다년도 자료를 이용한 나주시의 지역 내 우울증 영향요인: 도시와 농촌 지역을 중심으로 비교

In this study, we distinguished urban and rural areas in Naju-si, Jeollanam-do, grasped the characteristics of those areas, andinvestigated the depression-related factors in Naju-si based on this. This study used Community Health Survey data from 2017 to2019. To investigate the factors affecting the depression in Naju-si local residents, the odds ratio was calculated using a complexsample logistic regression model. As a result of confirming the factors affecting the prevalence of depression in Naju-si residents, therisk of depression was significantly higher at 1.59 (95% confidence interval [CI], 1.02–2.50) for women, 2.14 (95% CI, 1.20–3.83) forrecipients of basic livelihoods, 2.35 (95% CI, 1.46–3.79) for those who did not practice walking, and 2.00 (95% CI, 1.23–3.26) for thosewho slept less than 5 hours. It is necessary to select high-risk groups as a regional-specific project to resolve the mental healthdisparities in Naju-si and to intervene in early depression prevention through support for mental health support services.

특집논문 : 전후 일본 "대중"의 안과 밖-암시장 담론과 재일조선인의 생활세계-

본 논문은 패전후/제국붕괴 후 일본의 암시장 담론을 재일조선인의 표상과 생활세계를 통해 비판적으로 검토한 것이다. 일본의 대중적 기억에서 암시장은 항상 ``제3국인의 만행``과 함께 담론화 되었다. 당시 암시장을 차지하는 압도적 다수는 일본인이었으나 실제 규모와 상관없이 조선인들은 밀항, 콜레라의 표상과 함께 통제 불가능한 암시장의 주역으로 간주되었다. 이 글에서 구체적으로 검토한 우에노는 도쿄만이 아닌 오사카, 동북지방의 동포들도 모여드는 교통의 거점으로서 경찰 단속이 집중도기도하였다. 우에노 암시장은 그 후 ``아메요코``로 발전하면서 조신인들도 포함해서 지역발전의 발판이 되었으며 고도성장기 대중사회를 추동하는 공간으로 자리잡았다. 한편 경찰과 지역유지의 의도에 따라 우에노 시장에서 분리된 친선마켓은 조선음식과 반찬만을 파는 조선인들만의 시장으로 발전하였다. 시장의 구획화의 결과 부여된 아메요코와 친선마켓의 장소의 특징은 재일조선인의 생활세계에도 반영되었다. 아메요코가 가진 지리적, 문화적 접근성이 대중들을 끌어안고 대중사회를 추동시키는 것에 대해 친선마켓의 풍경과 냄새는 ``제3국인``, ``암시장``이라는 과거의 기억을 끊임없이 되살리게 만들었다. 본 논문은 조선인들을 왜곡한 패전 후 암시장 담론에 대한 역사적인 물음과 이를 재생산하는 대중적 기억과 표상에 대한 현실적인 물음이라는 이중의 과제를 통해 ``대중``의 범주에서 벗어나는 자들의 역사적 현실을 부각시키고자 하였다. 本稿は、敗戰後/帝國崩壞後の日本における闇市言說を、在日朝鮮人の表象と生活世界を通して批判的に檢討したものである。日本の大衆的記憶において闇市は常に「第三國人の?만行」とともに言說化されてきた。當時の闇市を占める壓倒的多數は日本人であったが、實際の規模にかかわらず、朝鮮人は密航·コレラなどの表象とともに、統制不可能な闇市の主役として見なされた。本稿で具?的に檢討した上野は、東京のみならず大阪や東北地方からも人□が集まる交通の据点であり、朝鮮人の集住地域でもあったため、警察の取締が集中的に行われた。上野の闇市はその後「アメ橫」として發展し、朝鮮人も含めて地域發展の基盤をつくりあげ、高度成長期の大衆社會を驅動する空間となった。 一方で、警察と地域有志の合意のもとで上野から分離した「親善マ-ケット」は、朝鮮料理や食材に特化した朝鮮市場として發展した。闇市のゾ-ニングの結果與えられた「アメ橫」と「親善マ-ケット」という場所の特徽は、在日朝鮮人の生活世界にもそのまま持ち入まれた。アメ橫が備えた地理的·文化的接近性は大衆を抱き入んで突き動かすのに對し、親善マ-ケットの風景と臭いは「第三國人」や「闇市」という過去の記憶を絶え間なく呼び起こしている。本稿は朝鮮人を歪曲した敗戰後の闇市言說に對する歷史的な問いと同時に、これを再生産する大衆的記憶と表象に對する現實的な問いという二重の課題を通して、「大衆」の範圍からこぼれおちていく人口の歷史的現實を浮彫りにしようとした。

Hypereosinophilic syndrome is a rare disorder that can cause ischemic stroke. We report two patients with cerebral infarction due to hypereosinophilic syndrome. Brain MRI of each patient revealed different lesion patterns of cerebral infarcts, which included multiple border-zone infarcts and a small perforating-artery infarct. The mechanism underlying the small infarct in one of the patients was presumed to be vascular endothelial toxicity by eosinophilic cells and local thrombus formation, and the distinguishing lesion pattern of this patient has not been reported previously.

항공사 기내식 서비스품질과 고객만족, 브랜드이미지, 브랜드충성도에 관한 융합연구

본 연구의 목적은 항공사 기내식 서비스품질, 항공사의 고객만족, 브랜드이미지와 브랜드충성도와의 융합적 관계를 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 항공사를 이용하는 고객을 대상으로 설문지 170부를 SPSS 18.0window 를 통해 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 진행하여 연구결과를 도출하였다. 분석결과는 기내식 서비스품질 요인은 음식요인, 서비스요인과 청결요인으로 도출되었다. 첫째, 기내식 서비스품질요인 중 음식요인 고객만족에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 음식요인과 서비스요인은 브랜드이미지에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 고객만족은 브랜드이미지와 브랜드충성도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 브랜드이미지도 브랜드충성도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구를 통해서 보면 항공서비스에 있어서 기내식 서비스품질 관리, 고객만족, 브랜드이미지 그리고 브랜드충성도 모두가 항공사의 성공적인 마케팅 전략에 매우 중요하다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of the convergence of the in-flight meal quality, the customer satisfaction, the brand image and brand loyalty. A total of 170 questionnaires were finally used for the `analysis of factors, analysis of reliance, analysis of corelation and multiple regression analysis.‘ We found out that the in-flight meal quality came up with the food factor, service factor and cleanliness factor. The results of the study are as follows; First, only the food factor and the service factor positively affected the customer satisfaction. Second, the food factor and the service factor positively affected the brand image. Third, the customer satisfaction positively affected the brand image and the brand loyalty. Lastly, the brand image positively affected the brand loyalty. According to this study, the in-flight meal quality, customer satisfaction, brand image and brand lo oyalty in the airline service are very important factors for a successful marketing strategy.

Anti-inflammatory Effect of Quercus Salicina in IFN-γ/LPS-stimulated Mouse Peritoneal Macrophage

Quercus salicina has been widely used as a traditional medicine for the treatment of various diseases. In macrophages, nitric oxide (NO) is released as an inflammatory mediator and has been proposed to be an important modulator of many pathophysiological conditions in inflammation. In the present study, the inhibitory effect of methanolic extracts of Q. salicina (QSM) on NO production in LPS-stimulated mouse (C57BL/6) peritoneal macrophages was investigated. QSM suppressed NO production without notable cytotoxiciy. QSM also exhibited down-regulation of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) expression via attenuation of NF-κB translocation to nucleus in rIFN-γ and LPS stimulated mouse peritoneal macrophages. The present study strongly suggest that Q. salicina may be beneficial in diseases which related to macrophage-mediated inflammatory disorders.
