HepG2 cell에서 식용수산자원 추출물의 지질축적억제효과

수산물 추출물로부터 간세포내 지질축적억제효과 추출물의 탐색을 통해 지방간 형성 억제 활성물질을 밝힐 목적으로, 각 48종의 수산물 추출물의 사람 간암세포유래인 HepG2 세포주에서의 중성지질축적억제 효과를 조사하였다. 그 결과, 18개의 추출물에서 유의적인 지질축적억제효과를 보였고, 그 중 Pagrus major, Octopus minor, Enteroctopus dofleini, Undaria pinnatifida Sporophyll, Styela clava, Enteromorpha intenstinalis 등 6개의 추출물이 유효한 효과가 있음을 관찰하였다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 지질대사에 관여하는 단백질들의 발현 정도를 조사하고, 활성물질의 분리 및 정제 등에 관한 연구와 지방간 형성 억제 효과에 대한 기전 연구가 진행되어야 할 것으로 사료된다. This study was performed to promote the effective utilization of edible marine resources and to develop functional food material from edible marine resource extracts for inhibiting lipid accumulation in liver. Edible marine resource extracts (ME) were prepared by hot water (MWE) and 80% ethanolic (MEE), and both the MWE and MEE extracts were assessed as to their cell cytotoxicity, and Oil Red O staining. Results demonstrated that ME showed no cytotoxic effects. However, treatment with MEE in the concentration of 1000, 500, and 250 ㎍/mL significantly inhibited the lipid accumulation in HepG2 cells compared to MWE. Especially, among the 80% ethanolic extracts, Pagrus major, Larimichthys polyactis, Clupea pallasii, Octopus minor, Enteroctopus dofleini, Styela clava, dried sea mustard, and Enteromorpha intestinalis showed greater lipid accumulation inhibitory activity than the others.

강원도 시판 막장제품의 이화학적 품질특성 및 생리활성 조사

본 연구에서는 강원도에서 생산되는 전통 막장제품(MJ) 12종을 수집하여 이화학적 품질특성 및 생리활성 효과에 대해 조사하였다. pH는 4.43~5.69로 나타났고 MJ5가 가장 높았으며, 염도는 11.1~16.9%로 분포되어 있었고 MJ3이 가장 높았다. 명도는 26.2~36.9, 적색도는 3.9~11.5, 황색도는 6.5~16.6으로 분포되어 있어 제품들 간에 뚜렷한 차이를 보였다. 아미노태질소 함량은 제품에 따라 342.41~605.92 mg%로 나타났고 MJ2가 가장 높았으며, 유리아미노산 총량은 1,175.3~4,657.7 mg%로 다양하게 분포되어 있었다. 특히 MJ11의 유리아미노산 총량은 4,657.7 mg%로 제품들중 가장 높았고, 주요 아미노산은 glutamic acid, aspartic acid, alanine, lysine, leucine, isoleucine이었으며, 제품에 따라 GABA 함량이 높게(MJ12, MJ8, MJ4) 나타나기도 하였다. 지방산 총량은 1,598.6~2,874.4 mg%로 MJ10이 가장 높았고, 주요 지방산으로는 linoleic acid, palmitic acid, linolenic acid, oleic acid, stearic acid였으며, 오메가 6지방산이며 필수지방산인 linoleic acid가 지방산 총량 대비 약 37.7~46.7%를 차지하였다. 총 폴리페놀 함량은 제품에 따라 401.48~746.67 μg GAE/mL로 분포되어 있었고, MJ11이 가장 높은 함량을 보였다. DPPH 및 ABTS 라디칼소거능은 총 폴리페놀 함량이 높은 MJ11, MJ8 및 MJ4가 가장 높았고, SOD 유사 활성은 MJ12 및 MJ2가 가장 높았다. 대장암세포주에 대한 세포 성장 억제 효과는 MJ1과 MJ12가 가장 높았고, 위암세포주에 대해서는 MJ3과 MJ5가, 유방암세포주에 대해서는 MJ5가 가장 높았다. 간세포에 대한 중성지질 축적 억제 효과는 MJ7이 가장 우수하였고, 항고혈압 효과는 MJ11이 가장 높았다. 이상의 결과에서 아미노태질소 함량과 유리아미노산 총량이 높은 막장제품뿐만 아니라, 항산화, 항암, 항고혈압 등의 효과를 보이는 막장제품들의 주요 원부재료는 메주, 보리, 고추씨 등이었으며 (자료 미기입), 이들 원부재료의 배합비에 따라 함량과 효능이 조금씩 다르게 나타났다. 향후 막장제품의 표준 제조방법 및 기준을 마련하기 위해서는 상기 결과들을 기초로 하여 막장 원부료의 정밀분석, 제조원료에 따른 제품들 간의 상관분석 등 보다 심도 있는 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다. In this study, we investigated the physiochemical properties and biological activities of Gangwon-do endemic Makjang (MJ) products (12 types). The pH levels of all samples were in the range of 4.43 to 5.69, and MJ5 showed the highest pH (5.69). The salinities of all samples ranged from 11.1% to 16.9%. Hunter color values for L (lightness), a (redness), and b (yellowness) ranged from 26.2 to 36.9, 3.9 to 11.5, and 6.5 to 16.6, respectively. The amino nitrogen content of MJ2 was highest, whereas the total content of free amino acids of MJ11 (4,657.7 mg%) was highest. Total fatty acid contents of all samples ranged from 1,598.6 mg% to 2,874.4 mg%, with MJ10 showing the highest fatty acid content. The content of total polyphenolic compounds ranged from 401.48 to 746.67 μg tannic acid equivalent/mL, with MJ11 showing the highest content. The 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl and 2,2"-azino- bis(3-ethylbenzothiozoline-6-sulfonic acid) radical scavenging effects of MJ11, MJ8, and MJ4 were 51.30% and 82.5%, 41.29% and 67.0%, and 49.88% and 87.7%, respectively. MJ12 showed the strongest growth inhibitory effect on lung cancer A549 cells, whereas MJ5 showed the strongest growth inhibitory effect on AGS gastric cancer cell and MCF-7 breast cancer cell. MJ7 showed greater lipid accumulation inhibitory activity in HepG2 cells than the others. ACE inhibitory activity of MJ11 was the highest among the samples.

전기적 회로절체 알고리즘에 의한 태양광 어레이의 출력향상 방안에 관한 연구

전세계적으로 화석연료의 고갈위험과 환경오염에 대한 에너지의 부족 문제를 해결하기 위하여, 신재생에너지에 관한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 우리나라에서도 2030년까지 신재생에너지의 비중을 전체 발전량의 20[%]인 63.8[GW]까지 확대하기 위하여 정책 및 제도가 추진되고 있다. 하지만, 태양의 위치 변화에 따라 주변 고층 건물 및 나무 등에 의하여 태양광 어레이에 음영이 발생하면, 해당 어레이의 출력 손실을 초래할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 음영으로 인한 출력 손실을 개선하기 위하여, 음영이 발생하지 않은 영역의 태양광모듈을 와이어와 스위치에 의해 전기적으로 회로 구성을 변경하는 태양광 어레이의 출력향상 알고리즘을 제안한다. 또한, 전력전자 회로해석 상용 프로그램인 PSIM S/W를 이용하여, 태양광 어레이, 와이어 및 절체스위치, 계통연계형 인버터로 구성된 태양광전원의 모델링을 제시한다. 이를 바탕으로 태양광전원의 운용 특성을 분석한 결과, 음영이 50%가 발생하면 기존에 방식에서는 출력이 발생하지 않지만 제안한 방식에서는 음영이 발생한 어레이와 발생하지 않은 어레이를 분리시켜, 전압을 246[V]로 회복시키고 지속적으로 출력을 유지할 수 있어, 태양광전원의 운용효율을 향상시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다. Recently, RES (renewable energy source) projects have been spreading all over the world as an alternative to solve the shortage of energy and environmental problems caused by fossil fuel consumption. The Korean government also supported the policy and demonstration project to increase the proportion of renewable energy to 63.8[GW] until 2030, which is 20[%] of the total power generation. On the other hand, output loss of a PV array can occur when the surrounding high-rise buildings and trees shade a PV array. Therefore, this paper proposes an algorithm to improve the output loss of a PV array, which electrically changes a circuit configuration of PV modules by wiring and switching devices. Furthermore, this study modeled a PV system based on PSIM S/W, which was composed of a PV array, a circuit configuration device, and a grid-connected inverter. From the simulations results with the modeling and test device, the existing method showed no output when 50% of the shade occurs in PV modules. In contrast, the proposed method could produce the output because the voltage in the PV module could be restored to 246[V], and the operation efficiency of the PV system could be improved by the operation algorithm of the circuit configuration device.

스크린 골프에 내재된 가상현실 기호의 경험과 현실지배과정

이 연구에서는 보드리야르의 시뮬라시옹이론 관점에서 스크린 골프에 내재된 가상현실 기호의 경험을 알아본 후, 스크린 골프에 내재된 가상현실 기호의 현실지배과정을 심층적으로 구명하였다. 이를 위해 질적 연구방법을 사용하였다. 연구참여자는 유목적 표집법으로 D광역시 D스크린 골프장 회원 8명을 선정하였다. 참여관찰과 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, 텍스트분석을 사용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 도출된 내용을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 먼저 스크린 골프에 내재된 가상현실 기호의 경험은 가상현실 기호와 경험의 조합으로 이해된다. 스크린 골프에 내재된 가상현실 기호는, 공간적 기호, 행위적 기호, 내용적 기호로 표현되며, 경험의 조합은 상상적 경험, 변형적 경험을 의미한다. 다음으로 스크린 골프에 내재된 가상현실 기호의 현실지배과정은 "실재의 반영", "실재의 변질", "사실의 부재 은닉", "실재와 무관" 등 4단계의 과정에 의해 형성된다. 1단계인 실재의 반영은 스크린 골프에 나타나는 가상의 이미지가 현실을 모방하거나 흉내내는 것을 말한다. 2단계인 실재의 변질은 스크린 골프 이미지가 대량으로 만들어지는 생산에 속하는 시뮬라크르를 의미한다. 3단계인 사실의 부재 은닉은 스크린 골프의 원본이 없는 이미지가 그 자체로써 현실을 대체하고, 현실은 그 이미지에 의해 지배받게 됨으로써 현실보다 더 현실적인 것이 됨을 의미한다. 4단계인 실재와 무관은 보드리야르가 말하는 "시뮬라시옹"의 시대로 모든 지시대상이 사라진 상태를 말하며, 사라진 지시대상들이 기호 체계 속에서 인위적으로 부활됨으로써 시뮬라시옹을 강화한다. The purpose of the study was to make a close inquiry into reality dominating process of virtual reality sign within screen golf in the viewpoint of Jean Baudrillard`s Simulation after examining experience of virtual reality sign within screen golf which could be experienced easily in ordinary life. To achieve the purpose, the study used qualitative research approach suitable to grasp and analyze complicated and delicate social relations, signic interaction, value system behind phenomena, system of faith and behavioral rules deeply and systematically. The study collected data through participatory observation and deep interview with members of screen golf and carried out data analysis through text analysis. The results of the study were as follows. First of all, experience of virtual reality sign within screen golf is understood by virtual reality sign and combination of experience. Virtual reality sign with screen golf means spatial sign, behavioral sign and contents sign and combination of experience means imaginative experience and transformational experience. Next, reality dominating process of virtual reality sign within screen golf is formed by four-stage process such as "reflection of reality", "perversion of reality", "absence of reality" and "absence of truth". reflection of reality, the 1st stage, means that virtual image of screen golf i mitates or mimics reality. perversion of reality, the 2ndstage, means Simulacra that screen golf image belongs to mass production of the image. absence of reality, the 3rd stage, means that an image without the original copy of screen golf itself substitutes reality and is more realistic than reality by dominating reality. absence of truth, the 4th stage, means the times of "Simulation" mentioned by Jean Baudrillard. It means that all objects of direction disappear. Disappeared objects of direction strengthen simulation by being revived artificially in sign system. As above, by development of virtual reality technology, the times when creating new meanings by escaping from traditional reappearance of image come Today appearance of virtual reality technology makes separation of imitation from realthing dim through the process of absorbing reality into imagination by disclosing imagination in reality. Consequently a phenomenon that reality is dominated by virtual reality comes.
