Acetylcholine(ACh) is all ganglionic fiber neurotransmitters in sympathetic nerve and parasympathetic nerve. And which effector cells and synepses released by parasympathetic preganglionic fiber. These the transfer of synapse is called cholinergic. Another Neurotransmiters is called norepinephrine(or noradrenaline) and in transfer of synepses is called adrenergic. Adrenergic stimulation has all the excitability and the inhibitory effect by epinephrine and norepinephrine in the blood, there are α- and β- two major receptor proteins. The two receptors for the neurotransmitter stimulated by drugs that stimulate or block is used as therapy and medical applications, these receptors has been known involved in bone metabolism by the neurotransmitters. Osteoblasts and oasteoclasts has α- and β-adrenoreceptors(β-ARs) that stimulation operate sympathetic nervous system also anabolism and catabolism of bone metabolism showned an effect. However, adrenoreceptor ligands is not known directly involved the osteoblast differentiation and function, there is need for further studies.

Ethanol은 섭취량에 따라 간 대사에 여러가지 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려져 있다. 과량의 ethanol 섭취가 유해한 것은 ethanol 그 자체보다는 산화과정에서 생성된 acetaldehyde와 과량의 수소(NADH)에 기인한다. 과량의 NADH는 간 세포의 화학적 평형을 저해하고 대사이상을 초래한다. 본 연구에서는 in vitro 뿐만 아니라 in vivo에서 alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH), aldehyde dehydroge-nase(ALDH), microsomal ethanol oxidizing system(MEOS)에 미치는 인삼 사포닌의 영향을 조사하고, 간에서의 수소 평형, 간에서의 $[1^(-14)C]$-ethanol의 분포, ethanol의 acetaldehyde와 lipid로의 전환 등을 관찰하였다. 인삼 사포닌은 상기 효소외에도 ethanol 대상에 관련된 다른 효소들의 활성을 증가시키는 것으로 관찰되었으며 이는 동물 체내로부터 acetaldehyde와 과량의 수소를 신속히 제거하는 것으로 사료된다.
韓國産 바람꽃屬(Anemone) 植物의 分類學的 硏究(미나리아재비과)

A taxonomic study on the Korean Anemone species except some North Korean ones, was conducted to delimitate some problematic taxa. Anemone narcissiflora var. umbellulifera was validated on the bases of inflorescence type, plant height and leaf margin, to which A chosenicola and A narcissiflora var. shikokiana were synonymized by having compound umbel. A reflexa and A amurensis were distinguished fairly by style length and the rhizome, leaf and sepal shape and clearly by a reflexed nature of sepals. A koraiensis and A rossii were distinguished by the stigma shape, but thought to be further studied because of their common features in general and the same type of pollen aperture. It was considered that the status of A stolonifera var. quelpaertensis and A raddeana var. glabrata as varieties was not supported on the basis of characters such as trichome condition and plant height. Key to the species was constructed and synonyms, descriptions, and illustrations of each taxa were given. It was revealed that 13 species of Anemone among 21 so far known, are distributed in Korea.
음전하를 띤 아미노산 잔기들(E132, E133)이 Cu,Zn-superoxide dismutase의 촉매 활성에 미치는 영향

The amino acids near the active site of SOD have negative charges. The present study was aimed to investigate the function of these acidic amino acids in the enzyme reactions and to find out the effects of them on the dismutase and peroxidase activities of SOD. E132 and E133 residues were replaced with alanines, the neutral amino acid, and these mutated proteins were purified and characterized with respect to their dismutation and peroxidation activities. This replacement gave increase of dismutase activity and decrease of peroxidase activity, indicating that these amino acids may play an important role in the catalytic cycle of SOD. SOD 활성 부위 근처의 아미노산들은 음전하를 띠고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 이 산성 아미노산들의 효소 반응에서의 기능을 조사하고 이것들이 SOD의 디스뮤테이스 활성과 퍼옥시데이스 활성에 미치는 영향을 알아내고자 하는 것이다. E132와 E133 잔기들을 중성 아미노산인 알라닌으로 치환하였고, 돌연변이된 이 단백질들을 순수정제하여 그 디스뮤테이스 활성과 퍼옥시데이스 활성에 대한 특징을 조사하였다. 아미노산의 치환으로 인해 디스뮤테이스 활성은 증가하였고, 퍼옥시데이스 활성은 감소하였는데, 이는 이 아미노산들이 SOD의 촉매 주기에서 중요한 역할을 할 것이라는 것을 의미하는 것이다.
