Letterer-Siwe's disease is originated from some reticuloendothelial system with Hand Schuller-Chri?stian's disease and eosinophilic granuloma, the causes are not known yet exactly and the clinical manifestations are various but the pathological changes are so similar in each other that are very interesting in orthopedic fields. A case of Letterer-Siwe's disease is experienced and reported. A 15 months old Korean girl was complained tenderness on thoracolumbar vertebra with progressive kyphotic change following high fever and diarrhea. Two to three days prior to admission, purpura was begining to be appeared on her lower abdomen. The roentgenological study were revealed clear round, radiolucent bony destructions in the skull and marked similar osteoporotic or radiolucent changes in postero-lateral aspect of the right 8th rib with expansion of the cortex but lung was clear. The vertebral bodies of the 10th, 12th thoracic and 1st lumbar were flattened, and various sized and irregular radiolucent cystic lesions were noted in the both iliac bones and medullary region of the right upper femur. The biopsy was showed in microscopically well differentiated, proliferated and many 15-25i sized histiocytes, eosinophilic rich cytoplasm without lipid vacuoles. Consequently the diagnosis of Letterer?Siwe's disease was conformed by microscopic examination.

ATM망에서 퍼지집합을 이용한 적응적 부분 버퍼 공유기법에 관한 연구

In this paper on the Adaptive Partial Buffer Sharing Scheme, the use of fuzzy sets is proposed in order to provide a dynamic threshold value for efficient buffer control of traffic connected in ATM networks. The proposed Adaptive Partial Buffer Sharing Scheme therefore uses fuzzy sets, and this scheme places traffic in accordance with its priority, by virtue of its dynamic threshold. This scheme controls the threshold in the buffer to accord with traffic priority (low or high) using fuzzy set theory for traffic connected after reasoning. Performance analysis result : it was confirmed that with the proposed scheme , performance improves in the area of cell loss rate, when compared with the existing scheme.

ATM 망에서 버퍼의 임계값 예측을 위한 퍼지 규칙 기능 검증에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 ATM 망에서의 효율적인 트래픽 제어를 위하여 언어적인 규칙과 퍼지 추론부로 구성되는 퍼지로직에서 퍼지 규칙을 생성하였다. 퍼지 규칙 내부에 포함된 제어 파라메터들은 주어진 성능 함수를 최소화하도록 학습된다 즉, 발생된 저, 고순위 트래픽 도착 비율에 따라 퍼지집합 이론을 통하여 추론한 후 그 비퍼지화값으로 접속된 트래픽에 대해 버퍼에서의 임계값을 제어하도록 하였다. 또한, 생성된 퍼지 규칙의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 MATLAB6.5에서와 온라인 빌드업으로 규칙에 대한 실험결과를 보인다. 그 결과, 고, 저 트래픽 도착 비율에 따라 효율적으로 버퍼에서의 임계값이 제어됨을 확인하였다. In this thesis, we created a Fuzzy rule in a Fuzzy logic that are Fuzzy logic which is composed of linguistic rules and Fuzzy inference engine for effective traffic control in ATM networks. The parameters of the Fuzzy rules are adapted to minimize the given performance index in both cases. In other words, the difuzzification value controls the threshold in the buffer to arrival ratio to traffic priority (low or high) using fuzzy set theory for traffic connected after reasoning. Also, show experiment result about rule by MATLAB6.5 and on-line bulid-up to verify validity of created Fuzzy rule. As a result, we can verify that threshold value in buffer is efficiently controlled by the traffic arrival ratio.

In this paper, The APBS(Adaptive Partition Buffer Sharing)scheme in ATM network were performance evaluation. we assume that each priority cells are generated with arrival rates λH, λM and λL according to poisson distribution and service is processed with mean service rate μ. The results, APBS scheme can not only guarantee the quality of services for high priority cells but also adaptively service low priority cells according to current buffer state. Therefore, our APBS scheme can improve the quality of service and efficiently utilize the resource of networks.

Femeral arteriography has taken on new diagnostic importance with the advant of the use of arterial implantations in the treatment of selected cases of segmental arterial occlsusion, Auther has performed total 18 cases single arteriogram on the 5 cases of Buerger's diseases, 10 cases of trauma on the lower limb and contast 3 cases of normal individuals, and obtained the following results. 1) In Buerger's disease, the levels of vascular obstruction were the proximal part of femoral artery in 2 cases, the distal part of femoral artery in 1 case and the popliteal artery in 2 cases: 2) In traumatic vascular obstruction, only 1 case was noted on the femoral artery. 3) The side reactions of arteriography were very rare, only one case of mild nausea was observed.

ATM 망에서 QOS 향상을 위한 적응 버퍼분할 공유기법에 관한 연구

In this paper, we presented an ABPS scheme to improve the performance of previously announced BPS scheme. The block of high priority cell service had fixed efficiently to control that of low priority cell service, the first threshold had been controled by regulation low priority cell load and character function in the ABPS scheme proposed this paper. The performance of ABPS scheme had analytically used Markov chain. To compare ABPS scheme with the BPS scheme published before, we have analyzed cell loss rate according to traffic intensity. cell load of low priority, buffer size and character function. The ABPS scheme could be improve the quality of service and better efficiently utilize the resource of networks than those of the BPS scheme.
