        제주지역 전통발효식품에서 분리한 유산균의 기능적 특성

        Jeju island is the largest island of South Korea, and has a relatively warm climate due to its geographical characteristics. These features have fostered development of various fermented foods distinct to Jeju island. Therefore, the functional activity of the lactic acid bacteria (LAB) isolated from the Jeju region's traditional fermented foods, including Kimchi and Jeotgal was characterized in this study. Fifteen strains were isolated from 6 types of fermented food. These strains include Enterococcus spp., Lactoplantibacillus spp., and Weisella spp. Several experiments were carried out to assess functional characteristics including acid resistance, bile resistance, hemolysis, DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activity, and cholesterol-lowering activity. Three isolated strains (J-4, J-6 and J-10) exhibited high acid resistance, while the other 3 isolates (J-1, J-4 and J-6) showed high bile salt resistance. The strains displayed varied DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activity: 71.14-86.42% among the first 3 strains, and 50.11-75.11% among the remaining 3 strains. Cholesterol-lowering activities were in the range 15.74-82.90% for all isolated strains. In conclusion, these studies suggest that isolated LAB strains from Jeju island traditional fermented foods possess the potential for broader application in the food industry.

        Efficiency Enhancement of a Wireless Power Transmission System Applying a Superconducting Coil

        Due to high oil prices, environmental pollution, the study of electric vehicles have been actively promoted. Charger for the electric vehicle is being developed using wireless rather than cable options. In this paper, we got more efficiency from using a superconducting transmission coil compared to using a normal coil. We implemented a wireless power transmission system using a magnetic induction at a frequency of 63.1 kHz. For comparison, a transmitter was designed using a superconducting coil and a normal coil. In addition, a receiver used a normal coil to apply for electric vehicles. The applied voltage and current were12 V and 5 A. Efficiency at a distance of 40 ~ 80 mm was measured. As a result, the superconducting transmission coil had a higher efficiency than the normal transmission coil. However, the receiving coil should be normal conductor for stable operation considering that it was put in moving electric vehicle. The efficiency was increased to 44 % at a distance of 40 mm when the diameter of normal receiving coil was 120 mm.

        개인의 지식기여 선행요인 간 상호작용효과

        Employees’ knowledge contribution is one of the critical activities that maximize internal capability of the firm and facilitate organizational innovation by sharing scattered internal knowledge. This study integrates antecedents of knowledge contribution based on the theory of planned behavior(TPB). Utilizing TPB as a theoretical framework, expected reciprocity, subjective norm, and self-efficacy’s direct effects on knowledge contribution were assessed. Additionally, interaction effects among expected reciprocity, subjective norm, and self-efficacy were explored. As the results of analysis, all the antecedents significantly influenced knowledge contribution. Interestingly, when the knowledge source’s self-efficacy was high, the influence of expected reciprocity on knowledge contribution was decreased. Similarly, when the knowledge source’s subjective norm for knowledge contribution was high, expected reciprocity’s effect was weakened. This implies that when facilitating knowledge contribution, interaction effects among antecedents of knowledge contribution, as well as their direct effects, should be considered.

        일반초등교사의 ADHD 관련 지식 및 ADHD 아동교육에 대한 효능감

        본 연구에서는 일반초등학교 교사 346명을 대상으로 ADHD에 대한 지식수준(일반적 특성, 진단 및 원인, 행동특성, 약물치료)과 ADHD 아동교육에 대한 효능감에 대해 알아보았다. 400명의 초등학교 일반교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 하였고, 회수된 설문지 중 일관성이 부족하거나 누락한 문항이 있는 설문지를 제외한 346부를 연구 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 초등학교 교사의 ADHD에 관한 지식수준은 행동특성, 진단, 원인 및 약물치료에 관한 지식이 매우 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 초등학교 교사들은 ADHD 아동교육에 대한 효능감은 낮은 수준으로 나타났다. 셋째, ADHD에 대한 지식수준이 높을수록 ADHD 아동교육에 대한 효능감 수준도 높은 것으로 나타났다. This study aimed to suggest how the actual field of elementary school education should be transformed in Korea for righteous education for children with ADHD by analyzing how elementary school teachers`` attitude differed according to their knowledge level regarding ADHD. To attain the research purpose, the study formulated its study questions regarding elementary school teachers`` ADHD-related knowledge level (general characteristics, diagnosis and cause, behavioral characteristics, and medication) and elementary school teachers`` attitude to efficacy of ADHD. To resolve the study questions, the research conducted a survey to 400 elementary school teachers, total 346 questionnaires were chosen except those whose consistency lacked or items were not properly answered. This study drawn the following results: First, elementary school teachers`` ADHD-related knowledge level (behavioral characteristics, diagnosis and cause, and medication) was low. Second, elementary school teachers`` efficacy level regarding ADHD was low. Finally, when the knowledge level for ADHD was higher, the efficacy level to ADHD was also higher.

        국가차원의 신·재생에너지 활성화 방안에 따라 지자체 등의 분산형전원 시설계획이 점차 증가하고 있으나, 아직 우리나라에는 분산형전원의 계통연계에 대한 체계적인 기술지침이 초기 단계에 있거나 제정 중에 있어서, 계통연계와 관련하여 발전사업자와 전력회사간의 이해가 상충되는 등 문제점이 발생되고 있다. 현재 분산형전원 단지의 도입계획은 비교적 많은 반면에 이에 대한 해석방법과 기술적인 평가방안이 구체적으로 제시되어 있지 않아, 설치자(시도 및 지자체)와 각 배전지사에서 많은 혼돈과 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 태양광, 풍력 등의 분산형전원이 배전계통에 도입되는 경우, 기술적인 평가 알고리즘을 제시하고자 한다.

        전신진동운동이 대학 유도선수의 신체균형능력과 하지분절 안정화에 미치는 영향

        This study was to investigate the effects of whole body vibration exercise on body balance stability and lower segment movements in university judo player. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, judo player at Y universict, were selected at random and allocated 14 judo player each for the Non Exercise group(NEG), Deficient Exercise group(DEG), Over Exercise group(OEG) and measured body balance stability and lower segment movements before and after the experiment. The neuromuscular training program for 12 weeks. The results of this study were as follows: First, As a result of analyzing the change of body balance stability according to whole body vibration exercise, OEG was significantly improved compared to NEG and DEG. Second, As a result of analyzing the change of lower segment movements according to whole body vibration exercise, OEG was significantly improved compared to NEG and DEG. As conclusions, this study confirmed that the whole body vibration exercise on body balance stability and lower segment movements in university judo player. However, there is a need for more specific exercise programs to be developed for the continual improvement of athletic performance in athletics along with further studies to confirm the physiological benefits of those programs.

        특이적 근 조정 운동이 단거리 여자육상선수의 자세안정화 및 하지분절 움직임에 미치는 영향

        This study was to investigate the effects of special strength coordination training posture stability and lower segment movements in female sprinters. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, female sprinters at c and k local, were selected at random and allocated 12 female sprinters each for the Non Exercise group(NEG), Deficient Exercise group(DEG), Over Exercise group(OEG) and measured posture stability and lower segment movements before and after the experiment. The special strength coordination training program for 12 weeks. The results of this study were as follows: First, As a result of analyzing the change of posture stability according to special strength coordination training, OEG was significantly improved compared to NEG and DEG. Second, As a result of analyzing the change of lower segment movements according to special strength coordination training, OEG was significantly improved compared to NEG and DEG. As conclusions, this study confirmed that the special strength coordination training on posture stability and lower segment movements in female sprinters. However, there is a need for more specific exercise programs to be developed for the continual improvement of athletic performance in athletics along with further studies to confirm the physiological benefits of those programs.

        태양광모듈과 리튬이온전지를 이용한 가동보용 친환경 전원공급장치의 설계 및 구현

        Generally, it is difficult to operate moveable-weir due to the expensive cost of the facility management and manpower consumption. Also, when it is installed in a remote area, there is a problem that the cost of connection for power system increases as well as the operating cost. Therefore, this paper proposes an optimal design algorithm to replace an existing power system with an Eco-friendly power supply system for movable-weir using PCS, PV module and lithium-ion battery. Also, this paper proposes a modeling method of environment-friendly power supply system for a movable-weir based on the PSCAD/EMTDC S/W and implements 5[kW] prototype environment-friendly power supply system. As a result of the performance test using the S/W modeling and the prototype system, it is confirmed that the proposed system has stable characteristics in the independent operation mode and the interconnection mode.
