현재 측량장비 및 기술의 발달에 따라 작업규정의 개정이 진행되었다. 하지만 경사지 수준 측량 시 해당 작업규정을 적용하기에는 관측환경에 의한 한계가 존재하며 이는 왕복교차에 영향을 줄 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현재 도입되어 사용 중인 주요 디지털레벨을 조건별로 비교하여 경사지에서 최적의 수준측량 방법을 제시하고자 하였고, 그 결과 수준측량수행 시 고정점 설치를 최소화하는 경우 구간교차한계 및 전체오차한계 기준을 통과하는 결과를 확인할 수 있었다.

This paper presents the fatigue behavior of composite materials with impact-induced damage under constant amplitude and random loading. For this purpose, the fatigue tests under constant amplitude and random loading were performed on the impacted composite materials. The fatigue life of the impacted materials under the constant amplitude loading can be identified through the prediction model, based on the fatigue characteristics of virgin materials and residual strength due to impact damage. Also, the model for equivalent stress is proposed to estimated the fatigue life under random loading, based on the S-N curves under constant amplitude loading. The equivalent stress and corresponding fatigue life by the present model agrees well with the experimental results.
도심지 환경에서의 모바일 매핑 시스템(MMS) 성능 평가: SLAM, Cloud-to-Cloud 및 기지국의 역할

모바일 매핑 시스템(MMS)는 국내 정밀도로지도 제작과 스마트 시티 구축에 필수적이다. 이 연구는 교통량이 많고 고층 건물이 특징인 혼잡한 도시 지역에서 모바일 매핑 시스템 데이터의 품질을 평가하였다. 기지국의 거리, 위성군, SLAM 및 Cloud-to-Cloud 적용이 MMS 데이터에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. MMS 데이터와 기지국 간의 거리가 짧을수록 데이터의 정확성과 정밀도가 향상되고, 기지국이 더 많은 위성군을 포함하면 품질이 향상되는 것을 확인하였다. 만약 거리가 크고 위성군이 제한되어 있다면 SLAM 및 Cloud-to-Cloud를 적용한다면 MMS 데이터의 품질이 향상되는 것으로 분석되었다. 이에 복잡한 도심지 환경에서 MMS의 품질을 확보하기 위해서는 촬영지 근처에 기지국을 설치한다면 데이터 품질이 향상된다고 판단된다. 만약 기지국을 설치하는 것이 어렵다면 SLAM 및 Cloud-to-Cloud를 적용하는 것이 데이터 품질을 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다. Mobile mapping systems(MMS) are essential for HD-road mapping and smart city projects. This study evaluated the quality of MMS data in crowded urban areas characterized by high traffic volume and high buildings. The effects of base station distance, constellations, SLAM and Cloud-to-Cloud application on MMS data were analyzed. It was confirmed the shorter the distance between the MMS data and the base station, the better the accuracy and precision of the data, and the quality is improved when the base station includes more constellations. If the distance is far and constellations are limited, the quality is improved by applying SLAM and Cloud-to-Cloud. Therefore, to secure the quality of MMS in an urban area, it concludes that the data quality is improved if a base station is installed near the data. If it is difficult to install a base station, it is judged that applying SLAM and Cloud-to-Cloud can improve data quality.
원전해체 시 콘크리트 구조물 절단을 위한 밀기형 절단장치 개발

Pulling-type cutting devices, which use a diamond wire saw, have been used generally for cutting concrete structures. In this study, a pushing-type cutting device with a collection cover was developed by overcoming the disadvantages of pulling-type devices. In this device, dry or liquid methods can be selected to cool frictional heat. Operation and leakage tests of the dust generated during the dismantling of a concrete structure were carried out, confirming the suitable operation of the fabricated cutting device; the leakage rate was approximately 1.7%. For a conservative evaluation, the internal dose of workers was estimated in dismantling the core center part of biological shield concrete with a specific activity of 99.5 Bq·g<sup>-1</sup>. The committed effective dose per worker was 0.25 mSv. The developed cutting device contributed to reducing radioactive concrete waste and minimizing worker exposure due to its easy installation. Therefore, it can be utilized as a cutting apparatus for dismantling not only reinforced concrete structures but also radioactive biological shield concrete in nuclear power plant decommissioning efforts.
준설토 재활용을 위한 무보강 및 보강 경량토의 압축거동특성 비교

This paper investigates strength characteristics and stress-strain behaviors of unreinforced and reinforced lightweight soils. Lightweight soil, composed of dredged soil, cement, and air-foam, was reinforced by a waste fishing net, in order to increase its compressive strength. Test specimens were fabricated by various mixing conditions, such as cement content, initial water content, air content, and waste fishing net; then, unconfined compression tests were carried out on these specimens. From the test results, it was shown that reinforced lightweight soil had different behavior after failure, even though it had similar behavior as unreinforced lightweight soil before failure. The test results also showed that stress became constant after peak strength in reinforced lightweight soil, while the stress decreased continuously in unreinforced lightweight soil. It was observed that the strength was increased due to reinforcing effect by the waste fishing net for most cases, except high water content greater than 218%. In the case of high water content, a reinforcing effect is negligible, due to slip between waste fishing net and soil particles. In reinforced lightweight soil, secant modulus (E50) was increased, due to the inclusion of waste fishing net.
