GIS기반 축제방문객 통계관리시스템 Crowd Architecture 개발에 관한 연구

본 연구는 관광 분야에서 도입 가능한 GIS의 개념과 종류 및 주요기능을 살펴보고, 국내외 관광통계에 대한 선행연구 및 사례를 검토한 후 관광 분야에서의 도입 및 적용 가능성을 탐색적으로 접근하고자 한다. 이를 통해 GIS 기반 축제방문객 통계관리시스템 개발에 대한 구체적인 방법론을 제시한다. 분석결과 첫째, 지역의 다양한 특성을 분석하기 위한 각 지역별 관광통계 데이터의 기초적인 수집이 시급하다. 둘째, 각 지역 축제별로 실제 관광객 수나 관광수입이 체계적이면서도 의무적으로 수집될 수 있는 제도가 마련되어야 한다. 셋째, 지자체가 GIS를 효율적으로 도입할 수 있는 업무환경의 조성을 위한 정부 차원의 정책적 지원이 필요하다. 따라서 향후에는 더욱 효율적인 축제방문객 통계관리를 위해 GIS기반 축제방문객 통계관리시스템에 관한 연구가 필요하다.

요양보호사의 직무스트레스, 자아탄력성, 감성지능이 직무만족에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 노인장기요양서비스 전문인력인 요양보호사의 직무스트레스와 자아탄력성, 감성지능이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 노인장기요양서비스 기관에서 근무하는 요양보호사 214명에 대한 자료를 수집하였으며, Herzberg의 동기-위생이론에 근거하여 요양보호사 집단을 동기집단과 위생집단으로 구분하여 평균차이검정 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 먼저 두 집단 간 평균차이 분석결과, 동기집단에 비해 위생집단의 직무스트레스가 높게 나타난 반면, 직무만족, 자아탄력성, 감성지능은 낮게 나타났다. 다음으로 요양보호사의 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 직무스트레스가 높을수록 직무만족은 낮게 나타났으며, 자아탄력성과 감성지능이 높을수록 직무만족이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 자아탄력성과 감성지능의 매개효과를 검정하기 위한 분석결과, 직무스트레스와 직무만족의 관계에서 자아탄력성과 감성지능 모두 부분매개로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 기반 하여 요양보호사의 직무를 통해 보람을 찾을 수 있도록 종합적이고 체계적인 관리가 요구되며, 요양보호사의 직무스트레스에 대한 적극적인 관리 및 자아탄력성과 감성지능 향상을 위한 심리ㆍ사회적 접근이 이루어져야 함을 제언하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of job stress and ego resilience, emotional intelligence long-term care worker on the intention of job satisfaction. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, data were collected from about 214 people in the long-term care agencies working in the long-term care worker. Long-term care worker groups separated by a motivator group and hygiene group, difference of means test and multiple regression analysis was conducted based on the Herzberg's motivation-hygiene theory (motivation-hygiene theory). results to examine of difference of means test,  Hygiene group compared to the motivator group higher job stress analysis, job satisfaction, ego resilience, emotional intelligence was low. result of the multiple regression analysis, job stress, ego resiliency, emotional intelligence as independent variables on effect of job satisfaction of long-term care worker, higher of job stress was found lower of job satisfaction and  higher ego-resilience, emotional intelligence was found higher of job satisfaction.  Finally, results to examine of mediating effect of ego-resilience and emotional intelligence, ego resilience and emotional intelligence was found partial mediating effect. According to the results of this study, It is rewarding to be able to find long-term care worker who requires a comprehensive and systematic management. It should made for active management for long-term care worker of job stress, ego-resilience and emotional intelligence to improve psychological and social approach.

서비스접점에서 병원코디네이터 직무역할에 대한 중요도-성취도(IPA) 분석

본 연구는 서비스접점에서 병원코디네이터 직무역할에 대한 IPA분석을 통해 직무속성별 우선순위 항목을 측정하고, 중요도-성취도의 차이를 분석하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구결과 첫째, 요인분석을 통해 F1(직무관계관리), F2(직무역할기능), F3(직무태도), F4(직무기술)의 4개의 요인이 추출되었으며, 둘째, 병원코디네이터 역할 중요속성에 대한 총 평균값은 3.97, 성취도에 대한 평균값은 3.71로 유의한 차이를 나타났다(p<0.001). 셋째, IPA분석결과 제1사분면(지속적유지): 대인관계관리, 조직이해, 전문가이미지, 업무지식, 컴퓨터 활용, 구두의사소통, 대인관계형성이 위치하였고, 제 2사분면(집중관리): 지도력이 위치하였고, 제 3사분면(저우선순위): 계획관리, 업무파트너, 고객관리, 촉진자, 홍보관리, 교육훈련관리자, 직업의식 항목이 위치하였으며, 제 4사분면(과잉노력): 의사소통관리, 사무지식 항목이 위치하였다. 본 연구결과 병원코디네이터의 직무역할은 서비스접점에서 성취도 향상을 위한 노력이 절실히 필요하며, 양질의 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 경쟁력 있는 병원 서비스 마케팅 방안에 특별한 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다.

병원코디네이터 직무역할이 고객만족 및 조직성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 병원코디네이터 직무역할과 고객만족간의 관계, 고객만족과 직무성관간의 관계, 직무역할과 직무성과간의 영향관계를 분석하였다. 첫째, 병원코디네이터 직무역할은 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 병원코디네이터 직무역할은 직무성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 병원코디네이터 직무역할 하위 요인중 직무기술 요인은 직무성과에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 병원코디네이터의 고객만족은 직무성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 병원코디네이터의 직무역할이 고객만족, 직무성과를 증가시켜 경영성과에 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 병원코디네이터의 명확한 직무역할과 고객만족 및 직무성과를 파악하고, 병원코디네이터 제도의 확립과 입지를 구축하고 경쟁력 있는 병원 서비스 마케팅 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

노인의 여가활동은 삶의 만족도를 높이는가? -사회자본의 매개효과를 중심으로-

The research says the relevance of between leisure activities and social capital for more than 65 years aged seniors and offers a role of social capital improving satisfaction and quality of life. The result of major studies’ review reveals there is a difference of satisfaction of life as well as social capital by leisure activities. In addition, leisure activities influence on social capital and life satisfaction is to be influenced by social capital. Accordingly it is figured leisure activities has a relevance with social capital and the social capital like this improves life satisfaction out. Not like at present in the future aged society, the importance of the aged leisure will be more and more high-lighted. In particular this research shows that in case of higher social capital through leisure activities, the aged life satisfaction is much higher than comparatively lower social capital . Conclusively the research shows that by taking into consideration for the leisure activities and social capital like this, the policy development for the aged leisure activities based on socio-psychological perspectives is to be activated. 본 연구는 65세 이상 노인을 대상으로 여가활동과 사회자본의 관련성을 밝히고, 여가 활동을 통해 삶의 질과 만족도를 향상시키는 사회자본의 역할을 제시하고자 한다. 주요 연구결과를 살펴보면, 여가활동에 따라 사회자본에 차이가 있으며, 삶의 만족도에 차이가 있었다. 또한 여가활동은 사회자본에 영향을 미치고, 사회자본은 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 따라서 여가활동은 사회자본과 관련이 있으며, 이러한 사회자본은 삶의 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 미래의 고령사회에서는 현재와는 달리 노년기 여가의 중요성이 더욱 강조될 것이다. 특히 본 연구에서 여가활동을 통해 사회자본이 축적되는 경우, 노년기의 삶의 만족도는 사회자본이 낮은 경우보다 더 높다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 이러한 여가활동과 사회자본을 고려하여 노년기의 여가활동을 장려할 수 있는 사회ㆍ심리적 관점에서의 역할상실과 고독감을 극복할 수 있는 프로그램 개발 정책이 필요함을 시사한다.

농촌관광 체험활동이 관광 이미지 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향 연구

(Purpose) This study reconsidered the value of rural tourism experience activities and determined that establishing a tourism image as a tourist destination that can satisfy tourists' rural tourism needs, and attempted to investigate the influence on rural tourism experience activities, rural tourism image, and behavioral intention. (Design/methodology/approach) In this study, a survey was conducted on rural tourism experience activities, tourism images, and behavioral intentions with a population of adult men and women aged 20 or older among tourists who have visited rural tourist attractions. From April 01 to April 13, 2020, 230 copies of the survey were analyzed as effective samples by combining online and offline. As a research method, it was analyzed using the SPSS 26.0 statistical program (Findings) As a result of analyzing the effect of rural tourism experience activities on tourism image and behavioral intention, three variables of experience activities were found to have an effect on tourism image and behavioral intention. However, educational experience did not appear to have an effect, raising the need to meet the needs of tourists through the discovery of new educational experience programs. (Research implications or Originality) Rural experience is regarded as a very effective strategy that leads to the social and economic development and revival of rural areas by linking urban and rural areas. It is necessary to continue to develop differentiated rural tourism experience activities and programs that meet the expectations of future tourists, and maximize the strategy of environmentally friendly experience tourism and regional revitalization that only rural areas have. This study is meaningful in that it derived elements of experience activities through the attributes of rural tourism experience used in previous studies, and investigated the influence relationship between rural tourism experience activities, rural tourism image, and behavioral intention. In addition, it is believed that it can be a very important study on the basis of local government's rural tourism policy to revitalize the rural economy in the future and basic data for developing other rural tourism experiences.

유아교육ㆍ보육체제 일원화 방안 탐색

This study is focused on the early childhood education and care system in Korea. I hereby analyzed the related law, materials, theses authorized by the academic society, technical books, some pieces of information reported by the press, as well as internet-based data. Other than these, I had interview with supervisors, kindergarten teacher, day care center teacher about dual system of the early childhood education and care system. The correspondent results are as follows:First, as for the unity of curriculum, it is to improve the relations between education and nursery, so that children experience the same program, no matter what school they go to. Second, about the unity of the qualification for kindergarten teachers and child-carer, we can find the solution by respecting both sides. At the same time, the government and the teacher training institutes need to collaborate so as to reflect the qualification of teachers for high-quality education. Third., it has many problems in relation to the matter of the ministry of the Education, Science and Technology and the Health, Welfare and Family affairs, financial things, social welfare service matters. Forth, the reason for hindering advancement on the early childhood education were discussions on the dual system classifies by age, on the quality of education for over 3-year-old children. It also suggests that the government should approach this issue with a great care, regardless of the employment of the parent or the age of the child. Above all, the controversial issues and policies should focus on children-based education that guarantees the best benefits to children. 우리나라의 경우 미래 인적자원의 육성과 여성 경제활동의 중요성이 더욱 강조되고 있지만 유아 교육체제와 보육체제의 이원화로 인해 유아교육계와 보육계간의 갈등으로 동일 연령 아동들에게 유아교육법과 영유아교육법 체제를 각기 달리 적용함으로써 정책의 비일괄성과 비형평성이 야기되고 있으며, 종사자와 전문가, 정책 입안자들 간에 소모적인 갈등이 지속되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 유아교육과 보육의 역사, 법적ㆍ제도적 차이점과 유사점을 분석하여 향후 유아교육ㆍ보육체제의 일원화 가능성과 방안을 제시하고자하였다.

This study was trying to investigate the intermediary role of the sense of community of the local resident from the relationship between social capital of the mega event site and cooperation will. Particularly, it was being spontaneous of the social capital of the site for the mega event implementation and local residentses and importance of social capital, that is the influencing relationship between social capital of the site inducing the cooperation and sense of community and intangible capital, was trying to be presented. There is the importance in one that this study investigated the medium present effect of the sense of community from the relationship between social capital of the mega event site and cooperation will by applying the concept that it is the social capital stand out in many academic fields to the study of tissue recently. Moreover, by studying the social capital of the pursuing mega event site members and on sense of community the useful theoretical frame can be provided in that the stratagem that revealed importance of social capital, that is the capital based on human relation between member in the organization, and promotes the cooperation of the local resident for was sought.
