베르베르와 예루살렘 관계를 통해서 본 ‘갈등과 공존’의 메커니즘 양상

베르베르와 예루살렘과의 연관성은 그 자체로 매우 특별한 관계일 정도로 거의 언급되지 않는 부분이다. 역사 속에서 베르베르라는 존재 자체가 언급되지 않았기 때문이다. 게다가 예루살렘과의 지리적 거리감은 베르베르와 예루살렘의 관련성을 생각지도 못하게 했다. 그런데 오늘날 베르베르인에게 가장 중요한 축제 ‘옌나예르’(Yennayer)를 살펴보면 고대 파라오를 넘어 예루살렘까지를 언급하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 베르베르와 예루살렘, 그리고 유대인의 관계가 고대부터 존재하고 있음을 보여주는 것이다. 본 연구는 베르베르와 예루살렘과의 ‘갈등과 공존’의 메커니즘을 고대 시기부터 오늘날까지의 과정을 살펴본다. 먼저 갈등과 대립으로서 베르베르인과 예루살렘, 나아가 유대인과의 관련성을 파라오 시기, 예루살렘 성전 파괴 이후를 통해서 살펴본다. 이 과정은 고대기 베르베르와 예루살렘의 관계를 살펴보는 데 있어 매우 유의미해 보인다. 둘째, 갈등은 있었겠지만 ‘공존’의 패러다임이 비교적 잘 유지된 지역이 있다. 지역적으로 예루살렘은 아니지만 예루살렘의 혼이 담긴 튀니지 제르바 섬의 사례가 이에 해당한다. 아랍이 들어오면서 제르바 섬은 이슬람화 한 곳이지만 이슬람 이바디즘과 베르베르인, 유대인이 ‘공존’의 관계를 형성하고 있는 특수한 성격을 갖는다. 이에 이슬람 이바디즘과 베르베르 그리고 유대인 공동체 간 어떻게 공존의 관계를 유지할 수 있었는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 마지막으로 프랑스의 식민 지배 전후로 또 다시 분출되는 갈등 관계를 살펴본다. 이와 같은 과정은 베르베르와 예루살렘의 ‘갈등과 공존’의 메커니즘 양상이 어떻게 형성되어 왔는지를 고찰하는데 있어 유의미한 해석을 제공해주며, 지역의 다양한 형태의 문명 교류 형태를 파악하는 데 유용하다. Berber and Jerusalem are not often mentioned because there is not much connection between them. This is because the existence of berber itself has not been mentioned in history. Moreover, the geographical distance from Jerusalem made it impossible to imagine the Berber connection to Jerusalem. However, 'Yennayer', the most important festival for Berbers today, mentions the ancient Pharaoh and Jerusalem. It shows that the relationship between the Berbers, Jerusalem, and the jews has existed since ancient times. This study examines the mechanism of 'conflict and coexistence' between Berber and Jerusalem from ancient times to the present. First, examine the relationship between the Berbers, Jerusalem, and Jews, focusing on the era of the Pharaoh and the era after the destruction of the Jerusalem temple. This process seems very meaningful in examining the relationship between the ancient Berbers and Jerusalem. Second, although there may have been conflicts, there are regions where the paradigm of 'coexistence' has been maintained relatively well. This is not Jerusalem, but the case of Djerba island, which contains the soul of Jerusalem, is a case in point. Although Djerba island is an islamization place, it is a unique place where is lamic ibadism, Berbers, and Jews form a 'coexistence' relationship. It examine how they were able to maintain a relationship of coexistence. Finally, we examine the conflict relationship that erupted again before and after French colonial rule. Such a process provides a meaningful interpretation in examining how the mechanism of 'conflict and coexistence' between Berber and Jerusalem has been formed, and is useful for understanding various forms of cultural exchange in the region.

In this paper, thermohydrodynamic characteristics of large tilting pad journal bearings which have 3~8 tilting pads were numerically analyzed. The turbulent lubrication equation and the energy equation were solved. The regime of operation of this bearing is laminar, turbulent and transitional. Also viscosity of working fluid was considered as function of only temperature and inlet pressure build-up was considered. Numerical results for a large tilting pad journal bearing showed pressure distribution, temperature distribution, eccentricity ratio, and friction torque. The effects of pad number on the static performances of a large tilting pad journal bearing are discussed.

This study is to investigate that the positive attitude of the participants in leisure sport activities contribute to achievement goal orientation, basic psychological needs & sports motivation. By using of SPSS 15.0 & Amos 7.0 on 355 data collected, descriptive statistic analysis, correlation analysis & multiple regression analysis were carried out. The results are; (1) social & self acceptance have positive(+) effect on self & task orientation, and positive view & social adaptation have negative(-) effect on self orientation. (2) social acceptance & positive view have (+) effect on autonomy, competence & relationship, and self acceptance has (+) effect on competence & relationship. (3) task orientation has (+) effect on non-motivation & internal motivation. and acceptance has (+) effect on external/internal motivation. (4) autonomy has (+) effect on non-motivation & internal motivation, while competence has (+) effect on external/internal motivation and non-motivation. (5) social acceptance has (+) effect on internal/external motivation, and positive view & self acceptance have (+) effect on non-motivation & internal motivation. Social adaptation has (+) & (-) effect on non-motivation on external motivation, respectively.

고령 환자의 대퇴 경부 골절에 시행한 양극성 고관절 반치환술

목적: 65세 이상 노년층의 대퇴경부 골절에서 양극성 반치환술의 임상적 결과를 분석하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 대퇴경부 골절로 양극성 반치환술을 시행한 65세 이상의 환자 중 3년 이상 추시가 가능하였던 43명 (46예)을 대상으로 하였다. 임상적 평가는 Harris 고관절 점수를 측정하였고 동통지수, 지지지수 등을 분석하였으며, 방사선학적 평가로는 대퇴스템 해리와 비구컵의 전이 등을 관찰하였다. 결과: Harris 고관절 점수는 평균 88.7점 (62~96점)이었고 임상적 평가는 우수 34예, 양호 7예, 보통 3예, 불량 2예였다. 동통지수는 평균 39.6점 (20~44점)이었고 동통이 없었던 경우가 20예, 경미한 동통 18예, 경한 동통 6예, 중등도 동통 2예였다. 지지지수는 평균 9.6점 (4~11점)이었고, 32예에서 단장이나 목발 등 도구 없이 보행이 가능하였다. 대퇴스템의 무균성 해리 또는 양극성 비구컵의 중심부 전이로 인하여 2예 (4%)에서 재치환술을 시행하였다. 결론: 노년층의 대퇴경부 골절에서 양극성 반치환술은 조기 보행 및 기능회복을 위해 권장할 만한 치료 방법이라 판단된다. Purpose: To evaluate the clinical results of bipolar hemiarthroplasty in elderly patients more than 65 years of age with a femoral neck fracture. Materials and Methods: Forty-six bipolar hemiarthroplasties in 43 patients more than 65 years of age which could be followed more than 3 years were included in this study. The clinical outcomes were evaluated using Harris hip score, pain score and support score. The radiological results were analyzed by femoral stem loosening and bipolar cup migration. Results: The average Harris hip score was 88.7 (62~96) points. An excellent score was recorded in 34 cases, good in 7 cases, fair in 3 cases and poor in 2 cases. The average pain score was 39.3 points and there were no pain in 20 cases, slight pain in 17 cases, mild pain in 6 cases and moderate pain in 2 cases. The average support score was 9.6 points and 32 patients could walk without the use of any assistive devices. Two cases were converted to total hip arthroplasty due to femoral stem loosening with or without bipolar cup migration. Conclusion: For the early ambulation and functional recovery of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture, bipolar hemiarthroplasty was considered as one of recommendable methods.
