        연성 의치상 이장재의 염색 저항성에 관한 연구

        This study was investigated to compare the staining resistance of soft denture liners. Specimens were made of Coe-soft, Coe-comfort, Soft-liner, Visco-gel, and were stored in 1% methyleneblue solution for 24 hours. The amounts of color change before and after treatment with mono-poly and thermocycling were measured by colorimeter(TC-6FX, Tokyo Denshoku Co. Ltd, Japan) for evaluation of staining resistance. The following conclusions were drawn from this study. 1. The staining resistance of Visco-gel was increased, but there was no changes of staining resistance in Coe-soft, Coe-comfort, and Soft-liner after treatment with monopoly. 2. The staining resistance of the Coe-comfort was the least in all soft denture liners. 3. The staining resistance of Visco-gel and Soft-liner were decreased after thermocycling.

        전부도재관용 레진시멘트의 생체적합성에 관한 연구

        Statement of problem : Resin cements were used widely on all ceramic crowns, but the influence of resin cements on biocells was not understood clearly. Purpose : This study was investigated to evaluate the biocompatibility of resin cements for all-ceramic crowns. Material and Method : The resin cements used in this study were Panavia F (Kuraray Co., Ltd. Japan), Variolink II (Vivadent Ets., Schann / Liechtenstein), and Bistite II (Bistite dual cure resin cement-clear Tokuyama Soda Co. Japan). The viability of normal human oral keratocytes, gingival fibroblast, and gingival fibroblast immortalized by Human Papilloma virus 16 was measured in vitro for evaluation of cytotoxicity on resin cements, and the response of pulp tissue was analyzed and evaluated with light microscope after application of cements at cutting edge of incisors. Results : The normal human oral keratocytes was the most sensitive to toxicity of resin cement, and toxicity of cements was higher in Bistite II than in Variolink II. The cell viability of immortalized gingival fibroblast did not affected by type of cement and cultivation period, but there was a tendency that cytotoxicity in Bistite II was higher than in Variolink II. The cell viability of gingival fibroblast was similar to that of immortalized gingival fibroblast regardless of cement type, but Bistite II showed more toxic than others after 5 days cultivation. The responses of pulp tissue according to cement type were similar after 2 days cultivation, but revealed high toxicity in Bistite II after 10 days cultivation. Conclusion : Variolink II was more biocompatible than any other resin cements used in this study.

        6개월간의 주기화 트레이닝이 엘리트 골퍼의 스트레스 호르몬, DHEA 및 성호르몬에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to develop the periodization training and investigate the effect on salivary hormone such as cortisol, DHEA(dehydroepiandrosterone), testosterone, estradiol, & progesterone. Participants were 18 male golfers in national team or elite. they were divided into training group(TG, n=8) and non training group(NTG, n=10). Periodization training has been continued for 6 month with preparatory(adaptation & maximal strength) phase, transition(power, muscular endurance) phase, and competition(maintain) phase. Cortisol was collected at four occasions(right after wake up, 11am, 4pm, right before sleep) before and after the training with the consideration of circadian rhythm. Other hormones were collected at right after wake up. As a result, in cortisol, there was no significant difference shown between groups but time. Especially in TG, cortisol level at all occasions but right before sleep decreased to normal. In DHEA, there were no significances shown. However ratio in TG seemed to stay normal whereas the ration of NTG changed to early resistance level. In sexual hormone, only in progesterone showed significant increase after training. However, every sexual hormone tended to increase to normal level after training. In conclusion, periodization training seems to affect positively to golfers in terms of conditioning. Therefore, well designed long term training is needed to maintain the performance level.

        12주간의 복합 파워트레이닝(Complex Power Training)이 여자 프로골퍼의 근력, 파워 및 드라이버 수행력에 미치는 영향

        이 연구의 목적은 12주간의 복합 파워트레이닝(complex power training, CPT)이 여자 프로골퍼의 근력, 파워, 드라이브 수행력에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 복합 파워트레이닝 프로그램은 주기화 개념을 적용한 근력 및 파워 운동으로 이루어졌으며, 연구 대상은 엘리트 여자골퍼 16명이었다. 이들을 트레이닝 집단(8명)과 비교집단(8명)으로 구분하여 16주간 처치하였다. 근력변인으로서 요근력과 상지와 하지의 근력을, 파워 변인으로는 윙게이트 테스트의 최고파워, 서전트 점프, 등속성 각신근 파워를, 드라이버 수행력으로 클럽헤드 스피드, 공중 비거리, 볼 스피드, PTI(power transfer index)를 측정하여 트레이닝 효과를 분석하였으며, 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 등속성 요근력 중 굴근(F=5.102, p=.040)과 굴근/신근 비율(F=5.945, p=.029), 등장성 최대근력 중 벤치프레스(F=10.928, p=.005), 근파워 변인 중 각신근에 대한 좌 (F=5.684, p=.0320)·우측(F=5.923, p=.029) 파워와 서전트 점프(F=8.058, p=.013)에서 트레이닝 집단이 트레이닝 이후 비트레이닝 집단에 비해 증가한 결과를 보이면서 측정시기와 집단의 상호작용 효과가 나타났다. 반면에 등속성 요근력 중 신근은 트레이닝 그룹은 증가하고 통제집단은 감소하는 경향(p=.073)을 보였으나 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 드라이버 수행력 중에서는 공중비거리(F=8.311, p=.012), 볼 스피드(F=14.511, p=.002), 클럽헤드스피드(F=5.777, p=.031) 및 PTI 모두에서 비트레이닝 집단은 동일 또는 소폭 감소한 반면 트레이닝 집단은 증가한 결과를 보여 측정시기와 집단의 상호작용 효과가 나타났다. 결론적으로 주기화 개념을 기본으로 골퍼들의 경기특성에 맞도록 구성한 복합 파워트레이닝(CPT)은 여자프로골퍼들에게 경기력 향상을 위해 요구되는 근력과 파워 및 드라이버 수행력을 향상시킨 것으로 나타났으며, 프로골퍼들의 선진화된 체력훈련프로그램의 구축을 위해서는 이와 관련된 연구가 지속되어야 할 것으로 보인다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of 12 weeks complex power training (CPT) on strength, power, and driver performance of elite female golfers. CPT was consisted of mixture of strength and power components with application of periodization. 16 female golfers participated and divided into CPT group (n=8) and non CPT group (n=8). Trunk isokinetic strength, upper and lower isotonic strength, leg muscle power, peak power by wingate test, sargent jump, and driver shot performance (driving distance, ball speed, club head speed, & power transfer index) were measured before and after 12weeks` CPT. As a results, flexors (F=5.102, p=.040) and ipsilateral ratio (F=5.945, p=.029) in trunk strength, bench press (F=10.928, p=.005) in isotonic strength, leg extensor left (F=5.684, p=.320) and right (F=5.923, p=.029) in leg muscle power, and sargent jump (F=5.684, p=.320) showed significant interaction. In driver shot performance, driving distance (F=8.311, p=.012), ball speed (F=14.511, p=.002), club head speed (F=5.777, p=.031), & power transfer index showed significant interaction. In conclusion, complex power training with periodization concept specified to female golfers turned out to be effective for improving strength, power and driver performance. Therefore, to develop the advanced fitness conditioning program for professional golfers, this type of study should be continued.

        엘리트 복싱선수들의 체중감량법에 따른 인체환경 요인 비교 분석

        The purpose of this study was to find out the difference of human environmental factors(physical fitness and stress hormone) between two weight loss methods in national boxing players. 8 male boxers in national team participated in this study. In the 1st weight loss period(WLP), boxers took rapid weight loss during short period by using fast and sauna. In 2nd WLP, boxers took weight loss 1.5 kg per week during 2 weeks and received the systematic physical/nutritional program. The change of physical fitness and stress hormone were measured before and after weight loss of each period. The results were as follows. First, pulmonary function, isometric strength(back strength, left grip strength), isotonic maximal strength(bench press), and isokinetic strength(trunk extension) showed significant decrease after 1st WLP. However in 2nd WLP, all factors of physical fitness showed a tendency to improve or maintain and no factors were significantly decreased. Second, in stress hormone, there was no significant difference before and after WLP. However, cortisol and DHEA at wake-up time and cortisol at 11am showed a tendency to increase in 1st WLP. In conclusion, unscientific weight loss can cause problems in the conditioning of the boxing players. Therefore elite boxing players need a scientific weight loss method and systematic training program during WLP to maintain optimal conditioning.

        8주간 기술위주의 해외동계훈련이 고등학교 골프선수들의 오버트레이닝 마커에 미치는 영향

        This study was to investigate the effects of 8-week overseas winter training for skill improvement on body composition, blood profile, physical fitness, and golf performance as an overtraining markers. The participants were composed of male high school golfers(n=10) with official handicap 3.20±0.61. As a result, body composition, muscular strength, and flexibility were significantly decreased after overseas winter training. The significant weight loss was observed before with all other occasion. Between 0-2week and 2-4week showed significant decrease in weight and dietary intake. The maximal oxygen uptake and golf drive distance have shown to a tendency to decrease, but not significant. There was significant decrease in cortisol level after winter training. In conclusion, high school golfers attending an overseas winter training camp showed several overtraining markers which may lead to the generation of overtraining state, the decrease of golf performance and the increase of sports injury. Therefore, planned training include conditioning according to the golfers' condition and the circumferences should developed.

        우수여자 프로골퍼들의 운동 손상에 관한 연구

        The aim of study was to investigate the characteristics and frequencies of golf related injuries in professional female golfers. Direct survey of 175 professional female golfers(82 in regular tour and 93 in dream tour) was conducted by using questionnaires during KPGA tour. The results are as follows: For injury body parts, arm(2l.9%) showed highest percentage followed by low back(19.7%), foot(16.8%), leg(14.1%), and neck(9.8%). In detail part, ankle(11.3%) showed highest percentage followed by, wrist(11.1%), lower waist(10.1%), neck(9.8%), pelvis(8.9%), and knee(7.8%). For injury kind, tendon(46.7%) showed highest percentage followed by skin(22.5%), joint(11.3%), bone(9.9%), and sensory nerve(9.6%). According to the performance level, regular tour golfers had injuries during the early morning(16%) and private training(16.4%) whereas dream tour golfers had during the morning(22.9%) and private training(25%). And both level golfers firstly found physician(28.3%, 30.3%) and hospital(20.8%, 23.4%) for injury treatment. According to the age, injuries occurred mostly during the morning and private training in late 10th(11.8, 13.8) and early 20th(20.8, 23.3) whereas over 26 had mostly during the early morning(22.9%) and private training(25%). All of them firstly found physician and hospital for injury treatment. According to the career, less than 5yrs and 8-9yrs golfers experienced injuries mostly in the morning(6.9, 11.1) whereas 6-7yrs in the afternoon(9.7) and over 10yrs in the early morning(15.3). All of them had injury during the private training and firstly found physician and hospital for injury treatment. In conclusion, this result turned out most of the golfers are suffered from injuries and there were some differences in happening according to the level, age, and career. Therefore, to prevent and manage the injury, well designed golf specific conditioning training and proper education on treatment should be conducted.

        수종 복합레진의 색안정성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the color stability of composite resins used widely as esthetic restorative material. Surefil(Dentsply, U.S.A.), Esthet X(Dentsply, U.S.A.), Filtek P60(3M, U.S.A.) , Filtek Z250(3M, U.S.A.), Synergy Compact(Coltene, Switzerland), and Synergy Duo(Coltene, Switzerland) were chosen for this study. Thirty six specimens($7mm{\times}2mm$) of each composite resin were fabricated and polished after polymerization. Treatment conditions designed for this study were thermocycling, methylene blue staining, and filtered coffee staining. The color changes before and after treatment were measured by colorimeter(colorimeter, Model Tc-6Fx, Tokyo Denshoku Co.) and analyzed. The followings were drawn from this study: 1. The color changes of Filtek Z250, Surefil, Filtek P60 and Esthet X after thermocycling for 3 weeks were greater than those of the others. 2. The color changes of Surefil and Esthet X after methylene blue stainig and those of Surefil, Filtek Z250 and Filtek P60 after coffee staining were great. 3. The color changes or Synergy Duo and Synergy Compact after thermocycling and coffee staining were relatively lesser than those of other composite resins.
