PLC 오류를 포용하는 이중화 시스템에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 PLC의 결함을 수용할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하기 위한 방법을 제안하고 실제적인 그 타당성을 찾아보고자 한다. 결함허용 제어시스템은 중단 없이 수리 및 점검을 가능하게 하여 생산손실을 최소화하고 전체 시스템에 대하여 신뢰도를 향상시키게 된다. 이러한 결함허용 시스템을 구현하기 위해서 시스템의 이중화를 제안하게 되는 것이다. 따라서 이러한 시스템을 제안하고, 결함허용 제어시스템의 시뮬레이션 및 실제 소성로(kiln)에 적용 실험을 통하여 확인하고, 아울러 PLC 제어시스템의 신뢰도를 향상시키기 위하여 고장(failure)의 예측 및 결함특성 그리고 시스템 구성에 따른 결함간의 평균 시간을 비교하여 각종 모듈의 이중화로 결함이나 고장을 허용할 수 있는 제어시스템을 구성하였다. 제안한 시스템에서 노드의 표현방법 및 시스템 모드와 운전 모드와의 관계, 에러발견 모드와 이중화 모드의 전환관계, 그리고 PLC의 중앙처리장치를 하나가 아닌 2개를 가진 2채널 방식의 마스터-스탠바이 전환운전 및 연속운전에 관한 알고리즘을 연구하고 이 알고리즘으로 결함허용에 대한 연속운전 방법 및 결과를 도출하였으며 이 결과를 실제 소성로 제어시스템에 적용하여 PLC 결함허용에 대한 연속운전을 확인하였다. In this research, wish to suggest method to embody system that can accommodate defect of PLC and find actual propriety. Defect permission control system minimizes production damage because enables repair and checking without discontinuance and improve believability about whole system. Propose duplexing of system to embody this fault tolerant system. Therefore, composed control system that can permit defect or breakdown duplexings of various module proposing this system, and confirms to simulation and actuality kiln of defect permission control system through an application experiment, and compares for mean time between defect by estimate and defect special quality and system configuration of failure(failure) to improve believability of PLC control system together. In proposed system expression method and system mode and relation with operation mode, error discovery mode and switching tube of duplexing mode, and PLC's central processing unit of node study algorithm about master-standby conversion driving and continuous operation of 2 channels method that have 2 that is not one and deduced continuous operation method and result about defect permission in this algorithm and applies this result to actuality kiln control system and confirms continuous operation about PLC defect permission.

This article is to explore Kim Jeong-un regime`s charater and the changes of military strategy by economic difficulties. North Korea has attacked Yeonpyeong island and the Cheonan warship in 2010. The two attacks were not discrete but overlap and interweave under a definite purpose. It was a provocation to gain a strong trust between new heir of North Korea and ‘North Korean sympathizers’ in South Korea. So, Kim Jeong-un`s regime could be called the provocative and offensive. Since the mid-1990s, North Korea`s economic hardship has brought the decline of the combat strength the hardship of war preparation and the unbalanced development of military power. Furthermore, South Korean military`s defense capability has been increasing and the weakness of North Korean military strategy has been larger. The change of military strategy in Kim Jeong-un`s regime was inevitable. It tuned into the military strategy could strike the targeted area and object faster and deadlier than in the past. The forms are “all-out war”, “asymmetric local war” and “local war linked Pro-North Koreans”.

For photovoltaic power generation need certainly decreasing modules price and increasing promote efficiency technology. Almost of solar panel is on the decrease energy efficiency since 2,000. like silicone(Si) solar panel, thin film solar panel and etc. Silicone(Si) solar panel was best efficiency in 1999. Its 24%. But after that time, It didnt pass limit of energy efficiency. Thats why, nowadays being issued that using III-V compound semiconductor to high efficiency of concentrating photovoltaic system for making an alternative proposal. In Korea, making researches in allied technology with III-V compound semiconductor solar panel, condenser technology, and solar tracker. but feasibility study for concentrating photovoltaic power generation hasnt progressed yet. This thesis made a plan about CPV(Concentrating Photovoltaic)system and CPV has a higher energy efficiency than PV(Photovoltaic)system in fine climate conditions from comparing CPV with using silicone(Si) solar panel to PVs efficiency test result.

This paper aims at examing the role and position of North Korea`s National Defense Commission. As of September 1998, the National Defense Commission Chairman conrols all of the political, military, and economic capabilities of the Republic. So, What is the NDC? The missions and Authorities of the NDC are as follows: Directing projects for military fotification and the enhancement of national security, Installing or dismounting central national defense organizations and bodies, Appointing or dismissing key military officials, Creating military titles and conferring them on generals or higer-ranking officers, Promulgating state of war and mobilization orders. But, the exact organisation of the NDC and the individual responsibilities of its members have remained unclear since it`s early time. For example, the Constitution states that the NDC has the authority to appoint and dismiss key military officials, but the members of the NDC are perfunctorily selected by the Supreme Peoples`s Assembly. Furthermore, the Supreme People`s Assembly passes every bill which is written by the Workers` Party and approved and singed by Kim Jong Il. It is very well known that the Supreme People`s Assembly is merely the rubber stamp of the Party. Also, the members of the NDC are only gathered together to discuss certain agenda items that Kim Jong Il demands, as and when he needs some strategic advice in important situations. The NDC is no more than a nominal department for discussion and implementation of Kim Jong Il`s orders. That is, as if the Supreme People`s Assembly exists only as a namely legislative organ, the NDC is also a nominal department to transfer th instructions and orders of Kim Jong Il to the Assembly and other departments.

This article is to explore the relationship between the military leadership formed by Kim Jeung-eun and the North Korea` strategy toward South Korea. At the end of 2012, North Korean Army is in the middle of big change by Kim jeung-eun, new supreme commander. New leader Kim was rebuilding NK`s military leadership for himself. Then, NK`s new military leadership with him has used the threats to South Korea at high strength. In early 2013, the provocation to South Korea carried out by the NK`s new military ledership is wide gap in the contents but similar compared with the past. The key characteristics of such provocation from the North are as followings. Firstly, the backgrouds of provocation has seemed more influenced by domestic factor not by international. Therefore, Dialogue with the South is irrelevant to the goal of provocation. Secondly, the psychological warfare to South Korea has used as the key means of provocation. Thirdly, the political and military goals of provocation is unclear. Finally, NK`s military leadership released many new weapons, unlike the past. The NK`s military ledership is characterized by three. Firstly, it is entirely made by new Kim. Secondly, it aims for Anti-Chang Seong Taek or Extrication from the Kim Jong-il era. Thirdly, figures in the military leadership formed by Kim Jeong-eun are not a leading person compared with those of the past. New Kim tried to make his own name in the world as a great leader and his new military leadership strived to strengthen its presence in the military area of NK. The provocation to South Korea under new Kim leadership will be sustained. Therefore, the continuation of The U.S.-R.O.K military alliance will be likely to play a significantly positive role in preventing a provocation from the North.

초등학생의 스트레스와 심리적 안녕감: 방어기제들의 역할

The present study aims to examine which of defense mechanisms used by elementary students is more effective in practically depending his or her psychological well-being from several stressors. Sixth grade elementary school students participated in the study. The degree of the following five stresses was measured: parents, friends, school work, family, and school-related. The use of four types of defense mechanisms(immature, adaptive, self-restraining, and conflict avoiding) and psychological well-being were additionally measured. Adolescents suffer the most stress related to school, followed by parents and so on. But the parent-related stress did damage most on their psychological well-being. And the use of the three types of defense mechanisms(conflict avoiding, self-restraining, and immature) actually did not defend their psychological well-being from stress. Exceptionally the adaptive defense mechanism played a role of buffer only between school stress and psychological well-being.
