The Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) is favored in industrial servo application in recent years because of its high efficiency and torque to inertia. Vector-control scheme simplifies the analysis of ac motor characteristics and design of control system. By vector-control method, the control structure of PMSM can be linearized, thus PMSM has the same operating characteristics as separately excited dc motor. The drive system of servo motor is requested to have robustness of disturbance and parameter variation. However, the dynamics of PMSM drive is changed significantly by forced disturbance and parameter variation. Moreover, the state error caused by them should be suppressed completely and rapidly. In this paper, the vactor-control system of PMSM using dual adaptive control loop is investigated. In the proposed system, linear adaptive control loop rapidly recovers the state error caused by both disturbance and parameter variation. In the dual adaptive control loop, the inner loop reduces the system sensitivity of parameter variation and disturbance, and the outer loop suppresses the state error caused by them completely. The proposed servo system is verified through a computer simulations and experimental results.
작은학교 활성화 지원정책의 성과와 한계 - 경상남도 A초와 B초를 중심으로 -

This study analyzed and explored the business performance and limitations of A Elementary School and B Elementary School, which are the operating schools of the "Small School Resurrection Project" in Gyeongsangnam-do as a qualitative case study. In particular, this study highlighted the small school revitalization support project in the internal context of the educational community based on an interview survey of members of elementary school A and elementary school B. In addition, it was intended to examine the relationship between elementary school A and elementary school B with the local community internally and externally, from the perspective of regional change through this project. Specific research results and conclusions were as follows. First of all, looking at the changes in schools, the number of students increased through small school revitalization support projects in both A and B elementary schools, and an educational ecosystem was established with schools and villages. The area to which the school belongs was also able to increase the number of people moving in and regain regional vitality due to the support project. On the other hand, as a limitation of this support project, the administrative work burden of the school was high due to the excessive implementation of the project centered on the school, and the conflict between the transfer generation and the natives made it difficult to settle down. In the end, how can the performance of these support projects continue to affect the maintenance and revitalization of schools, and as a result of the study, it was suggested to strengthen the connection between schools and regions and to establish a village education community. The results of this study are expected to be of practical help to the school education community and to help establish policies to revitalize small schools that systematically cooperate with the region. 이 연구는 경상남도 ‘작은학교 살리기 사업’의 운영 학교인 A초등학교와 B초등학교의 사업 성과와 한계를 질적 사례연구로 분석 탐구하였다. 특히, 이 연구는 A초등학교와 B초등학교의 구성원에 대한 면담조사를 바탕으로 작은학교 활성화 지원사업을 교육공동체의 내부적 맥락에서 조명하였다. 또한 A초등학교와 B초등학교가 지역사회와 맺고 있는 관계를 대·내외적으로 분석함으로써 이 사업을 통한 지역 변화의 관점에서도 살펴보고자 하였다. 구체적인 연구 결과 및 결론은 다음과 같았다. 우선 학교의 변화를 살펴보면, A초등학교, B초등학교 모두 작은학교 활성화 지원사업을 통해 학생 수가 증가하였고, 학교와 마을이 함께하는 교육생태계가 구축되었다. 학교가 속한 지역도 지원사업으로 인해 전입 인구가 증가하고 지역적 활기를 되찾을 수 있었다. 한편, 이 지원사업은 과도한 학교 중심의 사업 추진으로 학교의 행정업무 부담이 높았고, 전입세대와 원주민의 갈등으로 인해 정착의 어려움이라는 한계도 보였다. 연구를 통해 이러한 지원사업의 성과가 학교 유지와 활성화에 어떻게 지속적으로 영향을 미칠 수 있을 것인가를 고찰하였는데, 학교와 지역의 연계를 강화하고, 마을교육공동체 구축 등의 대안을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결과가 학교 교육공동체에 실질적인 도움이 되고, 지역과 체계적으로 협력하는 작은학교 활성화 정책을 수립하는데 도움이 될 것이라 보인다.

This study was carried out to evaluate the structural stability of hybrid type fan heater. The evaluation of structural safety of hybrid fan heater was conducted by using Ansys Workbench and CFX-11 under the design condition. The hybrid fan heater was operated by heat transfer for heat source supplied from electric heater and combustion gas. According to result of structural analysis, the maximum equivalent stress of hybrid fan heater was 150㎫ when the temperature of heat transfer fluids was 150℃. It was found that the hybrid fan was structurally safe because the value of maximum equivalent stress was smaller than that of yield stress of the material.
