        자기주도학습능력과 학습성과

        The purpose of this study was to identify the casual relationship between class engagement, student-faculty interaction, integration of experiences, self-directed learning competency and learning outcomes of college freshmen. The data of this study collected from sample of 328 students. The statistical methods used confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling(i.e., PLS). The result of this study shows that confirmed students’ attitudes towards self-directed learning competency; in other words, class engagement, student-faculty interaction, and integration of experiences has a significant effect on improving self-directed learning competency. The most important results of this study shows that integration of experiences effects self-directed learning competency and we found that self-directed learning competency has a significant effect on learning outcomes.

        공급사슬 참여자 관점에서의 공급사슬 역량과 기업성과에 관한 실증연구

        The purpose of this study is to provide some new perspectives in explaining how supply chain capabilities can create a sustained competitive advantage for the firm. In particular, drawing from the dynamic capability theory and supply chain management literature, we propose that supply chain capabilities can serve as a catalyst in transforming resources into higher value for a firm. The model consists of two independent variables (IT capability, and relationship management capability), one mediating variable (supply chain capability), and a dependent variable (performance). To test the model, the research subjects are selected from 1,000 KOSDAQ (Korean Securities Dealers Automated Quotations, Korean) firms. The result shows that IT capability is the most important determinants of supply chain capabilities, and relationship management capability have positive impact to supply chain capabilities. supply chain capabilities also has positive impact on corporate performance.

        SVM을 이용한 중계 로그 AP 탐지 기법

        스마트기기가 보편화되고 있고 무선랜의 사용량이 증가함에 따라 로그 AP를 이용한 공격 가능성도 높아지고 있다. 로그 AP에 접속할 경우, 로그 AP는 중간자 공격(Man-in-the-middle attack)을 수행할 수 있으므로, 매우 쉽게 개인 정보를 획득할 수 있게 된다. 다양한 종류의 로그 AP를 탐지하는 방법에 관해 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있고, 이 논문에서는 그 중, 정상 AP에 무선으로 연결하고 이를 중계해서 자신은 정상 AP의 SSID를 보여줌으로써 정상 AP인 것처럼 하여 사용자를 속이는 로그 AP를 탐지하는 방법을 제안한다. 이런 로그 AP를 탐지하는 데 있어서 기계학습 알고리즘의 일종인 SVM(Support Vector Machine)을 사용하여, 사용자의 환경에 따라 자동으로 탐지 기준을 설정하여 로그 AP를 90% 이상의 확률로 탐지하는 알고리즘을 제안하고, 이의 성능을 실험을 통해 입증한다. Widespread use of smartphones and wireless LAN accompany a threat called rogue AP. When a user connects to a rogue AP, the rogue AP can mount the man-in-the-middle attack against the user, so it can easily acquire user’s private information. Many researches have been conducted on how to detect a various kinds of rogue APs, and in this paper, we are going to propose an algorithm to identify and detect a rogue AP that impersonates a regular AP by showing a regular AP’s SSID and connecting to a regular AP. User is deceived easily because the rogue AP’s SSID looks the same as that of a regular AP. To detect this type of rogue APs, we use a machine learning algorithm called SVM(Support Vector Machine). Our algorithm detects rogue APs with more than 90% accuracy, and also adjusts automatically detection criteria. We show the performance of our algorithm by experiments.

        자동차부품산업의 공급사슬관리(SCM) 협업 프로세스 설계 및 구현

        Supply Chain Management(SCM) is a major issue in many industries as firms realize the importance of creating an integrated relationship with their suppliers and customers. The focus of enterprise collaboration in Supply Chain Management, has changed from integrating and exchanging business information to integrating and managing business processes between business partners. In this research, a SCM system for process innovation and collaborative process of automobile part industry is designed and developed. The contribution of this study is to suggest a TO-BE Model to integrate supply chain processes between trading partners of automobile part industry. Using the proposed system, enterprises can rapidly integrate and manage their business processes from their suppliers to customers. The implementation of SCM system using UML shows excellent performance in software reuse, extensibility, and interoperability with corporate internal information systems.

        공급사슬 역량과 능력 그리고 기업성과 간의 관계: 공급사슬의 민첩성을 중심으로

        Changing customer expectation, global competition, and technological requirements force firms to develop agile supply chain capabilities sustaining competitive advantage and business success. To respond, firms are seeking to enhance supply chain agility across the inter-organizational, this study explores the relationship between supply chain competence and supply chain agility on firm performance. The research reviews literature on supply chain capability and classifies capability into two categories as competence and capability based on resource based view and dynamic capabilities. It describes a framework to explore the relationships among supply chain competence (IT flexibility, supply chain flexibility, shared value), supply chain capability (supply chain agility), and firm performance (supply chain performance). The purpose of this study is to find the determinants of supply chain agility and improving firm performance in the perspective of vendor companies. The results indicate strong, positive, and direct relationships between supply chain competence and supply chain agility. Supply chain agility have significant relationships with firm performance. Implication for future research and practice are offered.

        참여기업 관점에서의 SCM 실행요인과 정보시스템 통합이 조직성과에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to find the determinants of SCM systems success in the perspective of vendor companies. In developing the research model, we have focused on selecting the success factors appropriate for the vendors through reviewing past researches and on developing more accurate success measures. The model consists of three independent variables (IT HR capability, process innovation, and collaboration relationship), one mediating variable (IS Integration), and a dependent variable (organization performance). The results show that process innovation is the most important determinant of organization performance, and collaboration relationship is the most important influencing factor of IS integration with full mediating effect. The practice characteristic of SCM systems has direct and indirect effect on organization performance from the viewpoint of private industrial network.

        자동차부품산업의 XML/EDI를 활용한 SCM 시스템의 설계 및 구현

        공급망관리(SCM)는 인터넷을 기반으로 한 비즈니스 환경에서 중요한 정보기술 이슈 중의 하나이다. B2B 전자상거래 환경에 관련 있는 많은 기업들은 기존의 기업 Business 프로세스를 새롭게 통합된 공급망 프로세스로 개선하기 위한 혁신적인 노력을 하고 있다. XML/EDI를 활용한 SCM 시스템은 전통적 거래 당사자들간의 관계를 재편성하게 함으로써 그들에게 경쟁적 우위를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구는 XML/EDI를 활용한 SCM 시스템 프로토타입을 제안한다. 본 연구는 자동차부품산업을 대상으로 하여 자동차 Lamp를 생산하는 1차 부품기업에 초점을 두어 객체지향 방법론인 UML을 활용하여 자동차부품산업의 공급망관리 프로세스에 대한 분석과 설계를 수행한다. UML을 이용한 SCM 시스템의 구현은 소프트웨어 재사용과 확장성 그리고 기업 내부 정보시스템과의 상호 호환성에서 좋은 성과를 보여준다. SCM is one of the important key issues in Internet-based business environment. Most of companies related to B2B electronic commerce are making their efforts to innovate their existing business process into new integrated supply chain process. SCM system using XML/EDI provides competitive advantage to them by reshaping the relationship between traditional trading partners. This study intends to suggest a prototype of SCM system using XML/EDI. To implement SCM system, we analyze and design the supply chain process by using Unified Modeling Language, with a firm engaged in Korean automobile industry, which is a first vendor to produce a set of LAMP. The implementation of SCM system using UML shows excellent performance in software reuse, extensibility, and the interoperability with corporate internal information systems.

        공급사슬 동적능력을 통한 정보기술 역량이 공급사슬 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구

        Currently, business environment is characterized by fast and dramatic changes in customer expectations. Deep competition and high technology are increasingly creating high level of market uncertainty in turbulent environment. To respond current situation, firms are seeking to enhance dynamic capabilities across the supply chain. A key emphasis of supply chain management (SCM) is to improve supply chain dynamic capabilities between trading partners through IT competence. Most firms increasingly rely on information technology (IT) to improve the process integration and the performance of supply chain. IT competence provides fundamental support to supply chain dynamic capabilities and supply chain performance. And IT competence can facilitate the development of higher-order supply chain dynamic capabilities. Supply chain dynamic capabilities (SCDC) refer to the ability of an organization to identify, utilize, and assimilate both internal and external resources information to facilitate the entire supply chain activities in turbulent environment. The primary objective of this study is to provide a new perspective in explaining how IT competence and IT-enabled supply chain dynamic capability can create a sustained competitive advantage and performance for supply chain of the organization. This research reviewed existing literatures related to IT competence and supply chain dynamic capabilities, and classified them according to resource-based view (RBV) and dynamic capabilities theory (DCT). Dynamic capability theory follows the resource-based view in term of relevant guidance for future research of strategic management. The dynamic capability has been proposed as the firm`s ability to integrate, build, and reconfigure internal and external competences to address a higher level of turbulent environment. This study provides a conceptual framework to explore the relationships among IT competence (IT flexibility, IT management), and supply chain dynamic capabilities (information exchange, supply chain coordination, IT integration, supply chain responsiveness), and supply chain performance. Hypotheses are tested on survey data collected from 116 respondents charged in supply chain operation of manufacturing organizations. This study develops valid and reliable instruments to measure the sub-dimensions of IT competence and supply chain dynamic capabilities, and we applied SEM (structural equation modeling) to test causal relationships between research variables. Empirical results show that IT competence does not have significant influence on supply chain performance, however, IT competence has significant influence on supply chain performance through supply chain dynamic capabilities. Especially, supply chain dynamic capabilities have significant relationship to supply chain performance. This finding suggests that IT competence is a driver to facilitate the development of supply chain dynamic capabilities, and that supply chain dynamic capability is a determinant to improve supply chain performance of an organization. The contribution of this study is to provide the importance and the necessity for the notion of supply chain dynamic capability that enhances supply chain performance.

        무역․통상 전공 신입생에 대한 학사지도 교과과정 적용과 성과에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate empirically the study achievement of university entrants caused by application of academic advising curriculum. To achievement of major study object, we selected research-related variables and made a concerned research model through refer to preceding research. We also carried out a survey targeting freshman class international trade major in D university in the provinces Results of this study showed that lecture of academic advising and carry out an interview with academic advising professor had a very positive effect on the learning outcomes of freshman class international trade major. Through this study, we get to know that the application of academic advising curriculum helps learning plan, setting-up goal, understanding major of college freshmen and therefore university authorities have to actively consider the introduction of academic advising curriculum which supports freshmen to successful orient themselves to overall college life.
