To achieve the structural safety of the vehicle, designs in various cases are carried out by using CATIA program. It is promoted the relaxation of stresses by collisions from the front portion, the side part and the rear portion of the vehicle. In this study, we conduct a variety of design of frames for the light weight frame of the vehicle and structural analysis, to protect the driver by adding reinforced frame. In the case of such a collision, there are maximum stresses greater than yield strength of steel and a very large local plastic deformation at the collision part.

The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between perceived organizational justice(distributive, procedural, interactional), job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention information technology firm. I made the theoretical proposed model to explain these relationships between the constructs, identify the operational definitions and 5 hypotheses(6 sub-hypotheses) was established. The research came to the conclusions as follows: First, perceived justice had the positive effect to the job satisfaction and organizational commitment empirically. Second, I found the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment was positive. Third, job satisfaction had not the positive effect directly, but indirect effect via organizational commitment was identified in turnover intention by empirical test. Finally, perceived organizational justice, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention was significantly related and to decrease the turnover intention, varieties of methods and ways would be developed that raise the perceived organizational justice, job satisfaction, organizational commitment.
비정규직 종업원의 직무 및 조직 적합성과 직무태도가 자발적 이직에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 비정규직 종업원들을 대상으로 이들의 조직 환경과의 적합성이 직무태도와 자발적 이직의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치며 또한 그들 간에는 어떠한 차이를 보이고 있는가에 대해서 연구하였다. 본 연구에 대한 가설 검증 결과를 요약, 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인-조직적합성은 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 개인-조직 적합성은 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 비정규직 종업원은 개인과 직무간의 적합성이 높을수록 이직의도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 개인과 조직 간의 적합성이 높을수록 이직의도를 억제하는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 비정규직 종업원은 직무에 만족하게 되더라도 이직의도에는 아무런 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 비정규직 근로자는 조직에 대해 몰입하게 되더라도 이직의도에는 아무런 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구가 다른 연구와의 차이는 조직의 구성원들이 직무와의 적합성에 따라 이직의도에 어떠한 영향이 있는가를 분석함에 있어서 비정규직만 분석했다는 점과 적합성과 이직의도 사이에 매개변수로서 직무태도를 추가하여 이들의 영향관계를 동시에 분석하였다는 점에서 시사점이 있다고 할 수 있다. Nowadays, companies are experiencing keen competition in the global market and learning that the human element may be competitiveness to accommodate the enterprise environmental changes. It has been asserted that the contingent workers have different job attitudes and behavior compared with full-time regular workers. So, the trend of increasing contingent workers demands a more effective management of human resources on the part of companies. The purpose of this study is to find the relationship between job fitness and voluntary turnover intention in contingent workers. To identify the these relationship, the past studies that related with job fitness and voluntary turnover intention was theoretically arranged and operation definitions were established. Using collected data, the theoretical proposed model to explain these relationship was executed. For the purpose of the research, this study were used to the structural equation model. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, person-job fitness and person-organization fitness had positive effect on job satisfaction. Second, person-organization fitness and job satisfaction had positive effect on organization commitment. Third, person-organization fitness had negative effect on voluntary turnover intention. But person-job fitness had positive effect on voluntary turnover intention.
무선인터넷 서비스 이용 의도와 몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인

Until now, most of the studies about the internet service have focused mainly on the adoption of on-line(wired) internet services, while there have relatively been very few studies about the adoption and usage of wireless or mobile internet services. The generic model explaining the adoption behaviors of wireless internet services has not been made yet. Previous studies of that area is not so easy to find. The purposes of this paper are two-folds. The first is to find the factors affecting the users’ intention and commitment behavior of mobile internet services. The second is to find the relative importance of the factors in users making decisions about users’ usage intention and commitment behavior. In the theoretical part of this paper, the precedent studies concerning the technology acceptance model and the theories of on-line internet services adoption, the theories of the mobile internet services, are reviewed and analyzed.

우리나라 논토양의 토양화학성을 4년 1주기로 정점조사하여 1999부터 2011년까지의 변화를 평가하였다. 2011년 논토양의 화학성 중 측정 평균값은 토양 pH가 5.7, 유기물함량은 26.0 g kg<sup>-1</sup>, 유효인산 함량은 131 mg kg<sup>-1</sup>을 나타냈다. 치환성 칼륨, 칼슘, 마그네슘 함량은 각각 0.3, 5.1, 1.25 cmolc kg<sup>-1</sup>이었고, 유효규산 함량은 146 mg kg<sup>-1</sup>이었다. 유효인산 함량은 적정범위 상한기준을 1.1배 초과하였고, 치환성 마그네슘과 유효규산 함량은 적정범위 하한기준의 각각 80%와 92% 수준이었다. 측정 평균값이 증가한 항목 중 과다와 적정범위의 비율도 증가하는 경향을 보였고, 적정범위보다 낮음의 비율은 감소하였다. 유효인산과 치환성칼륨 및 마그네슘 함량의 과다 비율은 다소 감소하고 부족비율은 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 따라서 양분과다 경지에 대하여는 토양검정에 의한 적정시비량을 준수하고, 규산질비료나 퇴비 등을 양분과다 경지보다는 부족한 경지로 공급될 수 있도록 하는 토양관리 또는 정책개발이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. Soil chemical properties of agricultural soils in Korea were investigated at four-years interval in order of paddy, plastic film house, upland, and orchard soils since 1999. Paddy soil samples were taken from the surface 15 cm at 4,047, 2,010, 2,110 and 2,110 sites in all provinces of South Korea in 1999, 2003, 2007 and 2010, respectively. Soil chemical properties in Korea except Jeju province were measured. Soil pH and exchangeable calcium and available silicate contents increased with increasing the application rate of silicate fertilizer and with decreasing its application interval. Soil organic matter content also increased from 22.0 g kg<sup>-1</sup> in 1999 to 26.0 g kg<sup>-1</sup> in 2011. Average concentration of available phosphate in 2011 was higher than the upper limit of its optimal range for rice cultivation. However, exchangeable magnesium and available silicate contents were below the lower limit of their optimal ranges, which were 80% and 92% of them, respectively.
