As we all know, one of the biggest tourist site in Seoul is, of course, Dongdaemun Market. There is a shopping paradise called Dongdaemun Market, this shopping complex has been changing rapidly in order to attract more customers and try to maintain it's name and value, distinguish it's unique characters from other shopping malls. The change of Dongdaemun Market, the combination of a traditional and a trendy way, can be a nice model for other shopping malls. But it is facing some difficulties in spite of its recent outstanding progress. One of them is to reorganize Dongdaemun Market area. However, like every other shopping mall, Dongdaemun Market also has a few problems which should be tackled first so as to grow up further. This research, we would like to focus on the emergency planning of Dongdaemun Market and give some possible advice for potential complex shopping malls in the future.

수소크롬산이온에 의한 <TED>$[Mo_2O_4(C_2O_4)_2(OH_2)_2]^{2-}$의 산화는 $[Mo_2O_5(C_2O_4)_2(OH_2)_2]^{2-}$를 생성한다. 수소크롬산이온과 $[Mo_2O_4(C_2O_4)_2(OH_2)_2]^{2-}$의 반응에 대한 화학양론은 ${3Mo_2}^V+2Cr^{VI}\;{\rightleftharpoons}\;{3Mo_2}_{VI}+2Cr^{III}$와 같다. 관찰된 속도상수는 $[H+]^2$에 의존한다. $Cr^{VI}$는 Cr^V$와 $Cr^{IV}$를 거쳐서 $Cr^{III}$로 일전자씩 연속적으로 변화한다. 이들 반응에 대한 상세한 메카니즘이 제시되며 이에 대해서 논의된다. Oxidation of <TED>$[Mo_2O_4(C_2O_4)_2(OH_2)_2]^{2-}$ with hydrogen chromate yields the molybdenum (VI) complex, <TED>$[Mo_2O_4(C_2O_4)_2(OH_2)_2]^{2-}$. Stoichiometry for the reaction of <TED>$[Mo_2O_4(C_2O_4)_2(OH_2)_2]^{2-}$ with hydrogen chromate are expressed as ${3Mo_2}^V+2Cr^{VI}\;{\rightleftharpoons}\;{3Mo_2}_{VI}+2Cr^{III}$. Observed rate constants are dependent on $[H+]^2$. The kinetic data are consistent with a mechanism in which three successive single-electron steps convert $Cr^{VI}$to $Cr^{III}$ by way of intermediate Cr^V$ and $Cr^{IV}$. Mechanism of the reaction are presented and discussed.

This study was to examine the architectural styles, structures and how to manage of the Kyoto Research Park (KRP) as one of Japanese venture businesses and the Asian Trade Center for active venture business in Korea. When venture business support facilities were considered in general, KRP built large-scale groups of buildings to lent small-scale offices in which various support facilities such as public offices, laboratories, conference halls were shared. Through the project. the goal of profitable rental business and small-capital inauguration of business was fulfilled.<br/> ATC building has been managing small-scale venture support facilities to cultivate mass-media venture business. The objectives of the two mentioned above were : to prepare the base for small-scale venture business to the extent that they are financially independent, to prevent dead storage of small-capital ideas through the system of sharing all support facilities, and to contribute to cultivation of small and middle sized business pursued by the federal government.

In planning large gymnasiums or ice links in which international or domestic competitions are accommodated, the city of Anyang should consider their harmonious arrangement with main stadium, swimming pool and surroundings, and design them to work as a sports park for the citizen. Reflecting its feature as a satellite city, the city has to prepare places for sports, culture and festivals to improve quality of living and increase a pride of the citizen. The gymnasium should be open to community people as well as various events and competitions, and work as a center for status improvement and promotion of sports.<br/> When difference in levels of the site is considered, stores should be arranged along the roadside, and the given site should be used positively through assurance of spacious parking lots. Even in a narrow site, an assistant track for running(200m long) between gymnasium and stores is designed as an open space to attract the citizen more actively. When the structure should have more modem facilities, the construction will be completed earlier, construction expense will be cut and easy maintenance will be possible. This gymnasium is expected to work as a landmark of Anyang city when it achieves a complete harmony with surroundings and proper arrangement.

This study is to provide basic data for the planning of department stores by examining and analyzing physical environment of the main department stores located in Seoul.<br/> Department stores as architectural or commercial facilities in which lots of products are distributed at one place are deeply rooted in our life. It is a great attraction being able to buy and sell products at one place. Stores have to accommodate enormous facilities and population. Therefore, as the facilities may cause lots of problems when they are built in the centers of cities, their influence on the surrounding environment and neighborhoods should be examined when planning and before construction.

The ultimate goal of office space is to maximize the work efficiency through the proper coordination between employees and its space. The function of office space is changing from working space to resting place and even living space in these days. Therefore, in planning and design of office space, much attention is required on the improvement of the office design. The main aim of this study is to suggest materials for the new office building through the analysis and deduction of the harmonizing factors effecting the office environment using the technique of post-occupancy evaluation. This study has found that the importance of such environmental factors is according to managers, employees, age and the type of occupation. Based on the research results, the office building is required positive interests to produce work efficiency as well as a relaxation and comfort place. However, this is not related with the difference of each type of workers in the office buildings.

According to the venture business conglomerate facility support system, functional facilities associated with transportation, information, communication, research, banking have been conglomerated. Downtown private buildings with superior conditions of management have been designated as conglomerate facilities, for which tax or allotments exemption are given to secure more appropriate space for the business.<br/> As the metropolitan area is held to strict standards of construction, it is becoming devoid of industry. Under the situation, the<br/> industries are losing their independency in economy and finance.<br/> For the assurance of independent financial resources for active regional economy, this study was to build venture conglomerate facilities for future-oriented industry, resulting in resolving problems in respect to space for offices and ultimately preparation of a basis for the 21st century advanced industrial city.

Railway buildings focus on publicity and functionality. As railway stations function as a center of transportation of its community. its importance is further emphasized. This study aims to plan escape routes of railway stations to promote safety and convenience of passengers who use trains for transportation or freights. In respect to designs of railway buildings, this study first speculates platforms which are used by passengers the most frequently, escape routes at waiting rooms and escape route systems according to different types of railway buildings and situations. So, it is to provide basic data to decide requirements in escape route design of railway buildings.
