For the semiconductor device safety from over current in the digital electronic circuit system must be surely designed that it's surface mount type micro fuse device. In this paper, We has analysed to the fusing character of micro fuse as a function changed thickness of thermosetting ink epoxy. To the change of thermosetting ink epoxy thickness with in production lot, in the electrically character (fusing test in the 2 multiple over current and 10 multiple over current, surface temperature test in the 1.25 multiple over current) of micro fuse has been tested. According to the electrically character result, changed thickness of thermosetting ink epoxy in designed micro fuse withheld direct effect in both end resistance changes. Also, because high thermal energy in the micro fuse test of over current was occurred to effect such as thermal runaway and explosion. Therefore, screen printing process in the design of micro fuse using thermosetting ink epoxy is very important for production quality improvement.
연속 파장 조정 가능한 편광 상이 고리 구조 기반 0차 광섬유 다파장 필터

In this paper, a polarization-diversity-loop-based zeroth-order fiber multiwavelength filter, which could provide a continuous wavelength tunability, was experimentally implemented by incorporating two quarter-wave plates(QWPs). The filter was fabricated by using a polarization beam splitter(PBS), two QWPs, and polarization-maintaining fiber(PMF). One end of PMF was butt-coupled to the PBS so that its slow axis should be oriented at 45° for the horizontal axis of the PBS, and the other end was connected to the QWP. On the basis of theoretical prediction on eight orientation angle sets of two QWPs, which gave the filter transmittance function eight different phase shifts of 0 to 7π/4 with a π/4 step, the wavelength tuning characteristics of the transmission spectrum of the fabricated filter was experimentally verified. It was confirmed that the appropriate control of two QWP orientation angles could continuously tune the transmission spectrum of the fabricated filter.

The aim of this study is to examine the incidence of odontogenic tumors and to review the clinical and radiological findings for the most frequent three types in Korea. Odontoma, ameloblastoma and keratocystic odontogenic tumors are the most frequent odontogenic tumors in Korea. We provide an overview of these tumors based on clinical and radiographic findings.
편광상이 고리 기반 광섬유 빗살 필터의 간단한 파장 제어 구조

In this paper, we propose a simple filter structure that offers a wavelength tuning capability in a fiber comb filter based on a polarization-diversified loop (PDL). The proposed filter consists of a polarization beam splitter with four terminals for implementing the PDL, a combination of two waveplates, and polarization-maintaining fiber (PMF). The waveplate combination (WPC) includes three kinds of waveplate groups, namely, a group of two quarter-wave plates (QWPs), a set of a QWP and a half-wave plate (HWP), and a set of an HWP and a QWP. In the proposed filter, one end of PMF is connected to one port of the PBS so that its slow axis is oriented at 45° to the horizontal axis of the PBS. The other end of PMF is linked with the WPC set. In the proposed structure, the spectral evolution of output polarization was analyzed for eight input polarization states. The analytic transmittance of the filter was derived for the three WPC sets through the Jones matrix formulation. Through the theoretical calculation of transmission spectra, we prove that the proposed structure can realize the continuous wavelength tuning of the filter.

Recently, Illumination industry of LED module has been focused to industry technology for energy conservation of nation. The LED device is excellent to power efficiency due to semiconductor light source element. And the application to the lighting circuit technology can be designed to the sensitive lighting system for human sensitivity control. In this paper, as a process for analyzing the operating temperature of standardized electronic device including LED device has analyzed about fusing character with in designed micro fuse for electronic device protection from the over current. Using the de-rating technique, which is performed to micro fuse fusing test in the range of -30℃~120℃ thermostatic chamber. To the output data in each temperature zone, it is performed to first-order linear fitting. Additionally, applying the resistance temperature coefficient and statistical data for the reliable analysis has derived to the metal element resistance of micro fuse with temperature change of the thermostatic chamber. As a research result, The changed temperature effect of thermostatic chamber was confirmed regarding fusing time change.
