녹색교통수단의 하나인 자전거는 세계적으로 수요가 증가하고 있으며, 특히 TOD(Transit-Oriented Development)중심의 교통 · 도시 계획에서도 대중교통수단의 연계 수단으로써 핵심적 역할을 할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 본 연구는 통행지의 개인 · 가구 특성, 도시의 사회 · 경제적 특성, 도로 · 교통 특성, 기상 특성 등의 변수를 고려하여, 기존 연구와 차별성이 있는 자전거 수요추정 모형을 구축하였다. 본 연구에서 구축한 모형에는 인구밀도, 초등학생을 제외한 학생수, 승용차 대수, 자전거 도로연장, 월평균 소득의 변수가 반영되었으며, 모형의 수정 R²는 0.738로 비교적 설명력이 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 특정 도시계획 지역의 자전거 수요를 예측할 수 있을 것으로 판단되며, 이는 현재 활발히 진행되고 있는 자전거시설 투지계획에서의 시설규모 결정 및 타당성 평가에 본 연구가 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Bike system is one of the green transportation systems and spotlighted recently. In the TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) based transportation and urban planning, bike system will be the major part as linkage modes. In this paper, bike demand estimation model was firstly established in Korea, with considering of personal and household characteristics of traveller, social and economic characteristics of city, weather conditions, and so on. The model reflects population density, the number of students except elementary school students, the number of vehicles, the length of bike roads, and monthly income. The adjusted R² was 0.738; the model is highly fitted. The results of this paper yield bike demand estimation in the urban planning area; further estimated results will be using to determine economic feasibility and size of bike facility. In other words, this paper is expected to provide the theoretical basis that supporting justification and investment efficiency of bike plans, which are actively progressed recently.

공공도서관 미대출 도서 추천시스템 구현 : 대구 D도서관을 중심으로

국내 공공도서관의 역할과 기능은 다양해지고 있는 반면, 내부적으로는 편향된 도서 대출로 다양한 문제들이 나타나고 있다. 또한 최근 4차 산업혁명으로 공공도서관에서 인기도서 위주의 도서 추천시스템이 도입되고 있으나, 이용자가 접할 수 있는 도서의 다양성은 제한되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공공도서관 이용자의 만족을 제고하기 위해 공간적으로는 대구시 두류도서관으로 한정하여 대출이력 자료(213,093건), 회원정보(35,561명) 등을 활용하여 군집분석과 토픽 모델링, 콘텐츠 기반 필터링 추천 알고리즘으로 공공도서관 미대출 도서 추천시스템을 구현하였으며, 이에 대한 실제 이용자들의 만족도 설문조사를 실시하여 미대출 도서 추천시스템의 가능성과 시사점을 제시하였다. 분석 결과 대다수의 이용자들이 높은 만족도로 응답하였으며, 특정 성·연령대, 직업, 평소 독서량 등으로 분류된 계층에서 만족도가 상대적으로 높게 나타난 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 공공도서관의 편향된 도서 대출, 운영 효율성 저하 등의 문제를 일부 개선할 수 있을 것으로 기대하며, 연구의 한계점 또한 제시하였다. The roles and functions of domestic public libraries are diversifying, but various problems have emerged due to internally biased book lending. In addition, due to the 4th Industrial Revolution, public libraries have introduced a book recommendation system focusing on popular books, but the variety of books that users can access is limited. Therefore, in this study, the public library unborrowed book recommendation system was implemented limiting its spatial scope to Duryu Library in Daegu City to enhance the satisfaction of public library users, by using the loan records data (213,093 cases), user information (35,561 people), etc. and utilizing methods like cluster analysis, topic modeling, content-based filtering recommendation algorithm, and conducted a survey on actual users' satisfaction to present the possibility and implications of the unborrowed book recommendation system. As a result of the analysis, the majority of users responded with high satisfaction, and was able to find the satisfaction was relatively high in the class classified by specific gender, age, occupation, and usual reading. Through the results of this study, it is expected that some problems such as biased book lending and reduced operational efficiency of public libraries can be improved, and limitations of the study was also presented.

외국인 관광객 리뷰데이터를 활용한 토픽모델링 기반의 공간분석: 대구광역시를 사례로

스마트폰 기반의 관광 플랫폼들이 활성화되면서 리뷰 데이터를 활용한 정책 수립 및 서비스 고도화가 다양한 분야에서 이루어지고 있다. 관광 리뷰 데이터를 활용한 선행연구들의 경우 국내 관광객 중심의 연구가 대다수 수행되었으며, 외국인 관광객 연구의 경우 일부 언어로 수집된 데이터와 텍스트 마이닝 기법에 한정하여 연구가 수행되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 온라인 리뷰 사이트를 통해 '대구 명소' 키워드를 지정하여 외국인들이 작성한 리뷰 데이터 3,515건을 수집하였다. 그리고 LDA 기반의 토픽모델링을 수행하여 관광 토픽을 도출하였으며, 각 토픽별 전역 및 국지적 공간 분석을 수행한 점이 선행연구와 차별성이라 할 수 있다. 분석 결과 전역적 공간 자기상관이 존재하며, 외국인들이 주로 방문하는 관광지들이 국지적으로 결집되어 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 대다수 토픽에서 중구를 중심으로 핫스팟이 도출되었으며, 분석 결과를 바탕으로 지자체 외국인 관광정책 수립 및 토픽모델링 기반의 공간분석 연구의 기초연구로 활용되길 기대하며, 본 연구의 한계점 또한 제시하였다. As smartphone-based tourism platforms have become active, policy establishment and service enhancement using review data are being made in various fields. In the case of the preceding studies using tourism review data, most of the studies centered on domestic tourists were conducted, and in the case of foreign tourist studies, studies were conducted only on data collected in some languages and text mining techniques. In this study, 3,515 review data written by foreigners were collected by designating the "Daegu attractions" keyword through the online review site. And LDA-based topic modeling was performed to derive tourism topics. The spatial approach through global and local spatial autocorrelation analysis for each topic can be said to be different from previous studies. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that there is a global spatial autocorrelation, and that tourist destinations mainly visited by foreigners are concentrated locally. In addition, hot spots have been drawn around Jung-gu in most of the topics. Based on the analysis results, it is expected to be used as a basic research for spatial analysis based on local government foreign tourism policy establishment and topic modeling. And The limitations of this study were also presented.

The main objective of this paper is to analyze use characteristics and users" behavior of parking complex annexed to a large scale discount store and a subway station. The paper uses data collected from park & ride facilities at Yongsan Subway Station in Daegu City. So far few researches have been conducted on analyzing use characteristics and users" behavior of parking complex annexed to a large scale discount store and a subway station. From descriptive statistical analysis of various use characteristics and users" behavior of the parking complex, some important foundings are derived and discussed. Moreover, several policy implications are discussed and suggested.
