보건교육 및 상담을 통한 건강보험 다빈도 수진자의 의료이용 행태 변화

National health insurance cooperation has reported that, during the year 2001, outpatients who received treatments repeatedly at one medical institutions amounted to 6,7 million persons and outpatients who received treatments from more than three medical institutions was about 95,000 persons. It can be very important theme to reduce and manage effectively such frequently examined subjects, who have undesirable behaviors of medical care utilization, not only for health care but also for the management of national medical expense. Therefore, this study aimed to prepare the basic material necessary for contributing to the subscriber's health maintenance/enhancement and the financial stability of health insurance by providing the proper support service for rational medical care utilization after the interviews, and analyzing the change of medical care utilization behaviors and the financial saving effect though interviews. This study was carried out on total 392 persons. The 392 persons are consisted of 195 persons of test group who had received the rational medical care utilization support service through 1st, 2nd and 3rd interviews and 197 persons of control group who had not among the 3,052 persons. This study encoded the data gathered and carried out frequency Analysis, χ² -test, t-test using SPSS v 12.0 statistics program. Followings are the analysis. From research result, it was reported that the medical service utilization behaviors after the rational medical care utilization support service produced a positive outcome in total allowance, outpatient allowance, hospital visiting days and pharmacy medication days, but only the hospital visiting days had a statistical significance(p>0.000). However, as a result of research hypothesis testing, the gaps of annual total allowance, annual hospital visiting days and annual pharmacy medication days between test group and control group was determined to be meaningless.

Manufacturers are reporting an increased number of complaints from consumers, who find that head restraints’ design is not comfortable, so the new design standard of head restraint and seat back is investigated in this paper. Our statistical analysis results show the new standard is effective for seat comfort.

8um 피치 SXGA급 비냉각 적외선 검출기 개발 및 환경성 평가

비냉각형 적외선 검출기를 적용한 열상 시스템의 경우 군수용 및 민수용 분야에서 다양하게 응용 범위를 넓혀가고 있다. 특히 군수용 열상 시스템의 경우 보다 체계의 고도화를 위한 고해상도 적외선 센서 개발이 요구되고, 민수용 열상 시스템의 경우 다양한 에플리케이션에 적용하기 위해 열상 검출기의 소형화 및 경량화가 요구된다. 적외선 센서의 픽셀 피치를 17um 피치에서 8um 피치크기로 감소시킴으로써, 소형화 및 고해상도 센서 개발이 용이하지만, 이로인한 적외선 센서 성능이 감소하는 문제를 극복하는 것이 기술 개발 핵심이다. 감소된 픽셀 피치의 적외선 센서의 성능을 극대화하기 위해서는 입사하는 적외선을 흡수하는 영역과 열적 고립을 위한 영역의 구조적 분리가 필요하며 이를 구현하기 위해 복층 구조의 마이크로볼로미터 개발이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 8μm 픽셀 피치를 갖는 SXGA급(1280*1024) 비냉각 적외선 검출기 개발에 관한 것으로 피치가 감소하면서 발생하는 수광 면적 감소 및 열적 고립도 감소를 개선하기 위하여 복층 구조 FPA(Focal Plane Array) 설계 기술 및 0.18um MEMS Technology 설계 기술을 활용하였으며, 소형화 및 경량화를 위해 세라믹 패키지를 적용하여 NETD 50mK 이하의 비냉각형 적외선 검출기를 제작하였다. 또한 비냉각 적외선 검출기에 대한 환경성 및 신뢰성 시험 평가를 수행하여 체계적용성 및 실용성을 검증을 하였다. In the case of a thermal imaging system to which a uncooled infrared detector is applied, the application range is expanding in various ways in the field of military and civilian use. In particular, in the case of a military thermal system, it is required to develop a high-resolution infrared sensor to upgrade the system, and in the case of a civil thermal system, it is required to miniaturize and lighten the thermal detector to apply to various applications. By reducing the pixel pitch of infrared sensors from 17um pitch to 8um pitch size, it is easy to develop miniaturized and high-resolution sensors, but overcoming the problem of decreasing infrared sensor performance is the key to technology development. The structural separation of an area absorbing incident infrared rays and an area for thermal isolation is required to maximize the performance of an infrared sensor with a reduced pixel pitch, and to implement this, it is required to develop a multi-layered microbolometer. In this paper, we develop an SXGA-class (1280*1024) uncooled infrared detector with an 8um pixel pitch and fabricate using multilayered FPA(focal plane array) design techniques and 0.18um 3D MEMS technology design techniques to improve absorption area and thermal isolation reduction as the pitch decreases. For miniaturization and weight reduction of infrared detectors, ceramic packages were applied to manufacture uncooled infrared detectors of NETD 50 mK or less. In addition, environmental and reliability test evaluation of uncooled infrared detectors was performed to verify system applicability and practicality.

Head restraint is a very important seat part to protect the driver’s neck injuries in the rear crash vehicle accident. However, it is also a core device to provide comfortableness while driving. These two confront conditions must meet. Therefore the way of approaching will be presented. Especially, this paper has been studied using analysis zone which have strong relation with the movement of BioRID-II chest, because customers want to have both safety & comfortableness at the same time.

Rear Side of the vehicle when a crash occurs, the passengers neck and the head injury being the most severely damaged in many studies have been reported previously. These aspects by the crash in order to reduce injury to passengers, Drive Air Bag, Passenger Air Bag and Active H/Rest are being applied. Front Seat Passenger Injury through Crash Test is open to the public but Assessment on Rear Seat Passenger was not investigated. In this paper, Based on the vehicle rear impact was examined the situation of the static & dynamic behavior, Rear Crash Dummy status was represented.
