Staphylococcus aureus is a major human pathogen that is associated with various types of local and systemic infection. Staphylococcal protin A (SPA), a highly expressed surface component of S. aureus, may have a role in virulence such as activating inflammation and interfering with immune clearance. We examined the effect of recombinant SPA on inflammatory response in human HaCaT keratinocytes. The recombinant SPA protein was prepared using the pET-28a Vector System in Escherichia coli. The expression of pro-inflammatory related adhesion molecules and cytokines in HaCaT cells incubated for 6, 12, and 24 h with SPA (2 ${\mu}g$/ml) was analyzed by comparative RT-PCR or ELISA. The expression of E-selectin, ICAM-1, MCP-1, IL-6 and IL-8 was significantly increased in HaCaT from 6 to 24 h after treatment with SPA. SPA showed the effect on the adhesion-promoting ability of U937 monocytes to HaCaT cells. Our data demonstrate that SPA stimulates inflammatory response of HaCaT cells, implicating an important factor for exacerbation of skin inflammation of immunologic disease. 황색포도상구균은 사람에게서 염증을 동반한 다양한 형태의 국소적 또는 전신적 감염을 일으키는 주요 병원균이며, 황색포도상구균에서 풍부하게 발현되는 Staphylococcal protein A (SPA)는 염증의 활성화나 면역 반응의 회피와 관련된 균력인자로서 작용할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 사람의 HaCaT 피부상피세포에서 재조합 SPA 단백질을 이용하여 염증반응에 대한 효과를 조사하기 위해서 pET-28a 발현벡터시스템을 이용하여 성공적으로 재조합 SPA 단백질을 제작하였고, 이 단백질(2 ${\mu}g$/ml)을 6, 12 및 24시간 처리한 HaCaT 피부상피세포에서 RT-PCR 및 ELISA를 이용하여 염증관련 부착인자 및 사이토카인의 발현을 분석하였다. SPA 처리 후 6시간에서 24시간까지 E-selectin, ICAM-1, MCP-1, IL-6 및 IL-8의 발현이 현저하게 증가함을 확인하였다. 또한 SPA는 HaCaT 피부상피세포에 대한 U937 단핵구의 부착력을 증진시켰다. 따라서, 본 연구의 결과는 SPA가 HaCaT 피부상피세포의 염증반응을 촉진시킨다는 사실을 보여주었으며, 황색포도상구균에 의한 피부염증질환에 있어서 중요한 병원성인자로서의 역할을 수행한다는 사실을 시사해준다.

아동의 심리 요인과 2차적 정보격차 유형 간의 구조적 관계 분석 : 인터넷 이용 동기, 인터넷 자기 효능감, 정보 추구 욕구를 중심으로

연구의 목적은 아동의 심리 요인(인터넷 이용 동기, 인터넷 자기 효능감, 정보 추구 욕구)과 2차적 정보 격차(정보 역량, 정보 활용의 질적 유용성, 정보 활용의 양적 다양성) 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 연구를 위해 400명의 초등학교 고학년을 대상으로 연구모델에 따른 잠재변인 간의 구조 모형을 수립하고, 연구모형의 적합도를 검증하고, 직접효과와 간접효과, 총효과 분석을 하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하자면, 첫째, 구조방정식 모형의 데이터 적합도 분석결과 모형 적합도는 통계적으로 유의미한 적합도 지수 값을 확인하였다. 둘째, 구조 모형을 분석한 결과 심리 요인은 정보 역량과 정보 활용의 질적 유용성에 각각 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 정보 역량은 정보 활용의 질적 유용성에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 모델의 최종 내생변인인 정보 활용의 양적 다양성에는 정보 활용의 질적 유용성만이 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 모델 변인 간 직접·간접효과와 경로 관계를 분석한 결과 심리 요인이 해당 모델에서 핵심변인으로 분석되었다. The study purpose was to identify what factors affect elementary students’psychology(intention to use, self-efficacy, information desire) and typed second digital divide (ICT capacity, usefulness of usage, diversity of usage). A sample of 400 fifth- and sixth-grade students from four urban public schools in a metropolitan area of South Korea participated in the questionnaire conducted in the research. In order to explain casuality amongst the factors, the structural equation modeling technique was employed with the AMOS program. According to the goodness-of-fit test results the model turned out to be good enough to conduct the research. It was identified that psychological factors were significantly related to students’ICT capacity and students' usefulness of usage, and then students’ICT capacity was significantly related to students' usefulness of usage, and again students' usefulness of usage was significantly related to students' diversity of usage. Finally, relevance for major and subjective norm were identified as key variable through their direct and indirect effect on psychological factors.

Antigenic potential of DW-116, a newly synthesized fluoroquinolone, was examined by conducting active systemic anaphylaxis (ASA), passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) and passive hemagglutination (PHA) tests. In ASA test, mild to moderate signs of anaphylactic responses were observed in the groups sensitized with low (2 mg/body) and high (10 mg/body) doses of DW-116 alone and the group sensitized with DW-116 plus adjuvant. Some moderate to severe anaphylactic reactions were observed in the group sensitized with a DW-116-bovine serum albumin (BSA) conjugate plus adjuvant when challenged with a DW116-guinea pig serum albumin (GSA) conjugate. However these reactions were considered to be a cross-reaction between BSA and GSA since similar reactions were induced when challenged by GSA alone. In heterologous PCA test using mice and rats, positive responses were not detected in any of the experimental groups. In PHA test, positive responses were observed in the groups sensitized with low and high doses of DW-116 alone and the group sensitized with DW-116 plus adjuvant. However, these responses were not considered to be drug-specific because some positive responses were also seen in the negative control group. From these results, it was concluded that DW-116 is not likely to have specific antigenic potential in clinical use.

In this paper, various TVD(total variation diminishing) and WENO(weighted essentially non-oscillatory) methods with high-order spatial accuracy are verified and compared for three examples of one-dimensional problems: convergence test for a linear sinusoidal wave, the nonlinear Sod’s shock tube, and shock-entropy wave interaction. Both limiter-based with second-order accuracy generally used in engineering society and WENO-based methods with fifth and seventh order accuracy are tested for the spatial reconstruction of Riemann problem approximated with Roe’s and HLL(Harten, Lax, and van Leer) scheme where the result is precisely verified with methods one by one for the characteristic-wise WENO as well as the original WENO flux splitting. The instant distribution of internal energy is focused on the flow region near the contact discontinuity and the entropy wave in this investigation, and the full capacity of numerical schemes is presented each other on the oscillation of internal energy.

사회복지관 지역조직화사업 슈퍼비전 실태와 발전 방안 연구 - B사회복지관 사례를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 사회복지관 지역조직화 기능에 대한 슈퍼비전 발전방안을 모색하여 사회복지관이 지역사회복지 실천의 정체성을 찾고, 전문성을 확보하는데 기여하고자 진행되었다. 이를 위해 사회복지관 중에서 지역조직화 기능을 우수하게 수행하고 있다고 평가되는 B사회복지관을 대상으로 사회복지관 슈퍼비전 지침, 시행 체계 등을 조사하고, 2012년부터 2014년의 3년간의 지역조직화 기능에 속하는 사업내용에 대한 슈퍼비전 실시 현황을 분석하였다. 또한 B사회복지관의 중간관리자 이상의 사회복지사 5명에 대한 심층인터뷰를 실시하여 지역조직화 기능에 대한 슈퍼비전 내용 및 경험에 대해 조사하였다. 연구결과 지역조직화 기능에서의 사회복지 슈퍼비전은 외부 슈퍼비전와 내부 슈퍼비전이 모두 이루어지고 있었다. 그러나 내용에 대한 상호 협의나 협약이 없는 상태였으며, 슈퍼바이저의 욕구와 슈퍼바이지의 욕구에 기반한 공통된 슈퍼비전 내용 도출 단계까지는 이르지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 향후 사회복지관의 지역조직화 기능에 대한 슈퍼비전 발전 방안을 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. This research was conducted to help social welfare centers find its identification in practices of local social welfare and ensure specialty by seeking how to develop supervision on local systematization function. To this end, I researched supervision instructions and implementation system, etc. on B Social Welfare Center, which is known for its excellent operation in terms of local systematization. For three years between 2012 and 2014, I analyzed supervision practices on the function of local systematization. In addition, I conducted an in-depth interview on five social workers at the level of a middle manager or higher about supervision contents and experiences. As a result, it turns out that social welfare supervision on the function of local systematization is conducted through both external and internal supervision. However, there has not been a discussion or agreement on its contents, and it has not reached to a stage where common supervision contents are drawn based on both a supervisor and supervisee`s desires. This research is significant in making suggestions on how to develop supervision on the function of the local systematization of social welfare centers in the future.

사회복지시설 평가지표와 슈퍼비전 고찰

본 연구에서는 보건복지부, 서울시, 경기도의 사회복지시설평가제도와 평가지표를 검토하면서, 사회복지슈퍼비전이 사회복지시설평가지표에서 어떻게 활용되고 있는지를 조사하는 것이다. 또한 사회복지시설평가 과정에서 슈퍼비전 체계가 작동되고 있는지를 검토하였다. 보건복지부 평가지표 중 슈퍼비전에 대한 내용을 분석하기 위해서 2021년 사회복지관 평가지표, 2020년 노숙인생활시설 평가지표 세부내용을 살펴보았고, 서울시 사회복지시설평가 지표에서는 2021년 사회복지관 평가지표를 분석하였으며, 2021년 경기도 장애인복지관 평가지표를 분석하였다. 사회복지시설 평가과정에서의 슈퍼비전을 검토하기 위해 보건복지부 서비스품질컨설팅 제도, 서울형 사회복지시설 평가 사후컨설팅, 경기도 사회복지시설평가 사후관리사업을 제시하였다. 결론에서는 사회복지시설평가에서 슈퍼비전이라는 용어를 혼용하지 말고, 개념 정의해야 하며, 사례관리에 집중된 슈퍼비전 평가지표의 세부내용을 정성평가 요소 전체에서 중요하고 구체적으로 다룰 것을 제안하였다. 사회복지시설평가제도 도입 이후 평가내용에 기반하여 실시하고 있는 서비스품질 컨설팅, 사후컨설팅 등의 사업에서도 컨설팅으로 한정하지 않고, 슈퍼비전을 포함하여 보다 확대된 환류 평가체계를 가질 것을 제안하였다. This research examined how social welfare supervision was being used in Social Welfare Facility Evaluation Index reviewing the social welfare facility evaluation system and evaluation index of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, Seoul, and Gyeonggi-do. This study also assessed whether the social welfare supervision system was working during the social welfare facility evaluation process. In order to analyze the contents in terms of supervision in the index of the Ministry of Health and Welfare’s evaluation, this research explored the details of the 2021 Social Welfare Facility Evaluation Index in Soul and the 2020 Homeless Living Facilities Assessment Index, and, 2021 Social Welfare Facility Assessment Index in Seoul, 2021 Evaluation Index of Welfare Centers for the disabled people in Gyeonggi-do. As a result of the research, to assess the supervision in the process of Social Welfare Facility Evaluation, this research suggested to examine the service quality consulting system of Ministry of Health and Welfare, post-consulting of Seoul-type Social Welfare Facilities Evaluation, and post-management project for Social Welfare Facility Evaluation in Gyeonggi-do. In conclusion, it is proposed that the concept of supervision should be defined in the Social Welfare Facilities Evaluation Index, and the details of the supervision evaluation indicators focused on case management should be addressed significantly and explicitly throughout the qualitative evaluation. In addition, it is recommended to develop the expanded feedback evaluation system including supervision rather than only providing the service quality consulting and post-consulting which were performed on the basis of the evaluation results since the introduction of the Social welfare Facility Evaluation System.

가상현실 기술을 적용한 발달장애인 신체활동 중재에 관한 문헌 분석

본 연구의 목적은 발달장애인을 대상으로 가상현실 기술을 적용한 신체활동 연구를 분석하여 발달장애인의 가상현실 운동 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 학술연구정보서비스(KERIS)를 통해 2000년부터 2020년 사이에 국내 학술지에 발표된 논문 중 ‘가상현실’, ‘증강현실’, ‘Wii’와 ‘장애’, ‘운동’, ‘재활’을 조합하여 검색한 결과 총 296편을 찾았고 3단계의 검토 과정을 거쳐 최종적으로 9편의 논문을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 연도별 경향에 따르면 2010년에 처음 관련 논문이 발표되었고 초기에는 심동적 영역의 효과에 관심을 기울였으나 점차 정의적 영역으로 관심의 폭이 확대된 것을 알 수 있었다. 연구대상자의 연령은 아동부터 청소년, 성인까지 다양했으며 중재 프로그램으로는 Nintendo Wiifit/sports, X-Box와 같은 상용 제품을 주로 사용하였고 최첨단 ICT 기술을 적용한 연구는 실행되지 않았다. 종속변인으로는 심동적 영역에서는 물체조작 기술, 건강 체력, 협응력, 평형성 등에 긍정적인 영향이 있었고 정의적 영역에서는 주의집중, 운동 몰입도, 우울과 같은 정신 건강에 유의미한 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났으며 인지적 영역에서는 게임 규칙 및 전략에도 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 추후 발달장애인의 강점을 부각시키면서 동시에 첨단의 ICT 기술이 활용된 프로그램이 개발 및 보급되어야 할 것이며, 장애인의 신체활동에 가상현실 기술을 다양하게 적용하려는 노력이 요구된다는 것을 알 수 있었다. The purpose of this literature review was to examine published research literature exploring physical activity interventions using virtual reality programing for individual with developmental disabilities (DD). A Korean Education and Research Information Service (KERIS) search was conducted to identify relevant articles published in South Korea between January 2000 and August 2020. When searching published literature, we used the following search terms, aggregated when possible, ‘virtual reality’, ‘augmented reality’, “Wii’, ‘disability’, ‘exercise’, and ‘rehabilitation’. Nine studies were selected through a three-step review process from an initially found 296 studies, and were analyzed. There were major 3 finds in these studies: (1) the first research publication was in 2010, and main topic of the research was focused on the impact of virtual reality programming on psychomotor outcomes among the participants. Later, the research topics were gradually extended to cognitive domain for those population; (2) the age range of participants was from children to adults, and the Nintendo Will fit/sports and X-Box were used as the intervention programs. However, no study using information and communication technology (ICT), known as the most advanced technology, has been carried out; and (3) physical activity interventions elicited significantly positive impacts on manipulative skills, fitness, coordination, and balance in psychomotor domain, attention, sport flow, and depression in the affective domain, and the rules of game and strategy in cognitive domain. Future research should aim not only to develop and distribute the physical activity intervention using the highly regarded ICT technology, but also should explore the implementation of a variety physical activity programs using virtual reality technology.
