The samples used in this experiment each had concentration 100, 200, 400, 800, and 1000 ppm and the experiment was conducted to analyze antioxidant ability of propolis(Pp), chitosan(Cs), and Pp + Cs by measuring DPPH-radical scavenging activities and SOD-like activities. By using DPPH-radical scavenging activities method, we discovered that Pp, regardless of concentration, was 80 to 85 % and Cs had tendency to increase (22.2%) as the concentration went up. DPPH-radical scavenging activities seemed to increase more when Pp was added with Cs; this might have been attributed to the synergic action caused by two substances. SOD-like activities were higher when the samples with high concentrations were used; Pp had the highest activity, Cs had the average activity and C had the lowest activity. As the concentration of the solution (Pp and Cs) got higher, SOD-like activities augmented and as the ratio of Cs increased, SOD-like activities increased as well. As the result of this experiment, it is expected that Pp and Cs which are all natural, are going to be used as functional foods and cosmetic products.

본 연구는 보육교사의 사회적 편견을 확인하고, 이들의 일반적 특성에 따른 차이를 분석하였다. 보육교사의 사회적 편견은 성, 문화, 장애, 가족, 계층, 북한이탈주민 등 총 6개 영역에서 그 수준을 확인하였다. 분석결과, 북한이탈주민에 대한 보육교사의 사회적 편견이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 일반적 특성 중 연령, 학력, 반편견 교육경험에 따라 사회적 편견 수준에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 새로운 반편견 교육 프로그램의 필요성을 제시하였고, 보육교사들에 대한 보수교육의 중요성을 논의하였다. This study confirms the social prejudice of child care teacher, and analyzed the differences according to the characteristics. Social prejudice of child care teacher was confirmed it`s level in the six areas of gender, culture, disability, family, class, north korean defector. As a result of the study, the level of teachers` social prejudice to the north korean defector is most high. And showed the difference in the level of social prejudice according to age, educational background, educational experience about anti-bias. Based on the findings, it suggested the need for a new anti-bias educational programs, and we discussed the need for repair training for child care teacher.
가족의 다양성에 대한 대학생들의 인식에 영향을 미치는 요인

The purpose of this study is to identify to what extent college students perceive diverse families and to explore the effects of prejudice and family ideology on awareness of family diversities. This study provided the groundwork for the discussion to resolve social inequality in the structural dimension. 330 college students in J province participated in the study. The results showed that the awareness of the family composed of kinship or the family made by adoption among college students was higher but marriage did not influence family composition. It were found that young adults had family ideology which focuses on blood ties. Prejudice against a diverse family was low, which drew the fact that students had less distorted perception of the diverse family. Family ideology acted as a deterrent against the diverse family among young adults. Therefore, this study suggests that family ideology should be socially discussed in the future so as to accommodate changes in a various family.

본 연구는 노인복지실무자의 인권의식과 인권개입 수준을 확인하고, 이들의 일반적 특성에 따른 차이를 분석하였다. 연구대상은 노인복지시설에서 노인에게 직접 서비스를 제공하고 있는 사회복지사, 요양보호사, 노인돌보미 등이다. 그 결과 인권의식 수준이 인권개입에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 보면, 안전한 환경에서 생활할 권리와 치료 및 예방서비스를 받을 권리 등 건강권에 대한 인권의식이 가장 높았고, 개입 시에도 가장 많이 고려되었다. 실무자의 일반적 특성에 따른 차이를 보면, 인권의식은 연령, 학력, 직위에 따라 그 수준에 차이가 나타났고, 인권개입은 노인인권교육경험에 따른 차이가 있었다. 이를 토대로 노인복지실무자의 인권의식을 향상시키고, 더 나아가 노인의 인권을 충분히 고려한 실질적 개입이 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 다양한 인권교육의 필요성을 제시하였다. This study examined the level of human rights consciousness and human rights intervention of the practitioner in the senior welfare facility and analyzed the differences according to their general characteristics. The subjects of this study were social workers, long-term care workers, caregivers who provide services directly to the elderly in the elderly welfare facilities. As a result, the level of human rights consciousness was higher than human rights intervention. Specifically, health rights such as the right to live in a safe environment and the right to receive treatment and preventive services was the highest in human rights consciousness. And when intervening, heath rights was also considered the most. According to the general characteristics of practitioners, human rights consciousness differed according to age, education level and position, and human rights intervention differed according to experiences of elderly human rights education. Based on this, it suggested the necessity of various human rights education to raise human rights consciousness of elderly welfare practitioner and to enable substantial intervention in consideration of the human rights of the elderly.

The study aimed to assess the knowledge and technology of nursing information among nurse clinicians. The study employed independently developed tools for three Items Of nursing information knowledge, nursing information technology, and nursing information educational experiences and requirement levels, and four respective detailed questions. Most respondents answered the question regarding the level of nursing information knowledge that they ‘have a rough idea’ fora nursing course, posting an average score of 2.84. Also, respondents answered the questions regarding whether they are able to organize and express data related to nursing occurring in clinical setting as either they ‘have no idea at all’ or have ‘heard once’, posting an average score of 1.67. Next, respondents replied to a question asking whether they can reorganize a nursing-related program or request a developer to make a change in the program, that they have only heard about how to, which resulted in an average score of 1.99, and only 15% of them answered that they knew of a electronic record system or a hospital information system. It is necessary to offer further education, particularly practical nursing information that may take initiative to develop into a nursing information system instead of creating information available for use merely at the level of basic computer access.
