        사회체육센터 이용자의 시설과 프로그램에 관한 만족도 분석

        The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among satisfaction and the participation of leisure sports center. The subjects of this study were selected by the stratified random cluster sampling method from 242 users(male : 105, female : 137) of leisure sports center which is located in Seoul. We used measuring apparatus for preceding research(Kim Yoeng Man, 1996; Jeong Sang Won, 1998; Wie, 1993; Leve, 1980)based on the theoretical foundation. Satisfaction of facility was estimated about the scale of facility, organization of incidental facility and convenience of facility. And, the leisure sports program estimated based on the preceding research (Kim Young Man, 1996: Jeong Sang Won, 1998: Wie sung Sik, 1993: Crompton & Mackay, 1989). It is organized speciality of program, make a high quality, diversify. Discretion of data probated through distribution of simplicity frequency, one-hundredth part percentage and Chi-Square(x²)analysis. From the analysis of data, this study reached the following conclusions: First, 78.8% of the leisure sports center users are satisfied with the scale of facility. Between Two million five hundred thousand won and Three million won income level group is the highest satisfaction. 87.3 Percentage of the leisure sports center users satisfied. Between thirty one and forty ages group is the highest. 89.4 percentage of the leisure sports center users satisfied about convenience of facility. Graduated university in academic background is the highest satisfaction about the convenience of facility. Between Two million and five hundred thousand won and Three million won income level group is the highest satisfaction about the convenience of facility. Second, 78.9% of leisure sports center users are satisfied with the organization of specialized program. Third, 94.4% of the leisure sports center users are satisfied with the convenience of access, 92.3% of those are satisfied with the method of imfomation promotion which take effect to the high grade. Fourth, 85.8% of the leisure sports center users are satisfied with the teaching method of diverse program. 91.3% of the leisure sports center users are satisfied with the teaching contents of diverse program. and 97.8% of those are satisfied with the cost value of diverse program.

      • 셀룰로오스섬유강화 복합재 용골 의지발의 걸음걸이역학 비교분석

        For the most of lower limb amputees, prosthetic foot is essential part in artificial lower limb. The ideal role of prosthetic foot is to mimic the mechanical features of sound foot. Two important features of prosthetic foot are negative power property in Initial Contact and spring property in Terminal Stance. To achieve these features, various materials and mechanisms have been attempted. In this study, new developed composite material of the cellulose fiber reinforced composite was applied to keel of prosthetic foot. It is expected to be strong and tough enough to be utilized for human weight level applications and exhibit normal gait characteristics. 2 subjects participated in gait capture. They wore 3 kinds of prosthetic foot by turns including theirs, developed cellulose fiber reinforced foot, and typical energy storing foot. In the results, the cellulose-applied foot followed almost mechanical characteristics of typical energy storing sample. Eco-friendly cellulose material showed possibility of application to lower limb prostheses.

      • 분무간 충돌 시스템에서의 액적 거동 특성에 관한 수치해석적 연구

        The current collision model in several Lagrangian CFD codes is insufficient to predict the accurate droplet behavior because the model considers only two main outcomes of binary droplet collision: coalescence and stretching separation. But in reality four different types of collision outcomes exist. Moreover the statistical approach of the model tends to be strongly dependent on the grid sensitivity. Therefore, in order to simulate the droplet behavior in dense spray environments with accuracy, it is necessary to consider as many collision outcomes as possible and utilize the grid independent methodology for determining the probability of collision. Hence the goal of the current study is to numerically investigate the atomization characteristics of inter-impingement system and to evaluate the fragmenting collision model by using the KIVA code.

      • 비재무정보 공시제도의 현황 및 개선방안

        기존에 투자자들의 주요한 판단 요소로 작용하였던 재무적 요소 이외에 환경(Environmental)·사회(Social)·지배구조(Governance) (ESG)의 중요성이 날로 더해지고 있다. ESG 투자란 ESG 이슈를 투자 관련 의사결정에 반영하는 것을 의미하는데, 글로벌 투자기관을 비롯하여 ESG 투자에 대한 관심이 확대되고 투자 규모 또한 급격한 상승세에 있다. 이러한 국제적 조류에 부응하여 기업뿐만 아니라 정부 차원에서도 적극적인 대응을 하고 있다. 재무정보 이외의 기업에 관한 정보를 비재무정보로 부르는 것으로 보이며, 재무정보와 비재무정보는 개념적 차이 이외에도 작성 방법, 보유정보의 성격 등에 본질적 차이가 있다. ESG 정보는 환경변화의 위험 고조, 책임투자의 확산, 글로벌 규제의 강화 등의 측면에서 공시의 필요성이 높아지고 있으며, 우리나라에서도 기업지배구조보고서 및 지속가능경영보고서의 공시 강화, 환경정보 등 공시의무를 강화하는 추세에 있다. ESG 정보의 공시의무 강화추세에 대해서 우리나라도 치밀한 준비과정이 필요하다. 하지만 우리나라가 선제적으로 지표를 선정하여 시행하기에는 비용과 시간이 소요되므로 국제적으로 통용될 수 있는 기준이 마련된 후에 우리의 특수성을 반영한 지표를 확정하는 것이 타당하다. 그리고 공시 의무화 전이라도 기후변화와 관련한 위험과 기회, 그러한 요인들이 조직의 사업과 재무에 미치는 실질적·잠재적 위험 등을 사업보고서 내의 이사의 경영진단 및 분석의견(MD&A)에 포함시키는 것은 실효성 있는 방안이라고 생각된다. 추가적으로 정보의 신뢰성 확보를 위해서 객관적인 제3자에 의한 인증절차의 도입도 검토할 필요가 있다. In addition to financial factors that previously served as significant judgment factors for investors, the importance of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) is increasing day by day. ESG investment reflects ESG issues in investment decisions, and interest in ESG investment, including global investment institutions, is expanding. The size of investment is also on a sharp rise. In response to this international trend, companies and governments are actively responding. Information on companies other than financial information is called non-financial information. In addition to conceptual differences, financial and non-financial information have essential differences in preparation method and nature of holding information. ESG information needs to be disclosed regarding the heightened risk of environmental change, the spread of responsible investment, and strengthening global regulations. Korea is also strengthening its obligation to disclose corporate governance and sustainability reports. Korea also needs a thorough preparation process for strengthening the obligation to disclose ESG information. However, it would take cost and time for Korea to select and implement indicators preemptively, so it is reasonable to determine indicators that reflect our specificity after establishing standards that can be used internationally. Furthermore, even before disclosure is mandatory, it is considered an effective way to include climate change-related risks and opportunities, as well as actual and potential risks to the organization's business and finance, in the director's management diagnosis and analysis opinion (MD&A) in the business report. In addition, it is necessary to consider the introduction of an authentication procedure by an objective third party to secure the reliability of the information.

      • Lagrangian-Eulerian 기법을 이용한 고압 디젤 분무 시뮬레이션의 수치해석격자 의존성 저감에 관한 연구

        In the standard CFD code, Lagrangian-Eulerian method is very popular to simulate the liquid spray penetrating into gaseous phase. In this method, the dispersed liquid particles are tracked individually in the Lagrangian view, and the continuous phase of gas is resolved in the Eulerian view. Though this method can give a simple solution and low computational cost, it have been reported that the Lagrangian spray models have numerical grid dependency, resulting in serious numerical errors. Many researches have shown the grid dependency arise from two sources. The first is due to unaccurate prediction of the droplet-gas relative velocity, and the second is that the probability of binary droplet collision is dependent on the grid resolution. In order to solve the grid dependency problem, the improved spray models are implemented in the KIVA-3V code in this study. For reducing the errors in predicting the relative velocity, the momentum gain from the gaseous phase to liquid particles were resolved according to the gas-jet theory. In addition, the advanced algorithm of the droplet collision modeling which surmounts the grid dependency problem was applied. Then, in order to validate the improved spray model, the computation is compared to the experimental results. By simultaneously regarding the momentum coupling and the droplet collision modeling, successful reduction of the numerical grid dependency could be accomplished in the simulation of the high-pressure injection diesel spray.

        Curcumin과 resveratrol에 의한 두경부암 유래의 HN-4 세포의 세포주기, 세포사 및 전이관련 단백질의 발현 조절

        Nontraditional or alternative medicine is becoming an increasingly attractive approach for the treatment of various inflammatory disorders and cancers. Curcumin is the major constitute of turmoric powder extracted from the rhizomes of the plant Curcuma longa. Resveratrol is a phytoalexin present in grapes and a variety of medicinal plants. In this report, We investigated the effect of curcumin and resveratrol on regulatory protein of cell cycle, induction of apoptosis and MMP activity. Treatment with 75 M curcumin for 24 hrs produced morphological changing in HN-4 cells. Curcumin and resveratrol inhibited the cellular growth in HN-4 cells. Inhibition of cell growth was associated with down-regulation of cell cycle regulatory proteins. Curcumin-induced caspase-3 activation and Bax degradation were dose-dependent with a maximal effect at a concentration of 100 M. The elevated caspase-3 activity in curcumin treated HN-4 cells are correlated with down-regulation of survivin and cIAP1, but not cIAP2. Curcumin induced a dose-dependent increase of cytochrome c in the cytosol. Curcumin induced-apoptosis was mediated through the release of cytochrome c. In addition, curcumin-induced apoptosis was caused by the generation of reactive oxygen species, which was prevented by antioxidant N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC). Cotreatment with NAC markedly prevented cytochrome c release, Bax cleavage and cell death. Also resveratrol-induced apoptosis was preceded by down-regulation of the anti-apoptotic Bcl-2, cIAP1, and caspase-3 activity. However, resveratrol-induced apoptosis was not prevented by antioxidant NAC. In addition, HN-4 cells release basal levels of MMP2 when cultured in serum-free medium. Treatment of the cells with various concentrations of PMA for 24 hr induced the expression and secretion of latent MMP9 as determined by gelatin zymography. HN-4 cells were treated with various concentrations of curcumin and resveratrol in the presence of 75 nM PMA, and MMP2 and 9 activities were inhibited by curcumin and resveratrol.

      • 복합분열모델을 이용한 비증발장 디젤 분무 예측

        The purpose of this paper is to investigate the diesel spray characteristics by using CFD method. Generally in order to calculate a spray penetrating into the gaseous atmosphere, Eulerian-Lagrangian description is widely adopted in describing two phases. In this study, the Lagrangian models for liquid phase are specially focused on. Considering the actual spray regime which consists of primary and secondary breakups, hybrid breakup models such as KH-DDB and KH-RT models are well known to give a good agreement with practical results. However, many hybrid breakup models heavily depend on the empirical constants and calculated results are also extremely sensitive to grid resolution when using the KIVA code. From this view this paper analyzes the numerical results with various conditions of empirical constants and grid resolution. In order to verify the predicted results, the experiments of non-evaporating diesel spray were carried out and compared to the numerical results. As a result, this paper provides important information relating to handling the hybrid breakup model and selection of adaptive grid resolution.
