        신도시 도시이미지의 형성요소에 관한 연구

        This study is to draw strategic implications applicable to developing future new town’s city image and marketing strategies by analyzing fanning elements of new town’s city image and their characteristics. For this study, new towns in Bundang and Ilsan were selected as subjects for empirical analysis, on which survey using Free Association Method was conducted to identify and analyze city image of each new town. Identified city images were analyzed by various criteria by new town and residental area to analyze common features, differences and uniquenesses; then positive and negative impressions of each city image-fanning element were analyzed to identify which elements to be enhanced or removed for strategic purpose. The result showed that new town’s city image was formed by elements of visually perceivable physical image, rather than non-visual symbolic image; and was affected by city environment-related elements including natural environment such as mountains or rivers and cultural facilities. Especially these city image-forming elements were identified as major factors to form favorable impression of new towns.

        물병을 이용한 저항성 운동이 농촌 고령여성의 골밀도와 노화관련 호르몬에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this research was to study the effects of resistance exercise using water bottles on bone mineral density(BMD) and aging-related hormone in the rural elderly women. The subjects of this research were 13 elderly without any metabolic diseases and haven`t had regular and vigorous physical activities, aged over 65. Subjects have participated in exercise program on a as dumbbell enforcement exercise of the whole body resistance exercise using water bottles 3 times a week for 60 minutes for 12 weeks. All subjects of this study were examined the changes in bone mineral density and aging-related hormone(growth hormone, estrogen, melatonin). The results of the study were as follows; The result bone mineral density and growth hormone, estrogen a were significantly increased. These results suggest that resistance exercise using water bottles appeared to effect of bone mineral density and some aging-related hormone in the rural elderly women.

        고등학교 축구선수의 위치별 신체구성과 기초체력 비교분석

        This study has measured body composition and basal fitness targeted on 38 high-school soccer players in K city of Kangwon Province, and compared and analyzed them in order to examine the differences among each position. And in regards to the correlation of body composition and basic physical fitness, the following conclusion was obtained through the comparative analysis. First, there was statistical significant difference (p<.05) among all GK>MF group as for the body composition, including height, weight, body fat, lean body mass, muscles, and body water. Second, among the basic physical fitness elements, the grip strength showed statistical significant difference (p<.05) among DF>MF group, and there was also statistical significant difference (p<.05) for the back strength in GK>MF group. Summing up above analyzed conclusions, body composition and basal fitness were proved to have significant differences between GK group and MF group, and these results have been the fundamental cause to the characteristics of each position. In exercising performance of soccer, there was no effect by the training of the muscle strength, reflex and flexibility that are needed for each position, and scientific training program shall be implemented according to position`s characteristic, rather than the current program of self-reliant weight training, and that systematical management of training must be continued on the athletes. And a study of exercising program shall also be done as `2009 National High-school Football League` will be held as a weekend league.

        물병을 이용한 저항성 운동이 농촌 고령여성의 신체조성과 낙상관련 체력에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this research was to study the effects of resistance exercise using water bottles on body composition and fall-related fitness in the rural elderly women. Subjects have participated in exercise program on a as dumbbell enforcement exercise of the whole body resistance exercise using water bottles 3 times a week for 60 minutes for 12 weeks. All subjects of this study were examined the changes in body composition(weight, body mass index, % body fat, body fat, lean body mass) and fallrelated fitness(upper-body strength, low-body strength, flexibility, balance, endurance exercise capacity). The results of the study were as follows; The result weight, body mass index, % body fat, body fat mass a were significantly decreased, low-body strength, flexibility were significantly increased. As a conclusion, resistance exercise using water bottles would be a positive role for body composition and low-body strength, flexibility, balance by rural elderly women

        탄력밴드와 필라테스의 복합운동이 사무직 직장여성의 골밀도와 신체구성에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this research was study the effects of elastic band and pilates exercise on BMD and body composition in office working women. The subjects of this research were office working women without any metabolic diseases and haven`t had regular and vigorous physical activities, aged over 30~below 40. The subjects were divided into two groups of elastic band and pilates exercise group(8 subjects) and a non-exercise control group(8 subjects). The subjects in elastic band and pilates exercise group performed pilates exercise at an intensity of RPE 11-17(RPE 11-13/1-4weeks, RPE 11-15/5-8weeks, RPE 11-17/9-12weeks) and elastic band exercise at an intensity of RPE 11-13, 8-12 repetions, 1-2set, 90 minutes of exercise time, and the frequency of 2 times a week. All subjects of this study were examined the changes in BMD and body composition. It was concluded elastic band and pilates exercise group had positive effects on BMD, body fat, lean body mass to in working women. These findings indicate that the elastic band and pilates exercise programs were effective to prevent BMD.

        크로스컨트리 스키 선수들의 고지대 훈련 조건이 최대운동능력과 적혈구 및 헤모글로빈에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of differential altitude training on cardiopulmonary function, blood variables in cross country skier. Fifteen well-trained male cross-country skiers were recruited from local high school and university. They usually trained 3-5 hours per day, 6 days per week through year. All subject randomly were assigned in two groups; 1) high altitude training condition, 2) low altitude training condition. In this study, LLTHL experimental condition group, hypoxia environment could play important role in the increase the RBC, Hb and maximal oxygen consumption(VO₂max), and increase the endurance exercise performance in the sea level. In summary, the high altitude winter training seems to being exposed to a hypoxia(low PO₂) to obtain the positive and unique benefits of exercise performance physiological in skier.

        필라테스 매트 운동이 비만 중년여성의 건강관련체력과 Adiponectin, Resistin에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of pilates mat exercise on health related physical fitness and adiponectin, resistin in the middle-aged obese women. The subjects of this research were twenty middle-aged obese women(over 30% of body fat percentage) without any metabolic diseases and haven"t had regular and vigorous physical activities for the last six months. In order to determine the effects of pilates mat exercise on health related physical fitness and plasma level of adiponectin and resistin, subjects were randomly divided into two groups; Exercise group(n=10) and Control group(n=10). The subjects of exercise group were required to performed pilates mat exercise 3 times a week for 90 minutes for 10 weeks. All subjects of this study were examined the changes in health related physical fitness(weight, body fat, musclar strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, cardiorespiratory endurance) and plasma level of adiponectin and resistin. The results of the study in the exercise group were as follows; The weight, body fat, resistin had significantly decreased and adiponectin, musclar strength, muscular endurance, flexibility had significantly increased. And also, regular pilates mat exercise can positive effective to improving health related physical fitness and adiponectin, resistin.

        복합적 학습에서 전체과제계열화를 적용한 CTA(Cognitive Task Analysis)인터뷰 설계

        본 연구의 목적은 복합적 과제를 수행할 때 전문가의 인지적 전략과 기술을 분석하는데 유용한 CTA인터뷰에 복합적 학습의 전체 과제 계열화 방식을 적용한 설계원리를 수립하여, 전문가의 지식추출과정에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 탐색하는데 있다. 본 연구는 설계기반 연구로 진행되었으며, van Merriënboer와 Kirschner(2007)의 전체과제 계열화 방식인 조건단순화하기(simplying conditions)와 강조부분변화시키기 (emphasis manipulation), 지식수준진전시키기(knowledge progression)를 적용한 CTA인터뷰 설계원리를 1차로 도출한 후, 세명의 전문가에게 각각의 계열화 방식을 적용하여 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 인터뷰 내용은 전사하여 전체과제 계열화 각각의 방식의 차이와 효과를 분석하였다. 또한, CTA인터뷰 설계 원리적용에 대한 설문을 통해 1차 설계 원리의 문제점을 분석하고, 개선점을 탐색하여 최종적인 CTA인터뷰 설계원리로 개발하였다. 연구 결과, 개발된 설계원리를 적용한 CTA인터뷰는 생각의 순서를 잡아주고 구체적 경험을 떠올리게 함으로써 감각적으로 인지하고 있었던 암묵적 지식을 끌어내는데 효과적이었다. 현장 적용 결과를 살펴보면, 지식수준 진전시키기는 과제 난이도별 문제해결 전략과 규칙, 개념을 양적, 질적으로 풍부하게 추출해 주는 계열화 방식인 것으로 나타났다. 그러나, 과제의 단순한 조건과 부분기능을 정의하는 단계는 익숙하지 않은 부분이라 어려움을 나타내기도 하였다. 개발된 설계원리는 반복적 현장적용을 통해 지속적으로 개선되어 발전할 것을 제안한다. The purpose of this study was to design a principle for applying the whole-task sequencing method of complex learning to the CTA(Cognitive Task Analysis) interview and to improve the effect of expert knowledge elicitation as the results. This study was conducted as a design based Research. Primary design principles were obtained from preliminary research and literature review on simple conditions, emphasis manipulation, and knowledge progression, which is the whole- task sequencing method proposed by van Merriënboer and Kirschner (2007). Based on the principles of CTA, an interview was conducted with three experts. The problems that arose during the interview’s execution were later revised and consequently improved the CTA interview principles was designed. As a result of the study, the designed principles was effective in elicit the tacit knowledge that experts had perceived unconsciously by reminding the order of thought and concrete experience. As a result of applying the CTA interviews developed by the design principles to the field, the knowledge progression was concluded to the most effective method in both qualitative and quantitative terms, as it incorporates performance action, decision stages, and conceptual / procedural knowledge in different conditions through evolving the necessary problem-solving knowledge in the process increasing complexities. However, the early stages of sequencing, which defined the simple conditions of the task and the constituent functions were difficult due to unfamiliar activities by experts. It is expected that the developed design principle will be continuously improved with sufficient repetitive application in the future, leading to developmental studies related to CTA

        장기간의 댄스운동프로그램이 고혈압 남성노인의 신체구성과 대사증후군 위험인자에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this research was to study the effects of dance exercise program on body composition and metabolic syndrome risk factors in elderly hypertension. The subjects of this research were 12 elderly hypertension without any metabolic diseases and haven’t had regular and vigorous physical activities for the last six months. In order to determine the effects of body composition and metabolic syndrome risk factors, the subjects of required to performed dance exercise program 2 times a week for 90 minutes for 26 weeks. All subjects of this study were examined the changes in body composition(weight, body fat, body mass index, % body fat, lean body mass) and metabolic syndrome risk factors(WC, SBP, DBP, TG, TC, HDL-C, Glucose). The results of the study were as follows; The result body fat, % body fat, WC, SBP, DBP were significantly decreased. As a conclusion, dance exercise program would be a positive role for risk factor of metabolic syndrome and body composition by elderly hypertension.

        In this study, to present the fundamental data for quantitative evaluation of shrinkage crack, effects of specimen size of plat-ring type restrained test were examined. To examine suitable size of specimen of plat-ring type restrained test method, restrained shrinkage crack properties such as restrained drying shrinkage stress, crack area and crack point were investigated. As conditions of specimen size, inside ring diameter of specimen were l00㎜, l50㎜ and 200㎜, and outside ring diameter of specimen in 400㎜, 600㎜ and 800㎜. These conditions were investigated by real experiment and by numerical analysis of 3D solid element using the MIDAS program. As a result, it was concluded that, as suitable specimen size for plat-ring type restrained test, inside ring diameter was more than 150㎜ and outside ring diameter was 400㎜ in this experimental conditions. Hereafter, it is considered that the study concerning environmental condition and mixing factor in plat-ring type restrained test method are need.
