This study was conducted in order to investigate the variables that relate and affect the internalizing and externalizing problems of multicultural children. 159 multicultural children in the 3rd∼6thgrade were selected from elementary schools in Gwangju and the Jeollanamdo area. The data was analyzed by using the frequency, Cronbach`s α, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson`s correlation and hierarchical regression by SPSS 12.0 program. The results were as follows: first, the internalizing problems were different according to the socio-demographic variable: (gender, subjective economic level), multicultural characteristic variable: (mother`s communication ability, likability of mother`s nationality, etc.), parent-child relationship variable: (relationship with mother, relationship with father) and social support variable: (peer support, teacher support). Further, the externalizing problems were different according to the socio-demographic variable: (gender), multicultural characteristic variable: (mother`s nationality, mother`s communication ability, etc.), parent-child relationship variable: (relationship with mother, relationship with father) and social support variable: (peer support, teacher support). Second, the influential variables regarding the internalizing problems were children`s stress from cultural adaptability and the likability of the mother`s nationality of the multicultural characteristic variable group, peer support of the social support variable group and the subjective economic-level of the socio-demographic variable group. Moreover, the influential variable on the externalizing problems was children`s stress from the cultural adaptability of the multicultural characteristic variable group. The most influential variable of such variables was children`s stress from cultural adaptability of the multicultural characteristic variable group. The results of this study will provide information for the development of educational and therapeutic intervention program for multicultural children.
지방공기업의 윤리경영성과 제고방안 도출을 위한 탐색적 연구: 대구지역 공기업 종사자들의 인식을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 지방공기업의 윤리경영 수준을 진단하고 성과를 향상할 방안을 모색하는 것에 있다. 이를 위해 ① 조직체계, ② 리더십, ③ 내부관리제도, ④ 조직문화, ⑤ 역량교육의 다섯 가지 측면을 윤리경영성과 향상을 위한 핵심 관리요인으로 선정하고, 지방공기업에 근무하는 직원들이 해당 관리요인을 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 파악하였다. 연구결과 조직구성원들은 핵심 관리요인들에 대해 긍정적 평가를 하고 있었으며, 조직문화의 개선, 윤리적 리더십 구현, 전담조직체계 구축과 조직구성원 니즈에 부합하는 교육프로그램 마련 등이 필요하다는 인식을 가지고 있었다. 다만, 직급에 따른 인식 차이를 분석한 결과, 조직관리요인(리더십, 조직체계, 조직문화, 역량교육)에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 윤리경영성과를 제고하기 위해서는 하위직 종사자 집단에 비해 고위직 종사자 집단이 조직관리요인의 수준이 높아야 한다고 인식하는 것으로 판단되었다. 이러한 결과를 미루어 보았을 때, 재직기간이 길지 않은 하위직 종사자들을 대상으로 한 조직 차원의 관심과 관리가 윤리경영 성과향상 관점에서 효과적일 것으로 판단된다. This study is to diagnose the level of ethical management in local public enterprises and aims to improve their performance. To improve ethical management performance, we have identified five key factors: leadership, organizational system, internal management, organizational culture, and competency training. Furthermore, we have evaluated employee perceptions of these factors in local public enterprises. The results indicated that the employees Employees positively evaluated key management factors and acknowledged the need for improving organizational culture, implementing ethical leadership, establishing a dedicated organization, and providing employee-centric training programs. However, when analyzing the differences in perceptions by position, it was found that there were significant differences in organizational management factors(leadership, organizational system, organizational culture, and competency training). The results suggest that focusing on and managing lower-level employees with shorter tenures would effectively improve ethical management performance.

This study investigated sex differences in children`s self-efficacy and causal relationships between children`s self-efficacy and home environment. The home environment factors included mother`s efficacy, marital satisfaction, child rearing attitudes, and socio-economic status. The subjects were 491 fifth and sixth grade children and their mothers. The data were analyzed by t-test using the SAS PC^+ program and covariance structural analysis using the PC-LISREL VI. The results showed that there were no sex differences in children`s global self-efficacy level, but there were sex differences in some subfactors. Furthermore, we found that the same causal model appears for both sexs in the relationship between home environment and children`s self-efficacy. That is, socio-economic status of the home and mother`s psychological factors influenced mother`s attitudes for child rearing which had a direct impact on children`s self-efficacy.
아동의 우울에 영향을 미치는 어머니 관련변인에 관한 연구

The purpose of this research is to delineate the effect of maternal variables of the children`s depression. Such variables as the mother`s age, her education level and maternal parenting stress have been chosen for the analysis. The sample subject were 659 pairs of fifth/sixth grade of elementary school and first/second grade of middle school and their mothers. The data were analyzed frequency, percentage, factor analysis, Cronbach`s alpha, ANOVA, Pearson`s correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The major findings of the research are as follows : First, the children`s depression is significantly related to mother`s education level but the children`s depression is not significantly related to mother`s age. Second, parenting stress related to temperament, relationship and learning expectation is significantly related to children`s depression. Third, the result of step multiple regression analysis on the effects of the maternal variables to the children`s depression indicates that maternal parenting stress related to temperament, relationship and mother education level are the significant contributing factor. All in all, the maternal variables account for 7% of the children`s depression score.
