        올리고당의 첨가가 토마토잼의 품질특성에 미치는 영향

        As a trial to expand the use of oligosaccharide, tomato jams were made with various kinds and addition rate levels of oligosaccharide and their quality characteristics were evaluated by instrumental analyses and sensory evaluation. As the addition rate of oligosaccharides increased, 1. the sweetness of tomato jams decreased compared to those of control containing sugar, 2. the lightness and yellowness were increased, however, the redness was decreased, 3. the hardness and adhesiveness of tomato jams containing liquid type oligosacchairdes were lower and those of powder type were higher than control. The springiness of the samples containing oligosaccharide was lower than that of control, however, there was no significant difference in cohesiveness. In sensory evaluation, tomato jams containing oligosaccharides were generally similar or better than control. Color, viscosity, flavor and overall acceptability of the samples containing powder type oligosaccharide were higher than those of liquid type. Tomato jams containing 15% powder type oligosaccharide and 35% sugar showed the highest overall acceptability.

        우리나라 일부 간호교육기관의 영적간호 교육에 관한 연구

        This study was attempted to find the present status of Spiritual Nursing education in Korea. The data were collected with questionaire from September 15 to October 15, 1995. The questionaire was sent to all of educational units of nursing in Korea at that time(89 units). But the response has come form 59 units(about 56%). The results were as follows ; 1. Educational unit which includes Spiritual Nursing as a curriculum for bachelor course was only one, and 4 junior colleges. 6 colleges and 7 junior college took Spiritual Nursing in Liberal subjects, Nursing Seminar, or some of them educated it as a part of major subjects. 2. 11 educational unit wanted to include the Spiritual Nursing in Essential Subject, but 33 unit wanted it as optional. 3. 33 units wanted Spiritual Nursing in Undergraduate but 7 wanted it in Graduate course. 4. Problems : Lecturing the Spiritual Nursing, problems due to religion was serious problem-conflict between professors and reluctance of students in part. Another problem was that no professor was prepared to lecture. 5. Requirements : The responded asked to provide detailed contents for the education of Spiritual Nursing, clinical nursing cases, appropriate textbook and audio visual aids. In addition they asked to organize a Spiritual Nursing Association so as to promote the academic study positive and actively.

        크리스토발 발렌시아가 디자인에 나타난 스페인 취향

        크리스토발 발렌시아가는 시대가 지나도 불변하는 조형적 아름다움을 창조한, 패션 역사에서 매우 중요한 인물이다. 그의 디자인은 ‘스페인 취향’을 근원으로 하여 단순함과 절제된 실루엣으로 귀결되며 동시에 풍부하고 깊이 있는 예술성을 표현하고 있다. 본 연구는 발렌시아가 디자인의 정서적 근원인 ‘스페인 취향’ 이 디자이너에 의해 어떻게 표현되었는지를 밝히는 데 목적을 두고 있다. ‘취향’의 사회학적인 개념을 ‘국가취향’에 도입하여 ‘커다란 구조적 체계로서 스페인이 제공한 문화 자본이 국민 개개인에게 승화되어, 지역의, 나아가 국가의 기호 및 선호로 자리 잡은 것’이라는 ‘스페인 취향’ 개념을 파악하고, 스페인 문화 자본에 해당하는 역사, 지역성과 민속 복식, 예술, 민족성을 고찰·개별 특성을 범주화하여 화려, 웅장, 생동, 문화적 다양성, 민중성이라는 스페인 취향의 보편적 특성을 도출하였다. 발렌시아가의 디자인 특징으로는 호화로운 장식, 구조적인 실루엣, 강렬한 색감과 유동적 디테일이 발견되었으며, 화려, 웅장, 생동이라는 스페인 취향의 특성과 긴밀하게 연관되어 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 발렌시아가 디자인에 나타난 스페인 취향으로서 화려한 장식성, 웅장한 구조성, 생동적 색감과 디테일의 관점이 논의되었다. The purpose of this study is to reveal how the emotional origin of the Cristobal Balenciaga brand, the ‘taste of Spain’, is adopted in his fashion design. After doing academic research on taste and the definition of ‘the taste of Spain,’ it was found that cultural capital provided by Spain sublimated to the people in Spain and then it expanded to become a regional preference and finally, the taste of Spain. Each feature of Spanish cultural capital such as history, local features, folk costume, art, and ethnicity were categorized. Hence, the taste of Spain was categorized as gorgeousness, magnificence, vibrancy, cultural diversity, and popularity. Balenciaga`s designs, which are characterized by delicate decorations, structural silhouettes, vivid colors and fluid details, are closely linked to ‘the taste of Spain’, which is especially gorgeous, magnificent, and vibrant. Therefore, Balenciaga`s designs are discussed from the point of view of; first, gorgeous decoration; Second, magnificent structure; and third, vibrant color and detail. This study is about the emotional beauty and artistic origin of Balenciaga`s designs based on ‘the taste of Spain’ beyond just formative features. This study could be used as a source for follow-up studies establishing the relationship between designers` cultural backgrounds and their design identities.

        하악전돌증 환자의 하악운동에 관한 연구

        It is important to harmonize the occlusion with TMJ and neuromuscular system. However, clinically, how to harmonize is very difficult. The mandibular movement is the motion in which all component part of stomatognathic system participate. This study was performed to compare mandibular movement of mandibular prognathic patients group with that of normal group, to ascertain which components of mandibular movement have differences between two groups, and to use for occlusal treatment of mandibular movement. Thirteen adult who have physiologically normal occlusion and are free of TMJ dysfunction were selected as a control group(Group 1). Eight adult who are mandibular prognathic patient and have more than four anterior teeth crossbite, therefore have not anterior guidance function and have posterior interference at protrusion were selected as a experimental group(Group 2). Electronic pantograph, Denar Pantronic (Denar Corp., U.SA.), was used to record mandibular movement. Pantronic survey was performed by using an arbitrary hinge axis according to manufacturer's direction. Of the Pantronic recordings, immediate side shift (ISS), progressive side shift (PSS), orbiting condylar path (ORB), protrusive condylar path (PRO) between two groups were compared and analysed. The results were as follows: 1. The average protrusive and orbiting condylar inclination of mandibular prognathic patient$(28.44^{\circ},\;36.94^{\circ})$ was significantly lower than those of normal group$(40.15^{\circ},\;48.00^{\circ})$ (P<0.01). 2. There was no statistically significant difference between .the average immediate and progressive side shift of mandibular prognathic patient $(0.37mm,\;6.19^{\circ})$ and those of normal group$(0.52mm.\;5.96^{\circ})$ (P>0.01). 3. The significant correlation was found between orbiting condylar inclination and protrusive condylar inclination.

        21세기 시대정신과 기독교교육의 과제: Comenius의 pansophia 사상적 접근

        본 논문은 오늘날 기독교에 위기를 초래할 수 있는 21세기 시대정신을 구성하는 요소가 무엇인지를 질문한 후, 코메니우스의 Pansophia 사상을 통하여 이 시대정신에 기독교적으로 대응하게 하려는데 목적이 있다. 21세기의 시대정신을 드러내는 사회적, 문화적 현상은 다각적인 측면에서 다양하게 해석하고 조망해 볼 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 본 논문은 21세기 기독교를 위기로 몰아넣을 수 있다고 사료되는 요소로써 과학기술과 지식, 생산수단과 부의 창출, 불확실성의 지배적 인식으로 보고, 이러한 시대정신에 대응할 수 있는 코메니우스의 Pansophia 사상의 특징을 전체성, 돌이킴, 역동적 신앙으로 나누어 보았다. 그리고 코메니우스의 Pansophia의 특징 속에서 새로운 시대정신을 위한 교육적 과제를 위하여 코메니우스의 ‘Pan’개념과 ‘돌이킴’개념, 그리고 ‘크레시스’(χρη̑σις, 올바른 사용) 개념을 오늘날 기독교교육이 천착해야 할 핵심적 개념으로 제시했다. This dissertation first studies the constituents of the zeitgeist of the 21st century to explore how they can possibly pose a threat to today’s Christian world. The study is then to be ensued by an argument that, through Comenius’ pansophicworld view, the possible threat can be managed without deviating from Christian values. Social and cultural phenomena that reveal the characteristics of the zeitgeist of the 21st century can be viewed and interpreted from various perspectives. However, this dissertation postulates that modern technology, means of production, creation of wealth, and the predominant perception of uncertainty can put today’s Christian world at risk. The features of Comenius’ Pansophism are useful reference for the prevention of this risk, and they can be defined by totality, returning, and dynamic faith. Regarding these features, “pan (all),” “umkehr (returning),” and “chresis (χρη̑σις)” are the key Comenian concepts for Christian education.

      • 남방감저병 제조에 관한 조리과학적 연구

        This study was aimed at the quality characteristics of Nambanggamjeobyung influenced by varieties, preparation methods, and adding ratio of sweet potato powder which was the main material of preparation of Nambanggamjeobyung, together with glutinous rice. Moisture content, sweetness, color difference, hardness, sensory evaluation of Nambanggamjeobyung made by different mixing ratios of glutinous rice and sweet potato powder were also studied. It was most desirably estimated that Nambanggamjeobyung made by the mixing ratios of glutinous rice 4 : sweet potato powder 4 which was mealy-type sweet potato dried by freezing drier.
