自閉症兒의 受容言語訓練에 따른 視覺的 端緖의 效果硏究(Ⅱ)

This study is aimed at clearing the following purpose : The effect of letters stimulus in the receptive language training with the comparision of the next two methods; Firstly, comples simul taneous presentation by sound or letters stimulus and, secondly, single presetation by letters only. The number of subject is of the male and female, is three and the mental ages are two to three. The subject is chosed in the Temotionally disturbed school of T Univeristy. The evaluation of the subject is done by Check List of Autistic Children and Tsukuba Check List Language Behavior in Autistic Children of Tsukuba University in Japan. Hangul is used in the training of letter stimulus, the training preiod is June to September in 1984, The amount of training is two or three days a week. The training procedure are as follows: In phase I, pretraining → pretest → complex simultaneous presentation posttest, in phase Ⅱ, pretest → single simultaneous presentation → posttest and in phase Ⅲ, pretest → complex simul taneous presentation → posttest. Each phase talkes 14 sessions. As the conclusion the main findings were as follows: The adopting of letter cue shows the incentive effect of the choice of picture cards. Also the distinguishing feature of stimulus over selectivity, is not found in all the subjects. Consequently the training by the achievement of study baseline. In all the subjects, it can not said that visual cue has the incentive functions of verbalization or sound stimulus and of choosing the picture cards. But it can be said that visual cue do not disturb the function of cue of choosing the picture cards. Also though, in all the subjects, each stimulus shows the individual predominace tendancy, the predominance does not make an reaction visual or sound stimulus only in all the subjects, the both can by the cue. Consequently the both stimlus is cue stimulus and then one stimulus can be cue stimulus, it seems. In short, the training by complex stimulus can by reached the study baseline and sound stimlus make the incentive function of the chossing the picture cards, I think. In addition to the above findings some discussions on the receptive language training for the autistic children.

The purpose of this study were to investigate the self-concept of the partially seeing and to compare these self-concept with these or the sighted, congenitally blind, newly blind, hearing impairment, and the crippled. The subject of this study were 170 visually handicapped, 32 crippled, 80 hearing impairment, and 100 sighted. The visually handicapped were 60 congenitally blinded and 50 newly blinded and 60 partially seeing, drawn from the 12 blind school and ranged in age from 13 to 18 years. The Tennessee Self-concept (Fitts, 1965) standardized by W. C Chung(1968) was used as the instrument for the measurement of self-concept. This study made use of the method of the self-concept investigation and counted the individual score and the result was analyzed as handicapped part by CR test. Through the above mentioned procedure following conclusion were drawn; 1. There was a significant difference of 1% level between normal group (NG)-partially seeing group (PSG) in 8 self factor, and there was statistical difference between PSG-CBG, PSG-HIG. The partially seeing had negative self-concept while sighted had positive self-concept but there was no significant difference between PSG-NBG, PHG in 8 self factor. 2. There was no significant difference between the PSG-NG, in variability score, but there was significant difference between the PSG-CBG, in total variability score and column variability score. The partially seeing had not frexible self-concept, between PSG-NG. The partially seeing has less score than the variability of the congenitally blinded, and so it has frexible self-concept for that of partially seeing. 3. We can see that the physical condition has much influence on self-concept and that the cause of the visually handicapped has more influence on the self-concept than the other.
구강 내 스캐너를 사용하여 CAD/CAM으로 제작된 왁스 코핑의 적합도 평가

Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the marginal and internal gap of wax copings fabricated from extraoral scanning with intraoral scanning. Methods: Fifteen study models(abutment of teeth 16) were made by PMMA. STL files of thirty abutment were prepared by intraoral scanning with extraoral scanning. Wax copings of thirty fabricated using CAD/CAM system. Marginal and internal gap of wax copings of thirty were measured by silicone replica technique and digital microscope( 140). Date were analyzed by using independent samples t-test. Results: Mean (SD) of two group were measured 55.61(27.42) for totally gap of ES group and 60.67 (33.14) for totally gap of IS group. But marginal and internal gap of two group were not differences statistically significant(p>0.05). Conclusion: Evaluation of marginal and internal gap of two group showed that no differences statistically significant and clinically acceptable results.
