A democratizing trend, as Mannheim puts it, is our predestined fate, not only in politics but in the intellectual and cultural life. Democracy is the historical concept. There is no final form of Political organization which is entirely free from historical background. Therefore recent representative governmont is not perfect one as the past governments were. Moreover, we can find the possibility of the rise of dictatorship from the feasible ground of modern political process. Many processes, sociological, economical, and psychological, which were necessary for the democratization of the way of life in western Europe, has contributed to the democratization of the way of life in western Europe, has contributed and the creation of a totalitarian way of life. Morever, in many individuals and groups the change and fluidity of the pattern of life aroused the feeling of instability and insecurity; and the frame of mind of modern man suffered a radical change which in the long run resulted in a new type of adjustment. Fascism and Communism are two of the most characteristic aspects of this type of adjustment. Then we must pay our much attention to authoritative cultures and the coresponding undemocratic frame of mind in order to understand the preconditions which established the dictatorships.
일정한 기준신호를 추적하는 MRAC시스템에 대한 파라미터 수렴특성

本 論文은 일정한 基準信號를 사용하는 基準모델 適應制御 시스템에 대한 可調節 파라미터의 有界性을 說明한다. 이 解析法은, Lyapunov函數의 또다른 性質로서 適應시스템의 安定度는 물론, 파라미터의 存在性, 有界性 및 有界領域을 밝힐 수 있다는 사실에 동기되었다. 2가지 適應則, 즉 一般的인 句配法(GGM) 및 最小自秉法(LSM)에 대하여, 여기서 提示된 새로운 方法에 의하여 파라미터 空間의 유일한 解集合을 확립할 수 있다. 파라미터 空間 解析法의 效率性을 證明하기 위한 電算機 시뮬레이션 結果도 역시 검토한다. In this paper, the boundedness of adjustable parameters for the model reference adaptive control(MRAC) system using a constant reference signal is discussed. This analysis is motivated by that it is possibel to verify the existence, boundedness and bounded range of the parameter as well as the stability of the adaptive system with an alternative propoerty of Lyapunov function. For two adaptive laws; a general gradient mothod(GGM) and a least square method(LSM), unique solution set in parameter space can be estabilished by a new approach suggeste here. Computer simulation results to show the effect of parameter space analysis are also examined.
