        240W급 고출력 LED 집어등의 광학적 특성

        본 연구에서는 240 W급 고출력 LED 집어등의 특성을 기존 메탈 집어등과 비교하여 배광 패턴의 특성 및 광효율을 분석하고, 파장 대역의 특성을 해양 투과 특성 및 시감도를 고려하여 집어등 광원으로써 적정성을 분석하였다. 색온도 6500 K, white LED 패키지를 적용한 240 W LED 집어등의 특성을 보면 배광각은 ${\pm}45^{\circ}$, 조도 변화률이 0.8로 개선되었으며, 광효율은 98.8 lm/W로 향상되었다. LED 집어등의 해수의 투과율과 인간의 암순응시 시감도를 1,500 W 메탈등 1개와 4개의 240 W LED 집어등에 적용하여 비교한 결과, 방사출력이 수심 50 m에 이르면 거의 동등하였으며, 암순응시 시감도만을 적용한 경우에도 LED 집어등이 약 5 % 정도 높은 광속을 나타내었으며, 수심 50 m의 방사출력에 암순응시 시감도를 적용한 경우 LED 집어등의 광속이 14 % 높게 나타나 메탈등의 대체 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다. This study analyzed characteristics of 240 W high power LED lamps by comparing with those of traditional metal halide lamps. In addition, it analyzed the propriety of LED lamps as a source of light, considering seawater transmission characteristics. When Applying white LED package with the color temperature color temperature of 6500K, a 240W-LED fishing lamp has a characteristics of the luminous angle to be expanded to ${\pm}45^{\circ}$, the illumination change was improved to 0.8, as well as the luminance efficiency was improved to 98.8lm/W. As results of comparison between one 1,500W-metal halide lamp and four 240W-LED lamp with considering a seawater transmission and a luminous efficiency of scotopic vision, the radiant flux of two lamps were almost equal level at 50m depth and the luminous flux was 5% higher LED lamp than metal-halide lamp even if only applying the luminous efficiency of scotopic vision. As the luminous flux of LED lmap was 14% higher than that of metal-halide lamp with applying the luminous efficiency of scotopic vision to radiant flux at 50m depth, so LED fishing lamp was verified to alternative possibility of metal-halide lamp.

        산화막 CMP에서 패드 두께가 연마율과 연마 불균일도에 미치는 영향

        The polishing pad is important element for polishing characteristic such as material removal rate(MRR) and within wafer non-uniformity(WIWNU) in the chemical mechanical planarization(CMP). The result of the viscoelasticity measurement shows that 1st elastic modulus is increased and 2nd elastic modulus is decreased when the top pad is thickened. The finite element analysis(FEA) was conducted to predict characteristic of polishing behavior according to the pad thickness. The result of polishing experiment was similar with the FEA, and it shows that the 1st elastic modulus affects instantaneous deformation of pad related to MRR. And the 2nd elastic modulus has an effect on WIWNU due to the viscoelasticity deformation of pad.

        80 MPa급 고강도 콘크리트를 적용한 RC 바닥판의 피로 성능 평가

        Recently, the use of high-strength concrete is increasing due to the trend of constructing high-rise and long span structures. The benefit of using the high-strength concrete is that it increases the durability and strength while it reduces the cross-sectional area of the bridge deck slabs. Moreover, it offers more safety as these bridge deck slabs applying high-strength requires strict structural performance verification. In this study, the fatigue performance of the bridge deck slabs applying 80 MPa high-strength concrete was verified through various experiments. The experimental results showed that the specimens satisfy the conditions of flexural strength, punching shear strength, deflection and cracking. In conclusion, the bridge deck slabs designed by 80 MPa high-strength concrete are enough safe despite of its low thickness.

        국가재난안전관리체계의 재설계에 관한 탐색적 논의

        The disaster of the “Sewol” ferry raised problems of National Disaster Management system such as inefficient initial response, and absence of the role of disaster managing control tower. Therefore, government is raising solutions such as founding Ministry of national safety, and constructing new national disaster safety control tower. Considering government’s policy, lot of arguments related to status, role, and function of the Ministry of national safety has been raised. This dissertation suggests alternative arguments related to government’s policy on Ministry of national safety after reviewing major issues after founding new Ministry of national safety, and national disaster Management system of major countries. Prime minister’s office-affiliated Ministry of national safety has validity in functional aspect. However, fairness with other institution in horizontal aspect, and weather can have extraordinary session as an executive agency in vertical aspect need to be considered. Therefore, this dissertation contains reviews of organization designs of Prime minister’s office-affiliated ‘Board of National Disaster Safety’, ‘department of public safety’, and president-affiliated National Safety Commission’ to well-incarnate status and role as control tower of national disaster safety management.

        기혼자의 가족여가의례와 가족여가의례 후 긍정적 ․ 부정적 효과가 결혼만족도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 기혼자를 대상으로 가족여가의례와 가족여가의례 후 긍정적․부정적 효과가 결혼만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써 결혼만족도를 높일 수 있는 실천적 함의를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 기혼자 216명에 대한 설문조사 자료를 토대로 다변량분산분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가족여가의례의 주요활동은 ‘근교나들이’가 가장 높았고, 갈등요인은 ‘가족 공동의 시간을 갖기 어려워서’가 가장 높았다. 둘째, 가족여가의례는 연령에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 즉 30대 이상이 50대 이상보다 가족여가의례를 더 많이 실행하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 가족여가의례 후의 긍정적․부정적 효과는 성별에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 즉 기혼 남성이 기혼 여성보다 긍정적 효과를 높게 지각하였고, 기혼 여성이 기혼 남성보다 부정적 효과를 높게 지각하였다. 셋째, 가족여가의례와 가족여가의례 후 긍정적․부정적 효과는 결혼만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 가족여가의례를 많이 실행할수록, 가족여가의례 후 긍정적 효과를 높이 지각할수록, 부정적 효과를 낮게 지각할수록 결혼만족도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구는 기혼자들이 가족여가의례 수행과정에서 긍정적인 인식을 높이기 위한 노력들이 필요함을 시사한다. This study investigated the effects of family leisure ritual and positive․negative outcomes of family leisure ritual on marital satisfaction of the married. A survey questionnaire was completed by 216 married people. SPSS Win program was used to perform MANOVA and Hierarchical Regression Analysis. The main study findings are as follows. (1)In the family leisure rituals, the main activity was "going out in the suburbs" and the main difficulty was "lack of mutually available time for all family members". (2)The family leisure ritual was significantly different according to age. Over 30 years participated in more family leisure ritual than over 50 years. The positive․negative outcomes of family leisure ritual were significantly different according to gender. Men evaluated more positive outcomes of family leisure ritual than women whereas women evaluated more negative outcomes of family leisure ritual than men. (3)The family leisure ritual and positive․negative outcomes of family leisure ritual affected marital satisfaction. This study indicated that it is necessary to make a positive outcome effort of family leisure ritual for increasing marital satisfaction in the married.

        80 MPa급 고강도 콘크리트를 활용한2거더교 RC 장지간 바닥판의 최소두께

        To ensure durability and light weight of bridges, high-strength concrete is required for long-span deck slabs. Such a technology eventually extends the life of bridges and improves the economic efficiency. The results of this study suggests a formula for calculating the minimum thickness of long-span deck slabs built with high strength concrete. The minimum thickness is proposed based on the limit states indicated in the CEB-FIP Model Code and the Korean Highway Bridge Design Code(limit state design). The design compressive strength of concrete used for the study is 80MPa. Moreover, the required thickness for satisfying the flexural capacity and limiting deflection is estimated considering the limit state load combination. The formula for minimum thickness of deck slabs is proposed considering the ultimate limit state(ULS) and the serviceability limit state(SLS) of bridges, and by comparing the Korean Highway Bridge Design Code and similar previous studies. According to the research finding, the minimum thickness of long-span deckslab is more influenced by deflection limit than flexural capacity.

        채낚기 집어등 어선 주변에 유집된 살오징어, Todarodes pacificus의 분포 패턴

        This study investigated luring distributions by water layer of common squid which were targeted by angling fishing vessels equipped with LED and metal-halide lamps using a scientific echosounder with a 120 kHz frequency in order to develop energy-effective underwater fish aggregation devices. In the analysis, angles of a transducer were changed from 0° to 45° and were rotated every 10° horizontally. It was shown that common squid were densely distributed from the surface to 40 m and they were also distributed in directions of 10°∼+30°, -30°∼-60°, and -120°∼-130°with the head of vessel as the center. Comparative results of angles of transducer on acoustical densities of common squid distributing in 21~40 m water depth showed an average 101.8 m2/nm2 in vertical direction of 0°, 12.3 m2/nm2 in angle of 30°, and 42.4 m2/nm2 in angle of 45°, respectively. It implied that more considerations on acoustic scattering strength by incidence angle direction of the transducer and swimming oriental angle direction of common squid would be required.

        100, 120 MPa급 고강도 콘크리트 적용 바닥판 적정두께 결정을 위한 실험적 연구

        Bridges are structures where safety must be ensured. Generally, the destruction mechanism of bridge deck shows punching shear. Lately, the high-strength concrete is often used to increase the lifespan of bridges. The benefits of using the high-strength concrete are that it increases the durability and strength. On the contrary, it reduces the cross-section of the bridges. This study suggested the optimal thickness of bridge deck with application of high-strength concrete and the study evaluated its structural performance experimentally. The evaluation result shows that 180 mm and 190 mm of thickness are optimal for 100MPa and 120MPa high-strength concrete bridge deck respectively.
