2007년부터 2014년까지 제주지역 넙치 양식장의 스쿠티카증 발생동향을 조사하였다. 그 결과 질병진단을 위해 채집된 시료 중 23.8~36.4%가 스쿠티카증으로 진단되었으며, 성장단계별 스쿠티카증 발생비율 조사 결과에서는 10㎝~20㎝ 크기의 넙치가 스쿠티카증 확인 시료 전체의 50.5%로 확인되어 가장 높은 비율을 나타내었다. Occurrence of Scuticociliatosis in olive flounder farm of Jeju was monitored from 2007 to 2014. As a result, 23.8~36.4% of referred samples were diagnosed as Scuticociliatosis. Based on fish size, the highest incidence (50.5%) was found in fish with size of 10~20 cm.
미세먼지(PM)와 기상요인이 실내외 관광지 방문객 유치에 미치는 영향

Purpose - Weather factors have a major impact on the tourism industry. Research on this issue is actively underway. However, while the interest of Particulate Matters is growing, research on Particulate Matters is lacking in the field of tourism. Research design, data, and methodology - Weather factors and Particulate Matters try to influence how they attract visitors to indoor-outdoor attractions. Especially, we try to distinguish tourist sites from indoor and outdoor. And I want to find out the difference between the influence of Particulate Matters and weather factors. Result - Particulate Matters are more influential on outdoor attractions than indoor tourist attractions. In order to attract visitors from tourist sites, weather factors have a greater impact than Particulate Matters. And the Particulate Matters and weather factors are highly related. Conclusions - This study confirms that Particulate Matters is affecting attracting visitors to tourist attractions. Further research is needed to see if behavior changes due to Particulate Matters recognition of actual tourists.

제주는 섬이라는 지리적 특성으로 인해 타 지역에 비해서 독특한 방언이 발달하였다. 더구나 15세기 이전의 고어들이 일부분 남아있어서 국어학 연구에도 매우 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 그러나 제주의 문화인 방언을 관광에 이용하는 연구는 이루어지지 않고 있다. 즉. 관광객들이 방언에 대해 정보를 얻으려 해도 이를 제공해줄 콘텐츠가 개발되어 있지 않아, 제주를 찾는 관광객들에게 제주방언을 홍보하고 제주방언의 사용을 활성화 시킬 수 있는 방안이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 관광 시 자주 사용되는 제주방언을 상황별로 나눠서 텍스트와 음성 정보로 관광객에게 제공하여 방언의 학습 및 실제 여행 시 사용할 수 있도록 돕는 콘텐츠를 제작한다. Because of the geographical characteristics of Jeju Island, the degree of usage of dialect in Jeju is higher than those of other cities. In addition, Jeju dialect is one of the important research topics in Korean Linguistics due to archaic words before 15th century. However, the research works about Jeju dialect related to tourism are rare unfortunately. In other words, since the content about Jeju dialect for tourists are rare, in order to activate and inform the tourists about Jeju dialect, the development of mobile content about Jeju dialect is necessary. In this paper, we develop the mobile content about Jeju dialect which are divided into several situations to help the tourists' understanding.
유입수의 기계적 여과 후 자외선 살균에 의한 넙치 치어의 질병 저감 사례 연구

본 연구는 기계적 여과 후 자외선 살균처리한 양식장 유입수의 살균효율과 넙치 치어의 질병저감 효과를 평가하였다. 유입해수의 살균효율은 99.27%로 조사되었고, 기계적 여과 및 UV 살균처리 해수로 4개월 동안 사육한 넙치 치어는 대조구에 비하여 20∼30%의 폐사율 저감효과가 관찰되었다. This study was performed to determine the disinfection efficacy of influent seawater by application of mechanical filtration and UV disinfection system (MFUVDS) in decreasing disease outbreak of juvenile olive flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus). Bacterial disinfection rate of influent seawater following the MFUVDS application was 99.27%. Mortalities of the juvenile reared for 4 months were 20~30% lower than those of the control (25.8%~34.9%).
기상과 제주지역 관광지 입장객 수 및 모바일 관광정보 검색량 간의 관계 분석

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between weather data - number of tourist attractions - mobile tourism information search volume. This study will analyze how the weather affects the number of visitors to the tourist area. And we will analyze how the amount of mobile tourism information search changes according to the weather condition. Analysis results showed that the number of visitors to Jeju tourist area varies according to the weather. And it was analyzed that it affects mobile tourism information search amount according to weather. Also, the amount of mobile tourism information retrieval is influenced by the number of visitors to the tourist area. Through this, it is possible to grasp tourist demand or forecast demand based on the amount of mobile tourism information retrieval. In addition, according to the weather, marketing and promotion using mobile search can be utilized in various ways.
In vitro에서 Edwardsiella tarda와 Streptococcus iniae에 대한 항균제와 천연 유래 항균물질의 병용효과

The purpose of this study is to explore the possibility of essential oils and flavonoids improving the performance of antibiotics, proving a higher efficacy in the presence of natural substances against Edwardsiella tarda and Streptococcus iniae. Increased efficacy was observed in several cases: both essential oils and flavonoids increased antibacterial efficacy of oxytetracycline and flumequine against E. tarda by 2-fold; essential oils and flavonoids increased antibacterial efficacy of nalidixic acid against E. tarda by 4-fold; flavonoids increased antibacterial efficacy of josamycin against S. iniae by 4-fold. The results obtained in this study suggest that essential oils and flavonoids might be especially useful in increasing the antimicrobial activity of nalidixic acid and josamycin against E. tarda and S. iniae in fish. Natural compounds examined in this study could also be useful to help decrease the overuse of antibiotics in fish.

The objectives of this research are : to provide factors for activation of Jeju`s exhibition industry by using the technique of IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis). The results of this study will provide important data to develop the exhibition industry in Jeju. And this is results will provide to tourism policy and basic data necessary for the development of the Jeju`s exhibition industry. The IPA(importance-performance analysis) showed ``Concentrate Here`` in quadrant I, ``Keep up the Good Work`` in quadrant II, ``Low Priority`` in quadrant III and ``Possible Overkill`` in quadrant IV. Depending on the outcome IPA ``exhibition surroundings`` and ``exterior design exhibition`` need to focus more on the work. Jeju has a beautiful nature, but jeju`s exhibition industry means that not using advantage. In addition, the exhibit space without being independent, it is used as a complex space. So, it`s don`t look like attractive. Therefore, in order to enable the exhibition industry in Jeju useful natural independent exhibition facilities need to expand.
