Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of direct and indirect methods of contract-relax techniques in proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching for improving hamstring flexibility. Methods: Twenty-six subjects were randomly assigned to either a direct contract-relax technique group or an indirect contract-relax group. For each group, stretching intervention was performed three times a week for a period of two weeks, with 12 seconds for the contraction and 10 seconds for the relaxation per once. The direct contract-relax technique for hamstring flexibility was applied by asking the subject to press down on the shoulder of the trainer in the straight leg-raising position. Conversely, the indirect contract-relax technique was performed by raising the leg with resistance. To facilitate a comparative analysis of hamstring flexibility between the two groups before and after the stretching intervention, two-way repeated ANOVA was performed. Hamstring flexibility for each group was measured using a passive straight leg-raising test. Results: The results showed significant improvement in hamstring flexibility for all subjects in the two groups. However, there was no significant difference between the groups. Conclusion: In conclusion, both direct and indirect contract-relax techniques are confirmed to be useful for improving hamstring flexibility. The choice of suitable technique has to be made individually according to the condition of each subject.

Statement of problem : Porcelain restorations are widely used in restorative dentistry with a high degree of general success. However, porcelain is brittle and may fracture intraorally. Sometimes a repair may be attempted using composite resin and bonding system available. Color stability of porcelain repair resins affects esthetics and prognosis of prosthesis, so that provides important criteria for the choice of porcelain repair resins. Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the color stability of composite resins used widely as porcelain repair system. Materials and method : Composite resins used for this study were Carisma(Kulzer, Germany), Tetric ceram(Ivoclar, Liechtenstein), Filtek Z250(3M, USA), and Arabesk Top(VOCO, Germany). Thirty disc-shaped specimens($10{\times}2mm$) were fabricated from each composite resin. Color changes of specimens after treatment using thermocycling system(KD-TCS30, Kwang-duk F.A. Korea) and after immersion in methylene blue(0.05% by Wt) were measured with colorimeter(Model Tc-6Fx, Tokyo Denshoku Co.) and obtained data were analyzed. Results and Conclusion: The results obtained from this study were as fo11ows. 1. The color change of Filtek Z250 was lesser than those of Tetric ceram and Arabesk Top after thermocycling (12000 times). 2. All of the composite resins in this study showed increase of color change according to increase of thermocycling frequency. 3. After treatment with methylene blue, the color change of Arabesk Top was greater than those of Carisma and Tetric ceram, and Tetric ceram was more stable than others.
The Critical Role of ICT and Core Strategies: The Case of Korean Travel Agencies

여행사를 둘러싼 경영환경은 급속도로 변화하여 왔으며 이는 정보통신기술의 성장과 무관하지 않다. 특히, 최근까지 인터넷을 다소 소극적 차원에서 활용했던 한국의 여행사들은 글로벌 온라인 여행사들이 한국 여행시장을 빠르게 잠식해나가는 것에 큰 위협을 느끼고 있다. 이러한 상황을 고려하여 본 연구에서는 정보통신기술이 한국 여행사 경영환경에 미치는 영향력을 중점적으로 분석하고 이러한 분석을 토대로 한국 여행사의 전략적 대응방안을 제시해 보았다. 첫째, 글로벌 관광상품 유통구조에 대응한 플랫폼 개발에 박차를 가해야 한다. 둘째, 빅 데이터를 여행사 경영에 적극적으로 활용할 필요성이 있다. 셋째, 관광 블로그 마케팅 전략을 적극적으로 활용한다. 마지막으로 고객 개인별 더 전문화된 관광 컨설팅 서버스를 제공함으로써 현재 직시한 문제점들을 풀어나가야 할 것이다. Korean travel agencies that have been utilizing the Internet passively feel threatened as global online travel agencies are quickly permeating the Korean travel market. Under these circumstances, this study conducted a focused analysis on how ICT affects the business environment of travel agencies. Based on the analyzed data, it also presents coping strategies for the Korean travel agencies. First, it is imperative to accelerate platform development to counteract the distribution structure of global tourism products. Second, it is essential that travel agencies actively utilize big data, the new paradigm of technology where data are generated at high speed, high volume, and for numerous purposes. Third, it is necessary to actively utilize a travel blog marketing strategy. As a communication tool for travel agencies, the continuing development of the Internet highlights the usefulness of marketing activities using blogs. Finally, it is essential to provide each customer more specialized travel consultancy.
상변화 메모리 응용을 위한 MOCVD 방법을 통한 Ge-Sb-Te 계 박막의 증착 및 구조적인 특성분석

The germanium films were deposited by metal organic chemical vapor deposition using $Ge(allyl)_4$ precursors on TiAlN substrates. Deposition of germanium films was only possible with a presence of $Sb(iPr)_3$, which means that $Sb(iPr)_3$ takes a catalytic role by a thermal decomposition of $Sb(iPr)_3$ for Ge film deposition. Also, as Sb bubbler temperature increases, deposition rate of the Ge films increases at a substrate temperature of $370^{\circ}C$. The GeTe thin films were fabricated by MOCVD with $Te(tBu)_2$ on Ge thin film. The GeTe films were grown by the tellurium deposition at $230-250^{\circ}C$ on Ge films deposited on TiAlN electrode in the presence of Sb at $370^{\circ}C$. The GeTe film growth on Ge films depends on the both the tellurium deposition temperature and deposition time. Also, using $Sb(iPr)_3$ precursor, GeSbTe films with hexagonal structures were fabricated on GeTe thin films. GeSbTe films were deposited in trench structure with 200 nm*120 nm small size.

We analysed 149 samples of Korean traditional herbal tea materials. The 156 pesticides were analyzed by GC/ECD and NPD, detected pesticides were confirmed by GC-TOF/MS. Sample preparation was performed bv multi-residue analysis method of multiclass pesticides of the Korea Food Code. The residual pesticides were detected in 22 samples(14.8%), the highest detection frequency samples are lycium and jujube. Detected pesticides in Korean traditional herbal tea materials were chlorpyrifos (5 samples), chlorothalonil (3 samples), cypermethrin (3 samples), hexaconazol (3 samples) and cyhalothrin(3 samples). The pesticide types detected in Korean traditional herbal tea materials were organophosphorus(29.2%), pyrethroids(16.7%), organochlorines (12.5%) and triazoles(12.5%). The 5 samples(lycium, jujube, chrysanthemum, balloon-flower, milk vetch root) were detected pesticides below MRLs, 2 samples(cornus fruit, cnidium) were detected pesticides unnotificated MRLs.

(Purpose) Subsidy targets for a government subsidized project are mostly selected based on the results of written evaluation and on-site evaluation by external experts. However, there is a risk that the priorities of this evaluation change depending on the subjective propensity of evaluators (e.g. generous, strict) and the reliability of the evaluation get lowered. Measuring reliability of evaluation and correcting evaluators’ subjective propensity are, therefore, needed. This study suggests the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) as a method to measure the reliability of the selection evaluation of subsidy targets in government subsidized projects, and proposes the use of standardized scores to increase the evaluation reliability. (Design/methodology/approach) ICC and standardized scores are identified in theoretical analysis, and then the reliability of the evaluation scores of the 2022 support targets of the Fishing Village New Deal Project, a government subsidized project, is analyzed using ICC. Lastly the rankings are recalculated using standardized score. (Findings) Written evaluation reliability was low, with the ICC of less than 0.5, and on-site evaluation reliability was also not good with the ICC of less than 0.75. When using standardized scores, 14% of the ports selected by raw scores was changed. As a result of ICC analysis on the standardized score, it was found that ICC increased. This means that when the standardized score is used, the reliability of the evaluation score increase by reducing the statistical error. (Research implications or Originality) This study suggests methods to verify and increase the reliability of the selection evaluation of the support target of government subsidized projects to improve the performance.
