Blood flow velocimeter is an essential device to measure the blood flow in skin tissue. In this study, we developed a high-speed LDV(laser Doppler Velocimeter) that has real time processing capability using a DSP(digital signal processing) chip and is able to continuously measure information about blood-flow based on a noninvasive method using self-mixing type laser diode. This LDV system has a simpler structure than any other typical blood flow velocimeter and is composed of new self-mixing probe, stabilizer circuits DSP board, and interf'ace boule We measured velocity of speaker-unit by operational frequencies to identify Doppler effect of this system, performed clinical experiment on bare finger tip and compared it with a commercial euipment BPM403A(USA).

Nowadays Sports Utility Vehicle is popular. Because of heavy opening effort, it has power tailgate system that is opened tailgate automatically. It is too convenient to opening tailgate but it is also easy to crash rear obstacles. So we decide to develop new technology that is un-touched rear obstacle detection power tailgate using sensors. From now on, I will explain how to research this project.

By approaching of anatomical and physiological method, generation model of EMG signal is implemented in this paper. The proposed method is based on line-source method. And the modeling signal is compared to real EMG signal in frequency(power spectrum) domain.

N/A White emission is important for applying organic EL devices to full-color flat panel display and backlight for liquid crystal display. In order to obtain white emission, the use of a light-emitting material which shows the white emission by itself is advantageous for these applications because of its high reliability and productivity. A chelate-metal complex such as zinc bis(2-(2-hydroxyphenyl) benzothiazolate) (Zn(BTZ)_2 was known to emit white light with a broad electroluminescence. In this study, the electroluminescent characteristics of Be(BTZ)_2 and Mg(BTZ)_2, as well as Zn(BTS)_2 were investigated using organic electroluminescent devices with the structure of ITO/TPD/ Be(BTZ)_2, Mg(BTZ)_2, or Zn(BTZ)_2/Al. It was found that the device containing Be(BTZ)_2 showed the highest power efficiency.
TCP/IP 기반 유증기 회수용 제어기 일체형 BLDC모터 개발

Brushless DC(이하 BLDC) 모터는 에너지절감 차원이나 속도 및 토크제어에 대한 우수성 때문에 그 활용이 점차 증가하고 있다. 그러나 다양한 환경의 응용분야에 따라 제어기 및 구동회로가 별도로 필요하고, 또 모터와는 별개로 외장형으로 설계되어 있어 설치 및 운용에 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 유증기회수장치(VRS)용으로 BLDC모터와 제어회로가 일체화되도록 제작하였으며, 마이크로프로세서를 적용하여 다양한 주변 환경에 따른 지능적인 동작이 가능하도록 설계하였다. 또한 TCP/IP 모듈을 내장하여 원격지에서 웹을 통해 제어할 수 있도록 설계하여 작동의 편의성을 고려하였다. Recently, Applications of BLDC motor have grown gradually in energy savings and controls of speed and torque. But most of BLDC motors need controller and driving circuits aside from motor, according to various situations. In this paper, it was designed for a embedded controller and motor including microprocessor that programmable intelligent control as various circumstances. And in order that the user conveniently use better than to use web browser using TCP/IP module in controller.
