실세계에서의 복잡한 객체를 지원하는데 유용한 객체 지향 데이타 모델은 관계형 데이타 모델과는 다른 특징을 가진다. 특히 클래스간의 참조 관계(reference)는 질의 수행시 이들의 추적 접근(Navigational Access)을 요구한다. 이러한 추적 접근은 인덱스를 유지함으로써 지원되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 보다 효율적인 질의 최적화 방법을 설계하기 위해, 질의상에 나타나는 패스 표현에 의한 인덱스 테이블에 접근하는 새로운 알고리즘을 제시한다. 이 알고리즘은 기존의 ASR(Access Support Relation)을 구성하는데 있어서 각 패스 표현에 대한 인덱스 테이블의 구성 순서와 이의 효율적 운용으로 인덱스 테이블 구성 시간을 줄인다.

through a literal study upon Arrhythmia between east and west medicine, the results were as follows 1. Arrhythmia is not only irregular cardiac beat but disorder of cardiac impulse making and conduction disturbance. it means almost irregularity of interval between two beat 2. In the east medicine, arrhythmia is represented various category as palpitation, continuous palpitation, dizziness, consumption which give the first consideration by the accompanied symptoms. A separate way in a diagnostics it become a base of diagnosis of diseases and decision of prognosis by the examination of pulse 3. In the west medicine, Arrhythmia is classified as disorder of heart rate, rhythm, conduction disturbance or tachycardia, bradycardia and it is concomitant with fatigue, palpitation, dyspnoea, syncope, chest discomfort 4. The diagnostic study of pulse condition which represent arrhythmia was started from $\mathbb{<}$Nae-Kyung$\mathbb{>}$ and it was revealed as pulse condition of rapid pulse, slow pulse, swift pulse, running pulse, knotted pulse, intermittent pulse etc. Out of them running pulse, knotted pulse, intermittent pulse which obviously are concomitant with irregularity of interval are clinically meaningful in a conditions of disease and decision of prognosis. and the significance of these pulse condition are transformed through the changes of the times 5. According to cause of disease it is classified by Arrhythmia(running pulse, knotted pulse, intermittent pulse) due to heat, cold, phlegm, deficiency(or insufficiency) and There are three categories of etiological factor that is, endogenous, exogenous and non-exo-endogenous factor. the endogenous factor is insufficiency of the heart Ki, deficiency of both Ki and blood, intemal stagnation of phlegm and fluid, stagnation of seven emotions. the exogenous factor is caused by stagnation of Ki and blood by six exogenous pathogenic factor and the non-exo-endgenous factors are improper diet, overstrain, traumatic injury. A cause of arrhythmia in western medicine are a organic and pathological change of the heart itself and malfunction of the autonomic nervous system.
청폐사간탕(淸肺潟肝湯)이 MCAO에 의한 흰쥐의 뇌허혈 손상에 미치는 영향

This study aimed to validate neuroprotective effect of Chungpaesagan-tang on the early stage of cerebral ischemic damage. Cerebral ischemic damage was induced by the middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) for 2 hours in the Sprague-Dawley rats. Water extract of Chungpaesagan-tang(8.7g/kg) was administered orally twice at 1 and 4 hours after the MCAO. Neurological score was tested at 3 and 24 hours after the MCAO and Chungpaesagan-tang administration. At 24 hours after the MCAO, infarct volume and edema ratio was evaluated with the TTC staining. Apoptotic cell death in cerebral cortex and caudate putamen was observed with cresyl violet staining and TUNEL labeling. Bax expression in the MCAO rat brain was stained with immunohistochemistry. Chungpaesagan-tang improved neurological and behavioral impairment of the MCAO rats and reduced infarct area, infarct volume and brain edema formation. Chungpaesagan-tang attenuated cell death percentage in cortex penumbra and reduced TUNEL positive cells in cortex penumbra and in caudate putamen of the MCAO rats. Chungpaesagan-tang reduced Bax positive neurons in caudate putamen and reduced c-Fos positive neurons in cortex penumbra of the MCAO rats. Chungpaesagan-tang intensified neuronal HSP72 expression in cortex penumbra of the MCAO rats. In results, Chunpaesagan-tang reduces infarct volume and edema formation through anti-apoptotic effect. This result suggests that Chunapaesagan-tang has an adequate neuroprotective effect on the early stage of cerebral ischemic damage.

In this study, we investigated the feasibility of torrefied OPF (oil palm fronds) as the fuel. The torrefaction was performed at 200, 250, 300 and 350℃ during 1 and 2 hours, respectively. As raising the torrefaction temperature and increasing the processing time, the GHV (gross heating value) of torrefied OPFs was increased. Moreover, we found that the torrefaction temperature is more important factor than the processing time. However, the proper torrefaction temperature was asked because the higher torrefaction temperature leaded to the lower torrefied OPF yield. TGA (thermo-gravimetric analysis) data released that the torrefaction at 250 ℃ could significantly decompose the hemicellulose and the almost cellulose was decomposed at 300℃. In addition, the grindability of biomass was improved after torrefaction, so that it can reduce energy consumption in comminution.

Experiments were performed to determine the effects of the Whanggikyejiomul-tang(Huangqiguizhiwuwu-tang, WKT) decoction on the hyperlipidemia induced by triton WR-1339(T-WR) in rats. The results were obtained as follows : The serum total cholesterol level of hyperlipidemic rat by fed with T-WR was decreased significantly in WKT treated groups as compared with the control group. T-WR treatment had no effect on serum HDL-cholesterol level in this experiment. The serum LDL-cholesterol level of hyperlipidemic rat by fed with T-WR had no significant changes in WKT treated groups as compared with the control group. The serum triglyceride level of hyperlipidemic rat by fed with T-WR was decreased significantly in WKT treated groups as compared with the control group. T-WR treatment had no effect on serum phospholipid level in this experiment. From above results, it was thought that WKT could be applied effectively to the hyperlipidemia.
