        7월의 부산지방의 이류무예보에 관하여

        The method of forecasting advection fog at Busan area in July is developed using the Spreen's scatter-diagraam technique. The used Parameters are (1) air temperature (2) dew-point temperature, (3) sea surface temperature (4) resultantt wind direction (5) resultant wind speed in Busan. The skill score and the pcr cent correct based on 4 yeare of dependent data are 0.79 and 90.3% respectively.

        Based on the data collected during January of 1963, 1964 and 1965, heat transfer from the sea to the air over the south-western part of the Japan Sea was evaluated by the formula of Jacobs. The mean sensible heat transfer and the rate of evaporation in the mild winter of 1964 were 360ly day$\^$-1/ and 8.1mm day$\^$-1/, respectively. However, these values increased as much as 690ly day$\^$-1/ and 14.4mm day$\^$-1/ in the severe winter of 1963. The heat hudget of the Japan Sea in January were related to the magnitude of cold water mass formed in August in the Korea Strait.

        Effects of Dipolar Complexes on Relaxation Behavior and Bias Aging of Rare-earth-doped BaTiO3

        The effects of rare earth oxides on the dielectric relaxation properties of BaTiO3 were studied as a function of frequency at various temperatures. The dielectric constants steeply decreased with decreasing frequency (<1 kHz) and the dielectric loss peaks shifted to higher frequencies with increasing temperature. The activation energies for dielectric relaxation were estimated from the frequency characteristics of the dielectric properties, and were 0.61, 0.70, and 0.77 eV for the specimens doped with Ho, Er, and Yb, respectively. The capacitance aging behavior of Mn-doped BaTiO3 was effectively suppressed by the addition of rare-earth elements. Yb-doped specimens exhibited a smaller capacitance change compared with Er or Ho. The activation energies for the reorientation of defect complex was also confirmed to be compatible with the capacitance-aging behavior under a DC bias.

        CaTi$O_3$에서 양이온 비화학양론

        과잉의 CaO와 $TiO_2$를 각각 포함한 $CaTiO_3$의 결함구조를 평형상태의 전기전도도를 $85O^{\circ}C$와 $1050^{\circ}C$사이에서 산소분압의 함수로 측정하여 연구하였다. 과잉의 CaO는 A site와 B site에 나누어져서 용해되어 $Ca_{Ti}$"와 Vo", 결함을 생성하였으며, 과잉의 $TiO_2$는 $V_{Ca}$"과 Vo"을 생성했다. 평형상태의 전기전도도는 CaO 용해도 5000ppm과 $TiO_2$ 용해도 2000ppm을 각각 나타냈다. 과잉의 양이온에 의하여 생성된 산소공공은 이온전도를 하여 넓은 영역의 산소 분압에 무관한 전도도 최소값을 보였으며, 반대로 대전된 음이온 결함과 결함쌍은 관찰되지 않았다.온 결함과 결함쌍은 관찰되지 않았다. The defect structure of calcium titanates with CaO excess or $TiO_2$ excess was studied by measuring electrical conductivities as a funcition of oxygen partial pressure at $85O^{\circ}C$ to $1050^{\circ}C$. Execess CaO may divide itself equally between A and B sites, resulting in $Ca_{Ti}$" and Vo", while excess $TiO_2$ form $V_{Ca}$" and Vo". The equilibrium electrical conductivity data indicate that the solubilities of CaO and $TiO_2$ in $CaTiO_3$ are 5000ppm and 2000ppm, respectively. Oxygen vacancies contributed to the ionic conduction which flatten the conductivity minima and did not make any defect association with oppositely charged defects.ely charged defects.

      • 回夜江 河口域의 水質과 擴散特性에 對하여

        回夜江 河口 沿岸海域의 水質汚染程度와 擴散特性을 알아 보기 위하여 海水流動調査, 染料擴散實驗및 水質調査를 實施한 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 回夜江 河口域의 海水는 反時計方向으로 회전하며, 回夜江 流出水의 影響範圍는 江陽으로부터 名仙島에 이르는 海域이었다. 2. 染料擴散實驗結果 染料域은 심한 伸長現象을 일으키며, 河口에서 鎭下海水浴場 부근으로 移動하였으며, 擴散係數는 10³∼10⁴정도로 나타났다. 染料域 中心濃度의 時間에 따른 감쇄율은 ??, 擴散時間에 따른 分散은 ??, 擴散時間에 따른 擴散係數는 ??, 擴散規模에 대한 擴散係數의 값은 ??로 나타났다. 3. 回夜江 河川水의 COD 平均濃度는 6.67ppm이고, TSS의 平均濃度는 5.6ppm으로 湖汐에 따른 뚜렷한 差異로 나타나지 않았으며 VSS/TSS比는 0.31로서 TSS는 거의 大部分 無機物로 講成되어 있음을 알 수 있었다. 4. 海域測點의 COD 平均濃度는 2.33ppm으로 環境基準 海域等級Ⅱ를 초과했으며, 等濃度分布樣相으로 보아 江陽 以南海域은 回夜江 流出水의 影響圈이고, 江陽 以南海域은 溫山灣의 影響圈임을 알 수 있었다. TSS의 平均濃度는 3.5ppm이고 等濃度 VSS/TSS比는 0.40이었다. Pb, Cu, Zn, Cd등의 重金屬濃度는 水中生物에 影響을 미치는 最低限界濃度보다 낮았으며 湖汐에 따른 뚜렷한 分布樣相도 보이지 않았다. 5. 海水流動實驗과 染料擴散實驗 및 各 項目의 等濃度分布 樣相으로부터 回夜江流出水의 直接的인 影響範圍는 江陽으로부터 鎭下海水浴場에 이르는 海域일 것으로 생각된다. The estuary of the Hwoiya River is connected with Jinha beach resort and the bay of Onsan. It is considered that the pollutants which come from the Hwoiya River may have influence on the aquaculture farm and the Jinha beach resort. This reason lead us to investigate on the estuary of the Hwoiya River. In order to find out sea water circulation, water pollution degree and diffusion characteristics in this area, the drogue and dye diffusion experiment and the investigation of sea water quality were carried out from July to October, 1984. The main results obtained from this study are as follows: 1) The sea water in this study area is rotated to the counterclockwise, the fresh water coming from the Hwoiya River reaches the area from Kangyang to Myeongsun island. 2) The dye patch is seriously elongated, and moves to Jinha beach. The decreasing rate peak concentration against the diffusion time is appeared as ?? and the relationship between diffusion coefficient and diffusion scale is ??. 3) Mean values of COD and TSS in the Hwoiya River are 6.67 ppm, 5.65 ppm respectively. VSS/TSS ratio is 0.31, therefore, it is considered that TSS is nearly composed by the inorganic materials. 4) Mean value of COD in the vicinity sea of the Hwoiya River estuary is 2.33 ppm. It is seemed that the south sea area from Kangyang is affected by the fresh water coming from the Hwoiya River, and the north sea area affected by Onsan bay. Mean value of TSS in this area is 3.5 ppm and VSS/TSS ratio is 0.41.
