운동경력과 기능수준이 복싱선수의 경쟁불안에 미치는 영향

This study was made to provide boxing players with fundamental references for their performance enhancement, based on the research out of Yong In university boxing team, of which 30 players had been chosen, to find out the correlated performance reinforcement and enhancement right before their competitions(5 days before, 3 days before, 30 minutes before) with their years of boxing career(less than 4 years, 5 or 6 years, more than 7 years) and with their performance levels(superior level, inferior level). Analysing tool to verify the hypothesis of this study was the sports' competition analysis inspection method(CSAI-2) with the statistic program(SPSS) utilized and the repeated variance method was taken to get the degree of instability by the performance careers, the performance levels and the left times before competition. The repeated methode was applied to verify the results with the statistical difference allowed by 5%. Conclusions resulted from the above mentioned research are as follows; 1. In terms with the players' technical performance level, the inferior players had more cognitional anxiety than the superior players with some statistically significant difference. 2. In terms with the players' physical instability, the inferior players had more anxiety than the superior players with no statistically significant difference. 3. In terms with the players' technical performance level, the superior players had more self-confidence than the inferior players with no statistically significant difference. 4. In terms with the years of experience, cognitional anxiety was found most severely among the college boxing players of less than 4 years' career with some statistically significant difference. 5. In terms with the years of experience, physical anxiety was found most severely among the college boxing players of less than 4 years' career with no statistically significant difference. 6. In terms with the years of experience, the highest self- confidence was found among the college boxing players of 5 or 6 years' career with no statistically significant difference.

This study was develope a qusstionnaire of self-efficacy which is suit for Boxer. Literature review and interview to the boxers were administerd to construct the concepts and dimensions of self-efficacy. 15 items were selected as a self-efficacy questionnaire items. SPSS program, such as item-to-total correlation and varimax rotation rotation factor analysis for construct validity and Cronbach's alpha coefficients for reliability was used. The results were showed resonable high validity and reliability of the dimensions and items.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship betwiin work value of boxing coach their job satisfaction. For this purpose, review of the related literatures that work value and job satistaction. This study setting up the population was boxing coaches, and questionnaire survey were conducted to boxing coach who was participated national tournament June 24-29 at SUNG-NAM gymnasium. The subject sampling used cluster sampling method. And data selection considered age, teaching grade of boxing coach. Data selected cluster sampling was 150 and final used data was 107. As an instrument for the collection of data, first, the scale of work value used as a modification Sim, young-gil(1987)'s view by the medel of value of Kluckhohn(1961). And Job satisfaction's scale used the developed JDI(Job Descriptive Index) by Smith (1969) and it translated in Korean and standardized by Cho, young-tak(1996). The Statistics employed in the study were frequencies statistics and one-way ANOVA, ANOVA. As a result of the analysis of collected data, the following conclusions were obtained: 1. A director of boxing, have hegative human relation in relative of coach, others the human relationship of married coach is more actie than single coach. 2. The older boxing coach is satisfied with fob task, satisfaction of task is totally higher than the coach, other and the married coach is higher than single. 3. The positive, active value of job is high the satisfaction about job itself, relative satisfaction of collegue.

This research analyzed the applicability of social athletics and facilities of boxing hall and operational factors to grope for the efficient operation of boxing hall business being performed as an athletic facilities business in our country and for the rational direction of improvement of boxing hall that can be applicable to the spot. An exercise hall has been regarded as a sacred place which began from religious rite in the past, so all actions have been managed according to the strict regulation called courtesy, and boxing hall is an exercise hall where boxing can be practiced and in the modern meaning the fore the practice activities of boxing are guaranteed than any other action. For the possibility of applying social athletics to the boxing hall, as it has a special feature of being an individual exercise hall, as it has a special feature of being an individual exercise hall, it has the environmental factor that the regional society can come in contact with it easily, the value as a spiritual practice to overcome spiritual weakness coming from the modern civilization society, and it is appropriate to foster a person as a whole man equipped with morality through repeats physical. For the operational factors of boxing hall and management, programs and leader and trainees. Can be mentioned, and for the efficient operation of the boxing hall the management and operational system should hart a system that trailiness can utilize the boxing hall easily, that is , with a design principle of friendly system to the trainees which should influencers the relations with the facilities, programs and masters and make the direction of the design. After all in making a practicing environment for boxing in the social athletics the role of a guiding master is very big, the operation should be maximized by close analysis for the desire of the trainees, and it can be known that the relations of interests between superintendent, master and the trainees are very important.

에도(江戶)時代 以前 日本武士道의 思想的 特質

The purpose of this study is emphasizes on formation of the Japanese Bushido(武士道)and its significance by differentiating ideological characteristics of the Bushido in different eras, the relationship between the Bushido and the inherent Japanese philosophy, thereby examining the possibility of discovering the moral values of the Bushido in pre-EDO era Bushido as that of the general people in this age of globalization of moral values in modern world society. The general understanding of the Bushido in modem era is the integration of the Bushido and post-EDO era's Confucianism into development of moral philosophy by Dokukawa Bakuhu(幕府). However, by examining the life styles of the warriors societies of both eras, it was discovered that the pre-EDO era Bushido had significantly more practical and humane ideas than that of the post-EDO era. Therefore, one can safely draw the conclusion that the Bushido had always co-existed with the birth of the social class of warriors rather than a developed sacred practice of the warriors. The Japanese Bushido had been in existence as a method of taming its military, a method of unifying the consensus of the genaral public in military aggression towards neighboring nations, and as a driving force behind Japan's current world economic power. It is foreseeable that Japan will undoubtly attempt to utilize its traditional Bushido as a too1 to educate its people in this transitional period where lack of morality is prevalent whithin its modern society of moral collaboration and its course certaintly merits our attention.

The present study was designed to examine the effect of performance outcomes on attributional patterns across male boxers in the athletic setting. Boxers reported causal attributions on the 4-itemed 7-point Attribution-success Scale and 4-itemed 7-point Attributions on the 4-itemed 7-point Attribution-Success Scale and 4-itemed 7-point Attribution-Failure Scale by Carrots(1981). The relationship between the two kinds of variables were examined by pearson's and two-way ANOVA. The implcations of the study are as follows: 1. The outcome performance boxers significntly affected their ability attribution. The mean ability attribution scale scores for the winners was significantly higher than that of losers. 2. The outcome performance boxers significntly affected their effort attribution. The mean effort attribution scale scores for the winners was significantly higher than that of losers. 3. The outcome performance boxers significntly affected their luck attribution. The mean luck attribution scale scores for the winers was significantly lower than that of losers. 4. The outcome performance boxers significntly affected their task difficulty attribution. The mean task difficulty attribution scale scores for the winners was significantly lower than that of losers. In conclusion, winners perceived the causes behind the successful outcome to be more controllable trait.
