The Liquid Pig Manure (LPM) as an alternative fertilizer sources applies to agricultural fields for the resources natural circulation through the connect with crop and livestock, and enhance the productivity of winter crop. This experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of LPM on shoot length, root length, plant height, dry matter yield of the Triticale (Triticosecale wittmack) and soil chemical properties on no-tillage drained paddy field. The shoot length, root length and plant height of Triticale were more increased on LPM treated than the control. The soil chemical characteristics were not significantly different between the control and LPM. Dry matter yield was produced 747 kg·10a-1 in the LPM treated and 666 kg·10a-1 in the control. In these results showed the application to LPM increases the yield index of triticale. However, the properties of paddy soil were not affected by the LPM application.

본 연구는 국내에서 대표적으로 이루어지고 있는 녹비작물인 호밀, 트리티케일, 헤어리베치 단파와 트리티케일+헤어리베치 혼파를 대상으로 온실가스인 이산화탄소 저감을 위한 최적의 녹비작물을 선발 하기위하여 수행되었다. 윤작지 녹비작물의 지상부 바이오메스는 트리티케일+헤어리베치 664 kg 10a<sup>-1</sup>, 호밀 585 kg 10a<sup>-1</sup>, 트리티케일 545 kg 10a<sup>-1</sup>이었으며 대조구 대비 트리티케일+헤어리베치 181%, 호밀 160%, 트리티케일 149% 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 녹비작물 재배시기 동안 표토의 유기물 함량이 심토보다 높은 경향을 보였다. 토양 유기물 함량은 호밀 처리구에서 가장 높았고 그 다음이 트리티케일+헤어리베치 순으로 나타났다. 지상부 바이오메스 생산량이 많은 호밀, 트리티케일+헤어리베치 재배구에서 가장 높은 유기물 함량을 보인 것은 탄소함량과 C/N율 때문인 것으로 분석(Wang et al., 2010)되며 C/N율은 토양 탄소와 밀접하게 관련 있으며 바이오메스 품질 (Mirsky et al., 2008)과 바이오메스 분해율을 결정하는 중요한 요인(Kemp et al., 2003) 이므로 본 연구에서 호밀과 트리티케일+헤어리베치는 녹비작물로 바이오메스 생산량도 높고 토양 탄소 함량 증진에도 효과가 높아 이산화탄소 저감에 효과적일 것이다. This experiment was conducted to select winter-adaptable crop system or cropping systems for an enhanced carbon (C) fixation amount in plant biomass and soil. Single or mixed cropping systems of green manure crops, rye (R), triticale (TC), hairy vetch (HV), TC+HV, and control (fallow) were investigated during winter and spring. The amount and content of C and N in the above-ground biomass and soil C content by soil depth were measured under different green manure crops. The above-ground biomass was highest in TC+HV followed by R and TC with 664, 585, and 545 kg 10a<sup>-1</sup>, which exceeded the biomass of control by 181, 160, and 149%, respectively. The amount of C accumulation was higher in soil surface than deep soil. which was a similar pattern to the above-ground biomass. Therefore, green manure cropping in winter and spring seasons will be very helpful of improve soil organic matter.
돈분액비 시용이 트리티케일 생육과 토양의 화학적 특성에 미치는 영향

돈분액비를 활용하여 경종 축산 연계를 통한 자원순환농업의 활용 및 녹비작물의 생산량을 증가시키기 위해 트리티케일 재배지에서 돈분액비 시용이 생육특성과 토양 화학성 변화 및 건물수량성에 대한 결과 요약은 다음과 같다. 초장에서는 LPM처리구에서 115.3cm로 대조구 대비 8.1% 양호하였으며 근장에서는 LPM 처리구에서 3.9cm 길었고 전체길이도 LPM처리구에서 132.3cm로 대조구 대비 9.9% 컸다. 건물체량은 대조구에 비하여 LPM처리구가 전 조사시기에서 높았으며 20% 이상 증가하였다. 대조구의 시험후 토양의 유기물 함량은 18.8g $kg^{-1}$로 시험전 보다 높았으나, LPM처리구에서는 시험전 토양보다 낮은 14.1g $kg^{-1}$이었다. 시험후 토양의 치환성 K는 LPM처리구에서 높게 나타난 반면, Ca, Mg 및 Na는 대조구에서 높았으며 시험전 토양에서 보다 낮은 경향이었다. 건물체량은 LPM처리구에서 대조구에 비하여 21.9% 증가하는 경향이었다. As part of the agricultural natural circulation, the present study was performed. Recently, there has been the movement toward reusing the Liquid Pig Manure as an alternative fertilizer sources for agricultural lands. For instance, LPM (Liquid Pig Manure) liquid fertilizer has been developed and widely used in Korea. However, the impacts of LPM on both agricultural environment and crop triticale yield have not been investigated yet. The experiments were studied on paddy field after treatment of LPM on plant height, root length, plant length, dry matter yield and soil chemical properties. The effect of LPM by application on triticale was more increased plant height, root length and plant length than the Control. Chemical soil characteristics were not significantly different between on Control and LPM. Soil pH, OM, TN, $P_2O_5$ and exchangeable cation of triticale (X Triticosecale wittmack) appeared to be lower than before the treatment. Dry matter yield were produced 834.3kg $10a^{-1}$ of in LPM plot and 684.4kg $10a^{-1}$ in Control plot. In these results show abbreviated as the application of LPM increases the yield index of triticale. However, the properties of paddy soil were not affected by the LPM application.

Purpose : The purpose of the present study was to examine the effects of breathing exercise on vital capacity in males in their 20s. Methods : In the present study, 18 males in their 20s in K university located in Yeongju, Gyeongbuk participated in the experiment. The subjects were randomly assigned to three exercise groups of 6 subjects each. The exercise programs were power breathing, running machine exercise, and balloon blowing exercise. The exercise programs were implemented for 20 minutes per time, three times per week for three weeks. The subjects’ vital capacity was evaluated before exercise and three weeks after beginning of exercise using quark spiro. Results : When the values were compared in each of the three groups, IRV(Inspiratory Reserve Volume), VE(Expiratory Minute Ventilation), VT(Tidal Volume), and VT/TI (Vt/Ti ratio) showed statistically significant differences between before and after the exercise. (p<0.05)In comparisons among the groups, the power breathing showed significant differences only in EVC(Expiratory Vital Capacity) (p<0.05). The running machine exercise showed significant differences in EVC(Expiratory Vital Capacity) and IRV(Inspiratory Reserve Volume), the balloon blowing exercise showed significant differences only in VT/TI(Vt/Ti ratio)(p<0.05). Conclusion : Based on the results of breathing exercises performed by normal persons, breathing exercises helped vital capacity. Future studies should be conducted with lung disease patients to obtain clinical results.
