스마트 러닝 학습성과 향상을 위한 학습 동기 전략 요인들 간의 구조적 관계 연구

세계 각 국은 현재 스마트 열풍 속에 4차 산업혁명 시대로 변화하고 있다. 교육 또한 e-러닝의 지속적인 성장 발전을 통해 유비쿼터스 환경에 적합한 학습형태인 모바일 기반의 스마트러닝으로 진화하고 있다. 본 연구는 e-Learning 성공요인으로 가장 주목받고 있는 학습자의 동기요인에 관하여 Keller의 ARCS모델에 근거하여 학습자의 스마트러닝 학습성과와 관련된 요인들 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 학습자의 학습 동기 전략 요소가 학습성과에 영향을 미치는 과정 중에 특히 학습자에 대한 여러 동기부여 전략이 학습몰입이라는 매개변수의 조절효과를 거쳐 학습성과에 미치는 영향을 연구 구조모형을 통해 확인해 보았다. Flow is an optimal psychological state that people experience when engaged in an activity that is both appropriately challenging to one"s skill level, often resulting in immersion and concentrated focus on a task. Through the study model, we found that Flow can result in deep learning and high levels of learning performance.

The rate of loading in motor operated valve(MOV) can be defined as a variation of correlation between the actuator torque and the thrust upon the variation of operating load. This paper contains the analysis of characteristic and the validity of loading rate in the opening stroke of gate type motor operated valve. Also, this paper describes the evaluation result of loading rate for 40 MOVs opening stroke using newly derived methodology in this study. Author has found a result that loading rate of opening stroke gets a negative value when the differential pressure is higher than 150 psi and this value goes up depending on the amount of the differential pressure.

The flow forming has been used to produce long thin walled tube parts, with the reduced forming force and the enhanced mechanical and surface quality for a good finished part, compared with the formed parts using other method. Therefore, flow forming technique is used widely in industrial production. Spinning and flow forming techniques are used frequently in automotive, aerial and defense industries. The main factors for the flow forming machine design are motor power, bed rigidity, mandrel stiffness, spindle power, roller profile, etc. Especially, mandrel, spindle power and roller are important factors for flow forming machine capacity. In this paper, three dimensional finite element method for analysis of one-roller backward flow forming of a workpiece has been carried out to study effects of roller profile on forming force. Applied roller profile have roller lead geometries of angle 20°, 30°, 40°, concave and convex. Axial and radial forming forces on various roller profiles are obtained and compared with each analysis cases.

Wall thinning of carbon steel pipe components due to Flow-Accelerated Corrosion (FAC) is one of the most serious threats to the integrity of steam cycle piping systems in Nuclear Power Plants (NPP). Since the mid-1990s, secondary side piping systems in Korean NPPs have experienced wall thinning, leakages and ruptures caused by FAC. Korea Electric power Research Institute (KEPRI) and Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co., LTD. (KHNP) have conducted a study to develop the methodology for systematic pipe management and established the Korean Thinned Pipe Management Program (TPMP). To effectively maintain the integrity of piping system, FAC engineer should understand the criterions of the structural integrity evaluation and the safety margin assessment for the thinned pipe component. This paper describes the technical items of TPMP, and shows the example of the integrity evaluation and safety margin assessment for three thinned pipe component of a NPP.
