각형강관을 이용한 스틸콘크리트 단위벽체의 축내력에 관한 실험적 연구

The steel house, one of new construction methods, has been mainly adapted to a lot of housing and developed in construction skill. But the disadvantage of steel house system is that the system is limited to small housing because it is composed of light gauge steel. Therefore, in order to solve it, this study presents the new system which is made of a carbon steel square for general structural purpose. The framed wall system which is presented in this study is composed of the steel stud members by using the carbon steel square and is reinforced by the horizontal members called runner. So, this system has more sufficient strength and axial load capacity than the steel house wall system. Besides, this system gives us the improved effects of the adiabatic and sound insulation by filling up the autoclaved lightweight concrete. Accordingly, this study evaluates on the axial capacity of unit wall of the system through the experimental study according to the experimental variable and analysis on the structural performance of the framed wall system using carbon steel square.

This study analyzes the defect causes under the investigation of collapse situation in form-shore system through the analysis of design criteria, loading and work conditions. Specifically, these defect causes can be classified as the three cases from the results of the investigation. Those are the external, design and construction defects which are closely related. So, one defect can induce another defect and this can lead to the collapse accident of form-shore system. Therefore, this study presents the improvement method to solve the problems relating to the design process and the actual construction application according to the defect causes.
고강도 경량 시스템동바리의 현장적용을 위한 구조성능평가

Since the collapse accident occurred frequently during the construction when the floor height is high and the connection is made more than two stories, the government recommends the installation of the system support instead of the pipe support in the case of the construction of the height over a certain height. However, the system has been repeatedly assembled in a narrow place, so that it is possible to work as a cause of the disease called musculoskeletal disease. Particularly, in temporary equipment lender and construction companies, it is necessary to repetitively work with assembling and tooling of each member when working on workers. Therefore, as the number of occupational diseases such as musculoskeletal diseases increases, the related research is underway. However, in the existing research, the research has been limited to the lighter weight of the scaffold and the formwork, and there is no research on the weight saving of the system supporting the form. Therefore, in this study, we perform performance test and structural analysis of the high strength lightweight system support, which is developed to minimize the worker's musculoskeletal diseases and workload, and compare with the performance of the current system support. 최근 건설공사의 대형화, 복잡화 및 초고층화로 건설공법과 건설환경이 급속도로 발전하면서 가설공사도 시스템화 및 기계화되어가는 추세이다. 그러나, 가설공사와 관련된 재해는 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 특히 층고가 높고 동바리 2단 이상 이음 시공시 붕괴사고가 빈번히 발생함에 따라 정부에서는 일정 높이 이상 동바리 시공 시에는 파이프서포트 대신 시스템동바리 시공을 권장하게 되었다. 그러나, 시스템동바리는 협소한 장소에서 개개의 부재를 반복하여 조립하는 시공과정을 거치게 됨으로써 근로자에게 근골격계 질환이라는 질병발생의 원인으로 작용하게 되었다. 특히 가설업계 및 건설사에서는 비계공 및 형틀공 근로자 작업시 각 부재조립 및 공구를 사용하여 반복하는 작업이 많아져 직업성 요통 등의 근골격계 질환과 같은 직업병이 증가함에 따라 경량 소재를 이용하여 제품을 개선하고자 하는 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 그러나, 기존의 연구에서는 비계 및 거푸집에 대한 경량화에 국한되어 있으며 거푸집을 지지하는 시스템동바리에 대한 경량화 연구는 전무한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 근로자의 근골격계 질환 및 작업 부담을 최소화하기 위해 고강도 경량 시스템동바리를 제안하고 단위부재별 성능시험 및 구조해석을 수행하여 현행 시스템동바리의 구조성능과 비교 평가하고자 한다.

We have already known that the most critical period during lifetime of building is under construction rather than after the buildings are completed. Specially, in case of high-clearance, the collapse of form-shore system increases gradually due to the imperfection related to its installation. So, the use of system support is generalized to prevent this collapse. Therefore, this study investigates the construction conditions of system support and analyze several problems. Also, we present the improved construction method to solve the problems that occur in actual field work.

Falsework is an important technique that affects the safety and quality of buildings. Also, recent construction environment and construction method are developed rapidly, but the disaster related to the falsework continues to occur due to the various reasons. Therefore, this study introduces laws and standards related to falsework as a fundamental measure to prevent the recurrence of falsework related accidents.
