Korean-Chinese is one of the 56 minority groups in the People’s Republic of China. Korean-Chinese is the same origin as the Korean Peninsula. In the mid of 19th century, they, who lived in a part of Joseon, suffered with nature disasters and poverty, therefore they offended against the law, immigrated, and started farming in Ching Dynasty, which is northeast China in the present. Later, Korean’s individual and mass migrations were happened around coastland of Tumen River and Yalu River with the connivance of the law. This thesis is a consideration of how the Korean-Chinese has adapted before and after the liberation from Japanese colonial era to the Chinese socialism and What their Residential Plan Composition and Plan Types in the village. Based on the field research and literature research, introduces the village history, Plan Composition and sample Plan types. Then, Based on this research, it will be the foundation of the future study of the Korean-Chinese’s villages and planning study to conserve the villages. 중국조선족은 중화인민공화국 56개 민족의 일원으로서 자리매김하고 있다. 조선족은 한반도 한민족과 같은뿌리로서 19세기 중기부터 자연재해와 빈곤 때문에 청나라와 조선의 ‘봉금령’ 월강죄를 어기고 두만강과 압록강을 월경하여 농사를 짓기 시작하였다. 본 연구는 조선족들이 중국에 정착하여서부터 지금까지 살아오면서 해방전 일제의 영향과 해방후 중국 특색 있는 사회주의건설에 적응하고 시대와 더불어 발전하면서 조선족 마을 주거의 평면구성과 평면형식에 어떠한 변화를 가져왔는지에 대한 고찰이다. 본 연구는 문헌조사와 실측답사를 통하여 화룡시 두도진 연안촌 마을의 역사, 평면구성과 평면형식을 서술하였고 향후 조선족주거사연구와 조선족 마을의 보존과 계획 및 조선족 마을의 연구에 기초자료를 제공할 수 있음에 의의를 둔다.

시각장애인 안내 시스템을 위한 복수 초음파센서 동시 조사에 의한 장애물 검색

For use in the guide system for the people who are visually impaired, an obstacle searching device using synchronous ultrasonic wave emission was proposed and developed. Generally, the conventional obstacle detection methods use the ultrasonic distance measuring device with successive scan method. However, the scan method causes a theoretical error and it couldn't estimate accurate obstacle distances. The proposed synchronous firing method use the plural number of ultrasonic sensors which emit ultrasonic wave simultaneously and estimate the distance to the closest obstacle relatively accurately. We analytically analyzed the errors of the conventional and proposed methods and compared the quantitative differences of the errors. The differences verified by obstacle search experiments. Using the proposed ultrasonic wave synchronous firing method, 3 dimensional obstacle location estimating device was designed and implemented. The results of the 3 dimensional obstacle detecting experiments showed the proposed method had good performances and it would be sufficiently use in the guide system for the people who are visually impaired.

학교장의 거래적 리더십과 변혁적 리더십이 교사들의 조직몰입에 미치는 영향관계분석

The purpose is to provide the knowledge of the effect of principal's transactional and transformational leadership on teachers' organizational commitment. First, we'll look into the difference between transactional leadership and transformational leadership. Second, we'll examine the extent of teachers' organizational commitment. Third, we can search the relationship between those two leadership and the organizational commitment. Forth, we'll see the relationship varying the teachers and schools. The measure tool for this study is Kim, Chang-Geol's transactional and transformational leadership measure tool, which we adjusted to be proper for the study and the scale for organizational commitment is Porter(1974)'s OCR (Organizational Commitment Questionaire) that Kim, Chang-Geol has reformed and I adjusted it again for the study. SPSS 10.0 Package has been used for the arrangement of the data. The conclusion of the study isFirst, teachers recognize principal's transformational leadership highly concluded with the analysis of the difference between transactional leadership and transformational leadership. (t=8.457, p<.05)Second, we can see higher level of teacher's organizational commitment than the average. (M=3.33) The infra changes such as faithfulness, voluntary and acceptance of the common value also show the higher level. The groups according to Duncan's sort is well balanced, as the degree of teachers' organizational commitment has higher level than average. which is contributing the educational activities. Third, In the relationship of transactional and transformational leadership with teachers' organizational commitment, transactional leadership related with only its infra matter, contingency rewards, but transformational leadership was connected with all the infra matters and the organizational commitment, which shows that transformational leadership has more effect on organizational commitment than transactional leadership. Forth, The relationship between the organizational commitment and principal's leadership according to teachers and schools is as below. ① According to the gender of the teachers : the expectation for the result for the men(β=.455) and allowance to join the group for the women (β=.303) had much effect on the organizational commitment② According to the status of the teachers : the expectation for the result for the general teachers (β=.165) and allowance to join the group for the director (β=.302) had much effect on the organizational commitment③ According to the academic background of the teachers : the personal consideration for the college graduated (β=.595), the allowance to join the group for the university graduated (β=.216) and the expectation for the result for graduate school educated (β=.271) had much effect on the organizational commitment④ According to the public and private institution : the expectation for the result for public school's teachers (β=.223) and allowance to join the group for the private school's teachers (β=.308) had much effect on the organizational commitment⑤ According to the kinds of schools : the personal consideration for the primary school teachers (β=.279), the allowance to join the group for middle school teachers(β=.444) and the expectation for the result for the high school teachers(β=.314) had much effect on the organizational commitment. Now we can conclude that the principal should lead the teachers' organizational commitment with the transformational leadership at the same time he need to value the infra-matters properly according to the situation.

중국 연변지역 마을 향촌진흥전략 정책의 실행_연변일보 기사를 중심으로_

As China enters the 21st century, China is strengthening its position as a world power in an international position. However, there are still problems with Three Agricultural(Agricultural, Rural, Farmer) and unbalanced urban and rural villages. China, as one of the largest and most populous nations, values the development of three farms. Strategies such as “The Construction Of New Socialist Countryside” were a policy to solve rural problems, But they were not enough to achieve breakthrough results. In order to achieve more effective results, the Central Committee of THE STATE COUNCIL proposed The Document No.1 of “Opinion on the Implementation of The Rural Revitalization Strategy” in February 4, 2018 and published “The Rural Revitalization Strategy (2018-2022 )”. The Yanbian region, which is the subject of this study, is the home of Korean-Chinese tribes and the Korean autonomous region. As a minority of Chinese ethnic minorities, the Korean-Chinese has their own unique culture, and Yanbian has distinct regional characteristics. As The Rural Revitalization Strategy was raised, Villages is showing positive change in accordance with policy implementation in Yanbian. This study analyzed the current status of policy implementation of The Rural Revitalization Strategy in Yanbian area and analyzed the policy contents and performances based on the of Yanbian Daily News. Based on the results of the analysis, I would like to help in suggesting a more rational development direction and building the villages. 중국은 21세기 들어서면서 종합적 국력의 제고와 더불어 국제적지위에서 세계강국의 입지를 다지고 있다. 하지만 3농(농업, 농촌, 농민)문제와 도시와 향촌의 불평형불균형의 문제는 여전히 존재한다. 중국은 인구대국과 농업대국의 하나로서 3농의 발전을 중시하고 있다. 《신농촌건설》 등 전략은 농촌문제를 해결하기 위한 정책이었지만 획기적인 성과를 이룩하기엔 부족하였다. 보다 효과적인 성과를 이룩하기 위해 2018년 2월4일 중앙국무원서 중앙1호 문건 《향촌진흥전략 실시에 관한 의견》을 정식으로 제기하였으며 《향촌진흥전략계획(2018~2022년)》을 발행하였다. 본 연구대상지인 연변지역은 조선족의 집거지이고 조선자치주이다. 조선족은 중국 소수민족의 하나로서 자신만의 독자적인 문화를 고유하고 있으며 또한 연변지역은 뚜렷한 지역적 특성을 가지고 있다. 향촌진흥전략 제기됨에 따라 연변지역에서도 정책실행에 따라 향촌은 적극적인 변화양상을 보이고 있다. 연변지역에서의 향촌진흥전략 정책실행을 현황을 분석하고 정책내용과 성과를 연변일보 기사를 중심으로 분석하였다. 분석결과에 근거하여 보다 합리적인 발전방향의 제시와 향촌의 건설에 도움이 되고자 한다.

전동휠체어를 위한 유무선 통합 제어기 개발

많은 지체장애인들이 전동휠체어를 사용하고 있지만 손의 정밀한 움직임이 불가능한 경우에는 조이스틱을 사용한 휠체어 조작이 다소 힘들 수 있다. 또한 차량을 사용하는 지체장애인의 경우 차량에 탑승한 다음 본인의 전동휠체어를 일정한 장소에 보관 하거나, 차량에 실어 이동하기를 원할 때 누군가의 도움 없이 스스로 해결 하기란 매우 어려운 일이다. 휠체어 조작 미숙한 사용자의 보호자가 전동 휠체어를 대신 조작하여 주는 경우에도 추가비용을 들여 개조를 하거나 또 다른 컨트롤러 구입하여야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 제약을 가지는 장애인들의 불편을 해소 하고자 조이스틱 사용이 힘든 대상자를 위한 대체 스위치 조작 기능과 안드로이드 기반의 스마트 폰을 이용한 휠체어 무선 조정기능이 포함된 통합형 휠체어 제어기를 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 시스템을 사용하여 대학생 3명을 대상으로 램프가 포함된 Z형 복도를 10회 주행하며 개발된 인터페이스의 사용가능성을 검증하였다. 실험 결과 스마트 폰을 이용한 주행은 범용 컨트롤러를 이용한 주행보다 조금 느린 속도를 보였으나 보호자나 대상자가 사용하기에 큰 무리가 없었다. 또한 대체 스위치를 이용한 주행은 속도는 느리지만 경 로의 이탈 없이 주행함으로서 대체 스위치를 통한 휠체어 조작이 가능함을 보였다. 이러한 결과는 기존의 휠체어 조이스틱의 사용이 어려운 사용자가 대체스위치를 통하여 독립적인 이동이 가능하게 할 것이며, 조이스틱의 사용이 가능한 휠체어 사용자는 무선조정기능으로 인하여 휠체어의 수납과 운반이 용이해 질 것이다.1531707 A large number of physically disabled people use motorized wheelchair in order to solve such inconvenience. However, it may be a little difficult for the physically disabled people who cannot precisely move their hands to use general-purpose wheelchair joystick. In addition, when physically disabled people get into an automobile, it is extremely difficult for them to solve problems such as to keep their motorized wheelchair at a certain place or to move loading it in the vehicle without any help of others. Furthermore, even when guardians help motorized wheelchair users to operate the motorized wheelchair instead of them due to the inexperience, it is required to customize by adding costs or to purchase another controller. Therefore, this study has developed the integrated motorized wheelchair controller including the operational function of the alternative switch for the users who have difficulty in using joystick and the wireless control function of motorized wheelchair using Android-based smartphone in order to improve the mobility of physically disabled people who have these restraints. In this study, 3 university students participated in the experiment that they ran down Z-shaped hallway in electric wheelchairs including lamps 10 times and examined the usability of the developed interface. As experimental results, it shows that the run using smartphone was a little slower than that using the general-purpose controller. However, it was not very difficult for the guardians or user to use it. In addition, the run using the alternative switch was slow, but it stayed on the course without breakaway. Thus, it showed the possibility of controlling the motorized wheelchair by the alternative switch. Thus, using the integrated motorized wheelchair controller created by this study will make it possible for physically disabled people who have difficulties in using the joystick to move the motorized wheelchair by using the alternative switch. The wireless control using smartphone enables the guardians to easily control the motorized wheelchair and the electric wheelchair users to park it wherever they want, or to load it in their automobiles.
