithm.
역전사 (逆轉寫) 중합효소연쇄반응 (重合酵素連鎖反應) ( RT-PCR ) 과 제한효소 분석을 이용한 오이 모자이크 바이러스의 신속한 검정 및 동정

Based upon the nucleotide sequence of As strain of cucumber mosaic virus (CMV-As) RNA4, coat protein (CP) gene was selected for the design of oligonucleotide primers of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for detection and identification of the virus. Reverse transcription and polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was performed with a set of 18-mer CMV CP-specific primers to amplify a 671 bp fragment from crude nucleic acid extracts of virus-infected leaf tissues as well as purified viral RNAs. The minimum concentrations of template viral RNA and crude nucleic acids from infected tobacco tissue required to detect the virus were 1.0 fg and 1 : 65,536 (w/v), respectively. no PCR product was obtained when potato virus Y-VN RNA or extracts of healthy plants were used as templates in RT-PCR using the same primers. The RT-PCR detected CMV-Y strain as well as CMV-As strain. Restriction analysis of the two individual PCR amplified DNA fragments from CMV-As and CMV-Y strains showed distinct polymorphic patterns. PCR product from CMV-As has a single recognition site for EcoRI and EcoRV, respectively, and the product from CMV-Y has no site for EcoRI or EcoRV but only one site for HindIII. The RT-PCR was able to detect the virus in the tissues of infected pepper, tomato and Chinese cabbage plants.
