Because, in Korea, the absolute assets have been crowded in the real estate market, there is no choice but for the interest to be concentrated. And, for the increases of the assets, the liquid money has been ceaselessly repeating the inflow into, and the outflow out of, the real estate market. If we take a look at the flows of the real estate market, in the past, because, compared to the demand for the housings, the supply had been insufficient, the special marketing need could not be felt. And the real estate market had been proceeded with through the method of providing the housing sites and the financial support to adjust the total amount of the supply only. Especially, regarding the administration-centered, complex city of the Sejong City, because it has been constructed with the purpose of the decentralization of power and the balance of the regions, it is a region on which the gazes of the people have been concentrated on in relation to the urban stability and the growth. As a result, regarding the spatial range of this research, it was proceeded with by being centered on the administration-centered, complex city of the Sejong City, of which the spreading effects are big, including the degree of the influence of the not-yet-being sold and others of the like according to the sales rate performance in the housing market of the region. Regarding the temporal range, it was limited to from August 2017 until September 2017. And, by utilizing the statistical data, it was made to reflect the recent situation of the administration-centered, complex city of the Sejong City. As a result of an analysis of the relative level of importance using the AHP, regarding the relative level of importance in the big classification, it appeared that the marketing factors of all of the whole group, the real estate brokerage agencies, and the sales-in-lots agencies were the most important. Through this, it was found out that the most important elements when selling the houses in lots in the administration-centered, complex city of the Sejong City were the visit to the model house and others of the like after seeing the paper advertisements and experiencing the face-to-face advertisements. The basic work for leading to the behaviors of the consumers is very important. And, not only the indispensable locational factor with regard to the parceled-out-sales of the apartments, of course, the formation of the conditions for heightening the quality of life through the differentiations between the internal structures of the dwellings and the special, physical characteristic factors and the communal exchanges of the residents have been evaluated as the elements that determine the sales-in-lots of the apartments. These days, due to the 8.3 Measure by the government, the influences have been received in not only the real estate market but, also, at the administration-centered, complex city of the Sejong City. Because this research proceeded with the region of the administration-centered complex city of the Sejong City as the main research subject, the special characteristics of Seoul, of which the spreading effects are the biggest in the presale housing market in Korea, Gyeonggi-do, the Incheon region, and the provincial cities could not be reflected. However, there is the significance that the inferences can be tried through the results regarding the decision elements for the raising of the sales rate of the administration-centered, complex city of the Sejong City, which is a planned city for the balanced development of the national territory.
유아의 부정적 정서에 대한 부모의 반응유형 , 유아의 대처반응 및 또래수용간의 관계 연구

This study examined the relations between parents` reactions to their preschool child`s negative emotions, coping styles, and peer acceptance. Subjects were 250 5-year-old preschoolers and their parents. Instruments were the Coping with children`s Negative Emotions Scale, and coding strategies checklist and peer rating scales for children. Data were analyzed with the SPSS PC + program. Parent`s emotion-focused reactions, encouragement of expression and problem-focused reactions were positively associated with both peer acceptance and child coping styles whereas parent`s distress, and punitive and minimizing reactions were associated with lower Peer acceptance and child coping styles of venting, denial, aggressive action, and avoidance. In child coping styles, problem solving was positively associated with peer acceptance while aggressive action anti venting were associated with a lower level of peer acceptance. Problem solving tended to he positively associated with peer acceptance, whereas aggressive action and venting tended to he associated with lower level of peer acceptance. (4) There was a statistically significant relations among Parent`s reactions to preschoolers` negative emotions, preschoolers` coping styles, and peer acceptance. There were the positive relations among parent`s supportive reactions preschoolers` coping styles of problem solving and seeking support, and peer acceptance.
Arabidopsis thaliana 의 Ethylene Triple Response Mutant 에서 에틸렌 생합성 과정의 생리 생화학적 특성

The physiological and biochemical characterizations of the ethylene-related mutants in Arabidopsis thaliana-ethylene overproducing mutant (eto1-1) and ethylene insensitive mutants (etr1-3, ein2-1)-were detailed in this studies. Two or three week-old mature rosette leaves (before bolting) were used as the plant materials. Ethylene productions of eto1-1, etr1-3, and ein2-1 mutants were about 200%, 400%, and 450% compared to that of wild type, respectively. ACC synthase and ACC oxidase activities of eto1-1 mutant were similar to those of wild type. ACC content and ACC N-malonyltransferase activity, however, were 4.5 times and 3 times higher than those of wild type, respectively. SAM synthetase activity increased by 50% in eto1-1 mutant plant. These results indicated that the alteration in the eto1-1 mutant occured before the step of the conversion of SAM to ACC. In etr1-3 and ein2-1 mutants, ACC synthase activities increased, but ACC oxidase activities decreased. ACC content and ACC N-malonyltransferase activity were 2 times higher than those of wild type. SAM synthetase activity in etr1-3 is similar to those of wild type, while it increased by 73% in ein2-1. These results showed that the block in ethylene action affected the autoregulation of ethylene biosynthesis, so that ACC synthase activity was not autoinhibited and ACC oxidase activity was not autostimulated by ethylene. When the leaf tissues were used for in vitro kinase assay, a cytosolic protein (approximately 36 kDa) was phosphorylated only in eto1-1 and ein2-1 mutants.

By using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), this research took a look at the determinants of the sales rates when selling the new apartments. The level of importance of the AHP means the relative level of importance. And the level of importance that was arrived through the comparison between the two parties is drawn. As a result of the analysis, in the large classification of the locational factor, the socio-economic factor, and the marketing factor, the relative level of importance of the marketing factor appeared high. The meaning of this research lies in the utilization as the supplementary materials with regard to the prior provision of the materials and the establishment of the strategy so that it can contribute to the final improvement of the sales rates by understanding the determinants that have the influences on the sales of the new apartments. However, in the empirical analysis, by limiting the main research subject to the administration-centered, complex city of the Sejong City, Seoul, in which the spreading effects in the sales market in Korea are the biggest, Gyeonggi-do, and the Incheon region could not be included. And, by not being able to expand to the nationwide range, including the other regions, it has the limitation of not having been able to draw the points of the differences of the regions.

감성 ICT(Information Communication Technology)란 외부 환경에 의해 인간을 자극했을 때 뇌를 통해 나타나는 신체적인 반응을 인지하여 분석한 정보를 바탕으로, 타 분야의 기술과 융합하여 환경을 개인에게 유용하게 조절하거나 개선된 감성상태를 일으키도록 영향을 미치기 위해 필요한 기술을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 모바일 환경에서 센싱기반 감성서비스를 제공하기 위한 감성서비스 단말의 하드웨어 플랫폼 기능, 감성인지 기능, 감성서비스 사용자인터페이스 플레임워크 기능, 감성정보통신 기능 등의 시스템 요구사항 및 오감 융합 기술에 대하여 검토하고자 한다. Emotional ICT(Information Communication Technology) is based on analyzing the information to recognize physical responses throughout the brain when human stimulated by the exterior environment, it means technology that needed to influence to cause improved emotional state or to adjust environment useful for individuals by fusion of technology and other fields. In this paper, it will be reviewed of emotional service and five senses convergence technology in smart mobile environment. The standard defines the requirements of emotional service device, in terms of H/W platform function of emotional service device, emotional extraction function, emotional service/UI platform function, emotional information communication function.
