철도차량용 IPMSM의 불가역 감자 강건 설계에 관한 연구

As the technology of induction motor has matured, it has reached a limit to proposed improvements over existing methods. Advances in power electronics have enabled individual control of synchronous motors. As a result, research is being actively conducted to replace conventional induction motors with high efficiency and high torque Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (IPMSM). Since IPMSM uses permanent magnets, consideration must be given to the irreversible demagnetization that can occur in railroad cars operating at high temperatures. This paper replaces the existing induction motor with a permanent magnet motor with the same performance and, through performance analysis by rotor type, proposes an IPMSM rotor model that is robust to irreversible demagnetization.

본 논문의 목적은 도시철도 궤도시설물의 유지관리 중 레일 마모에 관한 연구로 효과적인 마모저감방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를위해 서울시 도시철도 콘크리트도상의 STEDEF 궤도구간 중 곡선반경(R) 600이하 곡선부 구간에 열처리 레일과 60레일 및 60K레일의 시험부설을 통하여 측정된 레일마모 데이값을 토대로 레일 편마모와 여러 요인과의 상관관계를 비교, 분석하였다. 레일 시험부설로 얻어진 편마모 데이타값을 다각적으로 비교, 분석한 결과 레일종류별, 종구배별, 곡선반경별 요인이 레일의 내마모성에 미치는 영향이 크고, 특히 곡선부의 부족 캔트 및 열차속도 가감속등의 영향력이 큰 정거장구내(R≤600)에서는 레일 경두화가 마모저감에 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. 도시철도 콘크리트궤도(STEDEF)의레일파상마모 발생원인 분석을 위한 실험적 연구

The purpose of this study is to investigate the cause of rail corrugation and the track force for concrete track (STEDEF) in the urban transit. From the field measurements, the dynamic wheel load, vertical displacement of sleeper and rail bending stress were measured and it was evaluated by regarding to the rail corrugation. As a result of the study, the causes of rail corrugation was experimentally proved by frequency analysis using measured dynamic wheel load data. The influence of corrugation on dynamic wheel load, rail bending stress and sleeper displacement was evaluated that the periodic irregularities of rail corrugation on the rail surface amplified the dynamic track force such as the dynamic wheel load, and thus the rail bending stress and the vertical displacement of sleeper could be increased by a maximum of 1.7 times. 본 연구에서는 도시철도 콘크리트 궤도(STEDEF)구조에 발생된 레일파상마모의 발생원인과 이에 따른 궤도부담력의 수준을 분석하고자 실 운행열차를 대상으로 현장측정을 수행하여 동적 윤중, 레일저부휨응력 및 침목변위를측정하였다. 동적 윤중 측정데이터를 이용한 주파수 분석을 통해 측정구간에 발생된 파상마모의 발생원인을 실험적으로 입증하였으며, 파상마모가 동적 윤중, 레일휨응력 및 침목변위 증가에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 레일표면에 발생된 주기적인 요철형상의 파상마모는 동적 윤중을 증폭시키고 이에 따라 레일 휨응력 및 침목변위를 최대1.7배 이사 크게 증가시킬 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다.
도시철도 선형조건을 고려한 유지관리용 특수차량의 성능에 관한 연구

In the design of urban railway lines, several factors are considered to determine the optimal route. In addition, it is also considered whether the existing trains can be operated in the case of line extended. However, the review does not include consideration of the performance of special vehicles (motor car, locomotive train, and tunnel cleaning car) for railway maintenance.
