      • 高張力鋼用 熔接捧 選擇에 關한 硏究

        Four kinds of electrodes were chosen high tensile steel welding to find out the weldability. From the experimental work the following results were obtained. 1. LC-300 electrode(Low hydrogen type) gave the most profitable results in weldability. 2. D-316 electrode(austenitic stainless electrode) resulted in superior tensile strength but inferior ductility. 3. D0310 electrode(austenitic stainless electrode), in which the ratio of Cr and Ni Contents was higher should better ductility.

      • 軟鋼用 被覆熔接棒의 熔着部의 機械的性質에 미치는 影響

        Five kinds of covered electrodes have been used to evaluate the crack sensitivity of weld zone in mild steel welding st room temperature, pursueing mainly that how the hydrogen content of the electrode flux affects the cracking behavior. Also studied have been made for annealed weld zone of the above specimens. The investigation has been carried out with the aid of bending test microscopic examination. With the experimental work the following results have been obtained. 1. Electrode E4316 and E4301, contained small amount of hydrogen, resulted in superior anti-cracking behavior and also no remarkable change in crack sensitivity after heat treatment. 2. Electrode E4327, E4303, and E4313 in which hydrogen content increase in turn, decreased in anti-cracking strength gradually. With the heat treatment of the weld zone however, extremely improved in cracking strength. 3. According to the kind of flux ingredients, the microstructure of the weld zone varied in wide range.

        This study is based an the reaction of the Interface stainless steel and aluminium to which specific elements were added. The aluminium and aluminium alloy which had been reinforced with stainless steel fiber was made by the liquid infiltration method an the researchs. When the composite material was made, cobalt was appeared but the other elements didn't appear at the interface. In the microscopic examination, the thickness of each Interface didn't change and the diameter of the fiber was reduced. Most of the composite material had been higher strength than theoretical value, which establishs the fact that the Interface cohesion is good when the composite materials are made.

        A simple method for macro-modeling transmission lines for circuit simulation is presented. Finite-pole y-parameter approximations in the frequency domain are derived for these infinite order interconnects using either the AWE technique or a closed-from expression for an iterative ladder circuit model. Macromodels are then applied to transform these rational functions in the s-domain to time-domain stencils which can be easily incorporated into general circuit simulators such as SPICE. One difficulty with all finite-pole models of transmission lines has been the accurate handling of the time-of-flight delay. In this paper, the pure delay is shown to be handled directly by the iterative ladder y-parameters. And for the case of "lumped" transmission line circuits, a pseudo time-of-flight delay is developed and calculated for incorporation in the time-domain macromodel.

        Effect of aging condition on the microstructure and hardness properties of Al-3Li, Al-3Li-2Cu, Al-3Li-2Cu-0.3Zr have been studied. The alloy ribbons have been prepared by means of Single Roll Melt Spinning by rapid solidification technique. In rapidly solidified Al-3Li-2Cu, Al-3Li-2Cu-0.3Zr alloy ribbons show the icosahedral intermetallic compound of five-fold symmetry which is placed in cell-bound-ary and matrix. In the matrix precipitated fine δ'(Al₃Li) phase. Heat-treated at 250℃ 1hr. In this condition, δ'(Al₃Li) phase started decompose. The icosahedral intermetallic compound has been grown. When heat-treated at 300℃ 1 hr, the δ' phase has been decomposed all. In the matrix, icosahedral intermetallic compound has been grown greatly. The micro-hardness has been obtained more high Al-Li-Cu-(Zr) alloy than Al-Li alloy. Strength-hardended phenomena showed to solution hardning by the addition of Cu. When the heat-treated at 250℃ 1 hr, in the alloy of Zr addition, delayed decomposed δ' phase. In the case, micro-hardness gradually decreased. When the heat-treatment have done at 300℃ 1 hr, the micro-hardness has been decreased because δ' phase decomposed all.

        장소기억의 재현을 통한 지역문화콘텐츠 형성 구조 연구-제주지역 조천마을 사례를 중심으로-

        Recently, there has been a trend around the world to restore spaces that are permeated with historical and cultural resources to public lands and call places of memory to form cultural contents. By actively attracting and reproducing memories of places, the tendency to create cultural contents is being strengthened. The development of cultural contents using cultural resources in Jeju should contain the spiritual world that local people have enjoyed for a long time. As the members of the village community change greatly, the perception of the village's uniqueness and history is also changing. Therefore, the use of village resources should be able to share the cultural orientation of the newly relocated villagers based on the history of the community. Jocheon-ri, Jocheon-eup, is the home of the March 1st Independence Movement, and until the Joseon Dynasty, it has distributed various historical and cultural resources as a main gateway to and from the mainland. The Jocheon-ri area was one of Jeju's two largest state-owned ports until the Joseon Dynasty. These social conditions have traditionally been a factor that people from Jocheon-ri are more receptive to foreign culture and actively enter the foreign region. In this study, we seek ways to reinterpret and reconstruct the place of events and memories that affect the lives of the villagers and transform the village resources into cultural contents. For this purpose, village resources were investigated and categorized. The investigated resources were re-classified and the core theme was set. Since then, the storyline has been constructed by adjusting and integrating auxiliary themes around core themes. Through this, the method called storytelling was applied to contribute to the improvement of the identity of the residents and convert them into cultural contents. By presenting the formation and structure of cultural contents of the Li unit village, we aim to create an opportunity for place memory to be used as a major resource. 최근 전 세계적으로 역사문화자원이 스며있는 공간들을 공공의 땅으로 회복하고 기억의 장소로 전환, 장소의 기억을 적극적으로 재현하고 문화콘텐츠를 생성하는 경향이 강화되고 있다. 제주지역 문화자원을 활용한 문화콘텐츠 개발은 지역민들이 오랜 시간동안 향유했던 정신세계가 담겨 있어야 한다. 오늘날 마을공동체 구성원이 크게 바뀌면서 마을의 고유성과 역사에 대한 인식도 달라지고 있다. 때문에 마을자원 활용은 공동체의 역사를 바탕으로 새롭게 이주한 마을 주민들의 문화적 지향도 함께 공유할 수 있어야 한다. 조천읍 조천리는 3․1만세운동의 고장이다. 조선시대까지는 육지부와 왕래하는 주요 관문으로서 2대 관영포구 가운데 하나였다. 이러한 사회적 조건은 조천리 출신 인사들이 전통적으로 외래문화에 대한 수용성이 높고, 외부지역으로 진출이 활발하게 발생하는 요인으로 작용하였다. 이와 관련된 다양한 역사문화자원이 분포하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 마을주민들의 삶에 영향을 미치는 사건과 기억의 장소를 재해석하고 재구성하여 마을자원의 지역문화 콘텐츠 형성 구조를 탐색하고자 한다. 이를 위해 마을자원을 조사하여 유형화를 시도하였다. 조사된 자원은 재분류의 과정을 거쳐 핵심테마를 설정하였다. 이후 핵심테마를 중심으로 보조테마를 조정하고 통합시켜 스토리라인을 구성하였다. 본 연구는 마을의 다양한 역사, 민속, 생활 등의 장소기억의 재현을 통한 지역문화콘텐츠 형성구조를 탐색하는 연구이다. 마을 공간 내에 분포하는 다양한 자원의 특성을 살펴보고 이를 상호 연결시키는 연구를 시도하였다. 이처럼 마을 단위에서 문화콘텐츠 형성과 구조를 분석하고 활용방안을 제시함으로써 장소기억이 중요한 자원으로 활용될 수 있는 기회를 만들고자 하였다.
