디지털 비디오 압축기술은 대용량의 영상을 화질 손실을 최소화하면서 압축률을 높이는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 모바일 디바이스에서 인코딩/디코딩시에는 프로세싱 오버헤드를 최소화 시켜야 할 필요성이 있다. 또한 특정 동영상을 압축할 시 불필요한 영상을 줄여 압축률을 높이고 타겟 오브젝트에 집중할 수 있도록 하기 위해서 Hierarchical Temporal Memory 를 사용해 오브젝트를 인식하고 타겟 오브젝트만 선택 압축하는 기술을 제안하고자 한다.

재정비촉진사업의 시행 시 주민들간의 갈등과 낮은 재정착률이 문제가 되고 있다 이연구에서는 중규모도시를 사례로 주민 특성을 분석하여 재정비촉진사업을 활성화하는 방안을 도출하고자 한다. 변수로는 주민의 주거특성 중 주택소유 여부와 거주기간, 소득, 자산규모, 재정비촉진사업에 대한 찬반 여부, 사업시행 후 재정착 여부, 재정착 시 선호하는 주택유형으로 구분하여 설정하였다. 이러한 변수로 설정한 가설에 대한 검증 결과 재정비촉진사업 시행에 대하여 주택소유자에 비하여 세입자가 반대하는 비율이 더욱 높았으며, 20년 이상 장기거주자는 단독주택을 선호하는 비율이 높았다. 따라서 재정비촉지사업의 시행 시 사업시행에 대한 주민의 동의와 선호 주택유형 등 주민들의 특성을 고려하여 사업을 추진하여야 할 것이다. There are several social problems such as trouble between housing owners and tenants, and low resettlement ratio in the regeneration promotion district. The purposes of this study are to analyze resident characteristics in the regeneration promotion district in local small and medium-sized cities, and to show the way to activate the regenration promotion projects. In this study, the independent variables are house ownership and the period of residence. Dependent variables are the agreement of the regeneration promotion project, resettlement ratio when the project is done, and the preferred housing type. The results show that the tenants get higher resettlement ratio than homeowners. In addition, long-term residents shows higher preference of single-family homes than short or medium-term residents. From this study, it can be insisted that the resident characteristics should be investigated carefully when regeneration promotion projects are conducted.

본 논문은 최근에 논의되고 있는 육아지원과 관련하여 보육정보센터의 기능과 역할을 육아지원관점에서 조명하여 앞으로의 방향을 제안하고자 한다. 육아지원의 필요성을 정책적 측면, 일상적 육아의 측면, 포괄적 서비스 측면에서 살펴보고, 보육정보센터의 기능과 관련된 연구와 정책보고서를 중심으로 역할을 재정리하였다. 그리고 시군구보육정보센터의 육아지원 사업 관련 사업의 현황 분석과 이용자의 요구조사 결과분석을 반영하여 향후 방향으로 전국보육정보센터간의 연계와 지역사회의 자원을 연계를 통하여 육아지원을 도모하는 방안을 제시하였다. Recently fertility ratio have declined very rapidly and young parents of nuclear family suffer many difficulty of child rearing. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of child rearing support in Educare Information center and suggest some implications. The method of study is to review of related literature, thesis, journal, policy plan and analyzed Child-rearing Support Program of Educare Information center. Educare Information Center have to develop direct service toward parents, services for daycare centers, services for administrator, comprehensive services for community. Especially, lt is very important for child rearing support to network with Educare Information Center and other sources in community.

Performance improvement of local exhaust system used in toilet and cooking place are main concern in a field of ventilation. In Korea, There are many high riser residential apartments in recent years. These buildings were not viewed as being major contributors to exhaust pollutants producted in indoor. It was because many engineers thought that exhaust in high riser building depends on stack effect. This study investigates on the performance improvement of terminal device, roof fan, of vertical spiral duct used in high riser residential apartments. This paper focuses mainly on the effect of accessories, number or shape of blades, composed of roof fan with function of exhaust air volume of toilet and cooking place. Roof fan with 10 blades is observed at optimum exhaust performance in this study.
지형/지물 이미지 데이타베이스를 위한 형태 특징 추출 방법

항공 및 위성 사진과 같은 지형/지물 이미지는 대부분 비슷한 색상과 질감을 갖는다. 따라서 지형/지물 이미지 데이타베이스에서 질의 이미지를 정확하게 검색하기 위해서는 이미지의 형태 특징을 추출하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 지형/지물 이미지 검색을 위한 형태 특징 추출 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 이미지내 홀(hole)이 있거나 이미지가 연결되지 않은 영역들로 구성되어 있을 경우에도 형태 특징들을 효과적으로 추출할 수 있다. 그리고 세그멘테이션(segmentation)과 같은 특징 추출의 전처리 과정(pre-processing)에서 발생할 수 있는 오류에 강인하다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법이 기존의 방법들보다 우수함을 다양한 이미지 검색 실험을 통해 보인다. Topographical images such as aerial and satellite images are usually similar with respect to colors and textures but not in shapes. Thus shape features of the images and the methods of extracting them become critical for effective image retrieval from topographical image databases. In this paper, we propose a shape feature extraction method for topographical image retrieval. The method extracts a set of attributes which can model the presence of holes and disconnected regions in images and is tolerant to pre-processing, more specifically segmentation, errors. Various experiments suggest that retrieval using attributes extracted using the proposed method performs better than using existing shape feature extraction methods.
공동주택에 적용된 공용 수직덕트시스템의 풍량제어방식에 따른 에너지소비량 예측에 관한 연구

This study was carried out to predict the amount of energy consumed by a ventilator installed in the terminal end of a common duct system. It is in which that the partial load control is generally performed. The air volume rate for the central ventilation system of the kitchen and bathroom of each household in an apartment is exhausted through a common duct system regardless of the position of each household within the complex. This air volume rate should be the same regardless of the location of each household. Since the common duct system is installed vertically, and is installed ventilator in terminal for the effective ventilation. Also, the pressure difference of each household increases with the vertical height. Thereby, the air volume rate exhausted on each household becomes different. KARSE has established a standard for constant static pressure ventilators with a constant flow rate damper in the branch duct of the common duct system. A control strategy for partial load control that can save energy must be considered in ventilation systems with common ducts. This paper compares the energy consumption of two control methods and suggests an energy saving control system.
DC 마그네트론 스퍼터링 NiCr 박막의 열처리 조건에 따른 미세구조 및 표면특성

Ni/Cr thin film is very interesting material as thin film resistors, filaments, and humidity sensors because their relatively large resistivity, more resistant to oxidation and a low temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR). These interesting properties of Ni/Cr thin films are dependent upon the preparation conditions including the deposition environment and subsequent annealing treatments. Ni/Cr thin films of 250 nm were deposited by DC magnetron sputtering on $Al_2O_3/Si$ substrate with 2-inch Ni/Cr (80/20) alloy target at room temperature for 45 minutes. Annealing treatments were performed at $400^{\circ}C,\;500^{\circ}C,\;and\;600^{\circ}C$ for 6 hours in air or $H_2$ ambient, respectively. The clear crystal boundaries without crystal growth and the densification were accomplished when the pores were disappeared in air ambient. Most of surface was oxidic including NiO, $Ni_2O_3$ and $Cr_xO_y$(x=1,2, y=2,3) after annealing in air ambient. The crystal growth in $H_2$ ambient was formed and stabilized by combination with each other due to the suppression of oxidized substance on film surface. Most oxidic Ni was restored when the oxidic Cr was present due to its stability in high-temperature $H_2$ ambient.
