환경 친화적 도로 건설을 위한 기초연구

우리나라도 이제는 개발위주의 정책에서 벗어나 국민의 삶의 질을 높이는 환경을 우선시하는 방향으로 정책이 전환되고 있다. 이러한 시대적 요구에 따라 도로설계분야에서도 환경을 고려한 환경파괴를 최소화하고 쾌적한 환경을 제공할 수 있는 환경 친화적인 도로설계를 지향하는 목소리가 커지고 있다. 우리나라는 현재 통용되고 있는 도로 설계기준으로는 ‘도로의 구조 설계기준에 관한 규칙’이 가장 보편적으로 사용되고 있는데, 이 기준은 차량 주행시 차량, 운전자, 교통류간의 연관성을 고려한 것이다. 도로건설로 인한 생활권 분리, 자연화경 훼손, 소음, 대기오염 등에 관련한 사항은 전혀 고려할 수 없는 것이 현실이다.

The phenomenon of low-childbirth in the late Roman republic and the early Roman empire is growing more and more serious. The disorder of sexual moral including the high divorce rate, the extramarital intercourse, and the avoid of marriage and childbirth that had a great vogue in the elite of the early roman empire occurred the collapse of Roman family. The disorder of sexual moral lost the Roman tradition and happened the phenomenon of low childbirth. In front of this phenomenon. Augustus tried to restore the sound morale of Roman family to the Principate. Therefore, he tried to eradicate the disorder of sexual moral through the program of moral and society and correct this problem through the ratification of laws that encouraged the marriage and the childbirth. In spite of these countermeasures. the phenomenon of underpopulation is growing more and more serious in the Roman empire and the Italy. Then, the peasants of Italy were troubled by the poverty of rural district and the population of Italy grown smaller. Thus, the emperors of Nerva and Traianus established the program of alimenta that the Roman government provided with the child allowance in order to support the poor child in Italian rural district. Nerva and Trajanus tried to correct the problem of low childbirth in Italy through the program of alimenta. Though there is 2000 years in this sense. the system of alimenta that was the policy to an increase in population and an agricultural relief in the ancient Rome suggest that it was an index to correct the phenomenon of today's low childbirth.

On January 1, 2021, it was enacted and revised to facilitate the application of the relevant industry in order to meet international standards and improve and supplement the requirements by conducting code changes and technical reviews during the grace period for application of the Korea Electrical Equipment Regulations. Based on this background, KEC, the standard for installing electrical equipment in Korea, was developed so that the grounds for many foreign regulations could be identified based on IEC standards similar to those of the domestic electrical environment and applied to domestic sites. The ground resistance and ground resistance were measured and the simulation results were derived and interpreted by applying the KEC grounding method revised through the on-site project. So, we checked how the KEC grounding method was applied in the field and learned the technical characteristics and construction method.

초고속도로 차량의 전도와 미끄러짐에 대한 횡풍 영향 분석

도로선형설계시 바람에 대한 영향은 무시한다. 그러나 매우 강한 바람이 불거나 차량이 고속으로 주행하는 경우 바람 영향은 생각한 것보다 클 수 있기 때문에 이런 경우 강풍 대책은 중요하다. 강한 바람에 의한 사고사례를 살펴보면, 2005년 3월 8일 강원도와 경남북 지역에서는 최대 순간풍속 20m/s가 넘는 강풍이 불어 닥치면서 측면의 면적이 큰 트레일러의 컨테이너가 횡풍에 의해 전복하는 사고가 발생하였다. 2005년 7월 12일 오전 부산 광안대교에서도 16m/s의 강한 바람에 의해 주행 중인 트레일러의 컨테이너 박스가 도로에 떨어져 교통흐름에 지장을 주는 사고가 있었다. 영동고속도로 대관령 구간은 높이 90여m의 교량으로 이뤄진 구간으로 지나는 운전자들은 지형적 영향으로 생기는 강풍 때문에 아찔한 사고 위험을 경험하는 등 불안감을 호소하는 사례가 잇따르고 있다. 실제로 지난 2001년 12월 15일 평창에서 강릉 방향으로 이동 중인 지프가 터널을 빠져 나와 교량 위를 지나는 동안 강풍에 의해 중심을 잃고 가드레일과 충동하는 사고가 발생하였다. 또한 1977년 4월 28일 오후 2시 경 일본의 일본국도 8호 카미와교에서 소형트럭이 카시와자키 방면으로 주행 중, 교량의 중앙부에서 강풍으로 인해 차량이 흔들리면서 화물칸이 전도되는 사고가 발생하였다. 사고 당시 인근의 풍속계에서 순간풍속 25m/s로 측정되었으며, 이 교량의 주변지형은 깊이 약 100m의 V자 골짜기로 되어 있고 일본해로부터의 계절풍이 모아져서 인근 풍속계에서 측정된 25m/s보다 더 높은 강풍이 발생한 것으로 예측된다.

경성의 미술시장과 일본인 수장가

The distribution of antique art in modern Korea is deemed to have begun in earnest around the 1900s with the entry into the country of Japanese antique art dealers. Antique art dealing and distribution in modern Korea after the 1900s changed every decade or so, and the 1930s in particular was the period of the business’s greatest boom. The Japanese dominated the antique art business in the Japanese colonial era art market, but after the 1930s the number of Korean collectors gradually increased and the Japanese and Koreans formed the double structure of its customer base. The Gyeongseong Art Club, an art auction company established by Japanese antique art dealers in 1922, played an important role in the antique art business at the time. Japanese collectors of the colonial era were diverse, ranging from high officials in the Japanese colonial government to ordinary citizens, and there were many collectors not only in Gyeongseong but also in the provinces. They were able to collect many pieces of art during the 1920s~30s period when business was booming in antique art dealing. Together with a detailed investigation of their personal data, activities and collection records, a comparative analysis of Japanese and Korean collectors is expected to deepen our understanding of the establishment and the structure of Korea’s art market in modern and contemporary times.

저에너지 공동주택 개별보일러의 출력범위 조절을 위한 난방 및 급탕부하 분석

In Korea, it is common to determine the capacity of individual gas-fired boilers based on the floor area or unit heating load of residential buildings. With this approach, the current tendency of heating load reduction can not be taken into account when sizing the individual gas-fired boilers for low-energy apartment buildings. Most of the low-energy apartment buildings might be equipped with over-sized boilers, which would cause the boiler to operate with low efficiency particularly under part load conditions. As the over-sized boilers can deteriorate the energy saving performance of low-energy apartment buildings, this study was conducted to suggest the necessity of adjusting the output range of individual gas-fired boilers. For this purpose, heating and domestic hot water load of apartment buildings were analyzed considering the historical change of energy saving design standards. The analyzed loads were compared with the output range of household gas-fired boilers currently available on the market. The results showed that the heating output of the boilers is over-sized, even though the heating load has been reduced by 53%. It was found that the part-load output of boilers was significantly higher than the heating load, which would lead to the reduced efficiency during the part load conditions. It was also found that the individual room control can increase the difference between the boiler part-load output and heating load. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the output range of boilers by lowering the part-load output and to increase the turn-down ratio of boilers in order to improve the energy efficiency of low-energy apartment buildings.
