To improve the vehicle fuel economy, various technologies have been studied. Meanwhile it deteriorates fuel economy that the increased driving torque for Power Steering System (PSS) due to weighted vehicle and widened tire for low speed driving and parking. So the larger driving torque for PSS is, the lower fuel economy is. Therefore, the study about the effect of the driving torque for PSS and the engine total friction must be preceded to improve the vehicle fuel economy. In this study, a PSS module separated from the vehicle is used to measure the driving torque for PSS with respect to the pressure of PSS. The result shows that the driving torque for PSS was in direct proportion to the pressure of PSS 3 (N-m) driving torque for PSS vs. 10 (bar) pressure of PSS, and 8 (N-m) vs. 40 (bar). In addition, the driving torque and pressure for PSS was measured according to the engine speed in the component test condition which was in the vehicle condition. Measuring the driving torque for PSP in the vehicle condition was established by using the VeFAS which was a fuel economy analyzer developed in our lab and installing PSS By-pass line. The effect of the driving torque for PSS on the vehicle fuel economy was analyzed with FTP-75 cold start mode.

To improve the vehicle fuel economy, various technologies have been studied. Except of the exhaust loss (27%) and cooling loss (23%), Engine total friction is one of the main sources of energy loss on internal combustion engine, and is getting larger as the oil temperature goes down because of the temperature dependence of the oil. Therefore, the study of the engine total friction must be preceded to improve the vehicle fuel economy. In this study, a quantification of the temperature dependence has been made using VeFas which is a fuel economy analyzer developed in our lab. According to the experiment. the result shows that the engine total friction of the normal temperature(20℃) is I. 7 times higher than that of the fully warmed up temperature(100℃) at 1500, 2000, 2500 rpm condition. The temperature correction factor of engine total friction was acquired on the basis of this result and the result of fuel consumption with FTP-75 cold start and FTP-75 hot start is presented.

개인과제 방식 액션러닝 프로그램의 프로세스 및 성공요인 탐색

본 연구는 중소기업 이업종 CEO들을 위한 개인과제 방식 액션러닝 프로그램의 프로세스와 성공요인을 탐색하기 위해 수행 되었다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 먼저 CEO 대상 액션러닝 프로그램 운영과 관련한 선행연구를 분석 하였다. 이를 토대로 A대학의 최고경영자 과정으로 진행된 개인과제 방식의 액션러닝 프로그램에 대하여 사례 연구를 실시했다. 연구자가 최고경영자 과정에 참여하여 참여관찰을 진행하였으며, 액션러닝 프로그램에 참여한 팀원들과 담당 코치의 인터뷰를 통해 핵심성공요인을 도출하였다. 핵심성공요인은 학습자의 액션러닝 운영방법에 대한 이해와 자발적 참여, 개인과제 방식의 과제성격과 과제해결 프로세스 습득, 팀 활동을 통해 개인의 가능성 개발, 성찰활동 촉진 등으로 나타났다. 연구결과, 개인과제 방식 액션러닝은 중소기업 CEO을 대상으로 액션러닝 팀을 설계하여 운영하고자 하는 전문가나, 비즈니스의 이슈를 해결하고자 하는 이업종 CEO들에게 새로운 문제해결과 학습으로써 가능성을 갖고 있다고 판단된다. 그러나 본 연구는 단일 사례로서 개인과제방식 액션러닝프로그램의 핵심성공요인을 일반화하기에는 한계를 가지고 있으며, 향후 연구에서는 개인과제 방식 액션러닝프로그램의 다중 사례를 통해서 핵심성공요인이 도출 되도록 추가적인 연구가 필요하다. This study explores the key success factors of action learning teams with open group problems for CEOs in small and medium enterprises. Prior studies were analyzed with CEO targeted action learning program to achieve the research objectives. For this study, action learning program with open group problems in a CEO course in A university has been selected. The researcher conducted a participant observation and the key success factors were derived through interviews with team members and responsible action learning coaches who participated in the program. Key success factors were understanding of action learning and voluntary participation in learners side. To facilitate learners to master the challenges to the nature and challenges of individual process tasks manner, to develop the possibility of individual through team activities, and to facilitate the reflection activities are key success factors in the coaching side. Consequently, the action learning based on open group problem solving presents a new alternative to professionals who want to design the action learning team to target CEOs in SMEs and to CEOs to solve business issues. However, as this study as a single case has limitations on the generalization of the key success factors of open group projects approach of action learning programs, in future studies, additional research is needed to be able to analyze key success factors to expand through multiple examples of how action learning program challenges individuals.

스마트그리드 기술은, ICT 기술개발로 인한 새로운 스마트사회를 구성하는 기술 중의 하나이다. 과거에는 공급중심의 산업을 형성하였으나, 2000년대 들어 인터넷 혁명 그리고 스마트 혁명을 통하여 공급-수요를 동시에 관리하는 산업에 이르렀다. 스마트그리드 기술은, 기존의 일 방향적인 전력공급 중심을 벗어나서 ICT 기술을 융합하여 공급-수요 간의 양방향을 지향하는 기술이다. 공급-수요 간의 양방향 조절을 통하여 전력 수요증가 완화, 전력신뢰성 증대, 전력절감을 통한 경제성 확보, 이산화탄소 절감 등의 기대효과를 기대할 수 있다. 이러한 기대효과 이외에도, 스마트그리드 기술은 미래 중요기술로서 국가의 경제성장 동력의 핵심기술로, 국가 경제 산업에 크게 긍정적인 기여를 할 것으로도 전망된다. 따라서 본 고 에서는 김성태 교수가 말하는 ‘스마트사회’ 기술의 일부로서 사회 패러다임에 중요한 스마트그리드 기술에 관한 동향을 살펴보고 이러한 기술들의 사업성 분석하고자 한다.
자동변속기 차량의 직결영역 변화에 따른 연비 특성에 관한 연구

Experiments are conducted to compare fuel economy of FTP-75 mode on two different lock-up conditions; (A) Lock-up on at engine speed of 1,200(rpm) and above for 3rd & 4th gear, (B) Lock-up on at engine speed of 1400rpm and above for 4th gear only. As a result, case A had better fuel economy about 2.75(%) than case B for FTP-75 mode. Simulation(CRUISE, AVL) study is also carried out in order to estimate the effect of Lock-up control strategy for vehicle fuel economy. The fuel economy simulation result agrees with the measured fuel economy within error of 2(%). The improved Lock-up control strategy is proposed by simulation.
해양 HNS 유출사고 초동대응의 시스템 다이내믹스 모형 개발 연구

최근 국내 HNS 물동량이 증가하면서 유출사고의 위험도가 크게 증가하였다. 이에 따라 HNS의 다양한 종류와 특성을 반영한 HNS 유출 사고 대응 시스템 개발의 중요성이 강조되었으나, 이에 대한 정량적인 분석이 부족하다. 본 연구에서는 시스템 다이내믹스 모형을 이용하여 HNS 유출사고 대응 중 초동 대응 단계의 인과지도를 작성하고, 시뮬레이션을 통해 주요 외부변수들 의 변화에 따른 민감도 분석을 통해 초동대응 시스템의 주요 인자를 분석하였다. 또한 Two-step 전략의 효과를 검증해본결과 약 15%의 초동대응이 앞당겨 작용할 때 전체 대응 시간의 약 10% 향상을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 Two-step 전략의 도입은 초동대응의 골든타임을 준수하는데 기여할 것으로 판단된다. The risk of HNS spill accidents has significantly increased with the traffic of HNS on marine. It highlighted the importance of developing the response system specialized to HNS which has various types and characteristics, however, the limitation is lack of quantitative analysis. In this study, the causal loops for the early response phase of HNS spill accident response was constructed and improvement of the response capability according to the change of major components was confirmed through SD simulation. Also, the result confirmed that the two-step strategy of 15% replacement improved the total response time by 10%. The adoption of two-step strategy is expected to contribute to the compliance with the golden time of the early response.
